Fantastic experience: My family's Celebrity cruise to Alaska was awesome and we especially enjoyed the priority services we had checking in at the terminal port. We whizzed past the long lines! Thank you, Phyllis, for your help. Celebrity cruise ship EDGE was top-drawer all the way, my only complaint was the steak knives needed sharpening, they were dull, but we managed...lol.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to surprise my family of 6 with a memorable vacation over spring break of 2025. I hadn’t even narrowed down our vacation options before reaching out to Matthew Buchberg at the Expedia agency, (Marlton, NJ). Matt listened to my vacation wishes for relaxation, great food and warm weather. After confirming my dates and budget, Matt suggested taking a cruise on the MSC Sea Scape to the eastern Caribbean in the ship’s Yacht Club (a luxurious first class section of the ship). During the planning phase, Matt and I spoke by phone MANY times to discuss my questions and concerns. I cannot express enough, how professional, knowledgeable and patient Matt was during our planning sessions. He answered all of my questions and calmed my fears as I was a first time cruiser, scheduling a once in a lifetime family experience. He even phoned me during the cruise to ensure that we were all enjoying our vacation, was satisfied with the ship and service, and with his arrangements. My family repeatedly told me that it was their best vacation ever! At the very end of the cruise, one of our members had a knee injury and was unable to walk. We called Matt and he immediately took over, arranging everything to return her home safely and quickly. This included rebooking her flight, remaining in contact with the ship to ensure her comfortable transport to the airport, plane and home. Matt is an outstanding Expedia travel agent, and I recommend him HIGHLY for assistance with your travel! I will definitely call him for our next vacation. Thank you Matt!

Fantastic experience: Donna Guyre booked our cruise and she is awesome! From start to finish the process was seamless. She tailored our Cruises to our needs and always showed concern She provides a great range of options that are tailored to your budget. She is very professional and cares about her clients. Her responsiveness is incredible. If you have any questions or concerns, she addresses them immediately. One thing that impressed me is that she always is available! She always answers her phone and is more than happy to satisfy your needs. I highly recommend her. In fact, I have recommended her on several occasions and everyone was extremely happy with her service. I have had many travel agents throughout the years however she is tops!

Fantastic experience: My husband & I have always used Liberty travel for international booking but Saturday when we went to Liberty Travel in cherry hill & realized that they are remote we googled the closest travel agent which was expedia cruises. We meant with Matt & they whole booking process was approximately 15mins. Matt got our price for airline hotel & transportation cheaper than booking through the hotel. Matt was very professional & I will definitely use this agency in the future.

Negative experience: If there were zero stars, I would have zero. We spent over 7000.00 and had the worst vacation. We were stranded in Rome upon arrival because were placed in an air bnb when we thought it was a hotel. No one was there to let us in for over 2 hours, help us with our bags or call us a cab. None of us spoke Italian or had any assistance transferring to the ship or the airport etc. We called from Italy and our travel agent was off for the week. No one did one extra thing. Run away from them, don't walk.

Fantastic experience: I needed to book hotels for 3 legs of my Japan trip. Not having used a travel agency before, I was sceptical but decided to give Expedia a try anyway. Gave Phyllis the details of what I needed and within a couple hours hotels were booked exactly as I wanted along with a list of places to visit while in each city. I was pleasantly suprised at how thorough Phyllis was to the point where I did not a single question. She deserves a perfect 5 Star Highly recommended

She even recommended me to get a travel insurance, which normally I don't do, but I did and to my surprise I'm glad I did I had to stay an extra day in Cancun due to cancel flight and I got reimbursed for every dime I had to spend extra for staying another day!! Positive experience: I am working with John P.. I have only dealt with John P. by email. That's the best way to communicate for me. He is very responsive, even answering my email at 9 pm. I have booked two cruises with him. Update 1/13/24: I lowered the rating because. I emailed John regarding my upcoming cruise in August. I received an automated response back saying my email was blocked. Called Expedia right away and spoke with Dana. She informed me John left the company. I feel that his clients should have been notified. Then I found out John never changed my booking price from a suite to a balcony room. He changed the room number. Poor Dana is now trying to fix this. I will find out on Monday what the outcome is.

All we had to do was follow the extremely clear instructions and port to port was a breeze. Fantastic experience: Donna has been immensely helpful during our Norwegian cruise bookings. Due to someone in our family testing positive for Covid right before the original cruise (December 2021), we were no longer able to go. Donna was a strong advocate for our family throughout the entire process of getting cruise credit for this cancelled trip as we ran into several problems with Norwegian customer support. Donna would directly communicate with Norwegian representatives on our behalf and was able to help us get the refund credit. We then booked a different Norwegian cruise (July 2022) working with Donna again. She is an extremely responsive agent and worked hard to answer our questions and resolve any issues. Once we arrived on the ship, there were no bumps along the way and all logistics went smoothly thanks to Donna. Our family had a very positive experience working with Donna.

Fantastic experience: Just finished our booking / final payment on upcoming European cruise. Linda, professional travel agent of Expedia Marlton, NJ took care of our family like normal... She was able to get us a significant reduce rate on cruise (prior to final payment), generous OBC, and paid gratuities! Additionally, what makes her exceptional is she picks up the phone and response promptly to emails!!! That means so much to me I’ve been traveling and using multiple travel agents since 1995. Fantastic experience: Linda Schapp-Shanin worked tirelessly, in these difficult times when cruises are just getting underway again, to insure that everything was perfect for our Alaskan cruise. She told us just what to expect, what to enjoy and what to avoid during our trip. We were really surprised by nothing and she made it easier to maneuver the Covid protocols and testing involved with the cruise line. We were very satisfied and grateful to her and all involved in making this once in a lifetime trip an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Expedia. From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel comfortable with their hospitality. They were professional, friendly, courteous and above all else patient! As a first time cruiser, I knew nothing. Linda, Jennifer and Donna took the time to explain various cruises to me. They even went so far as to stay open late in order to accommodate my work hours or communicate with me after hours. I have to admit I was the worst customer because I was constantly changing my mind on where and when I wanted to cruise. Not once did they show any indifference or lack of patience because of my inability to make a decision. They are quick to reply to emails and/or texts. After dealing with me, I feel like they are the ones that needed a cruise!! If you are looking for a company with expertise and a "no hassle/pressure" approach, a company that will take their time to help you plan the perfect cruise for you, a company that will respond to emails/calls, a company that will make you feel like you are their only client b/c of the time they take with you, then look no further than Expedia CruiseShipCenters!! Fantastic experience: Mary assisted us in planning an amazing trip to Disney World during the busiest time of the year. She didn’t miss a beat with a single detail throughout the entire planning process. She listened to our family’s needs and helped us find a resort that was perfect for us. She arranged everything including flights, the Magical Express transportation, a crib, a rental car and so much more. She was extremely responsive and reliable throughout the entire process. Fantastic experience: Having traveled and cruised more than thirty times I find the Marlton Expedia Cruise Ship Center to be the agency I will be dealing for all my travel needs now. Ms Linda and young lady Donna G have been very attentive to my needs. I also know that when anyone gets a price quote you must be able to act. Cruise lines only offer quotes for short periods of time. My next adventure is to Antarctica and when Donna finds this trip I will book instantly. The gentleman Robert is wrong in his assumption that the agency upped his price. I think he was just shopping around. Not me. They have my business! I'll let my friends know as well. They are a full service travel agency and they work for us the traveling public.

Negative experience: Terrible gave me one price and then they changed it I went to another travel agency and booked my trip without a problem

Fantastic experience: My agent (Linda) is wonderful! The personal care I received from her was amazing. In fact, it was "above and beyond." For medical reasons I had to cancel my vacation. She made sure I got my money back - including airfare. It was no easy task. She spend a lot of time making sure everything worked out for me. This includes the amazing package she initially put together for me. I think anyone who tries the Expedia Cruise Ship Center in Marlton NJ will have a tough time trying to find a more caring place... or more inexpensive.
