Fantastic experience: They collected my fingerprints really quickly and they didn't lose my appointment even once, unlike another branch closer to my house! They're also not rude.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership and they said they were going to mail me my $140.00 check on March 18th It was NEVER mailed to me. Instead I get a membership card expiring next march 2026. I want my $140.00 back. I called within the 30 day time frame. I am VERY UPSET so make it happen and send me MY MONEY ASAP WHY DID YOU SEND ME A MEMBERSHIP CARD WHEN I CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO you try to steal money from people? I thought you had a good reputation
Fantastic experience: When I say Tripe A saved me. From th dispatcher to the 2 gentlemen that saved me. All I can say is THANK YOU. They pulled up on me as if they were my heroes ❤️ and they we're. Thank you I can't say enough. To the Kathy im not for sure. I Thank you . My hero's
Fantastic experience: Staff was very helpful helping plan a trip out West.
Negative experience: They subcontracted out with a local tow co who damaged my daughter’s cars front end. After 6 months, giving her a claim number and asking for estimates, they told her she would have to take it up with the company who actually towed it. Of course that company is denying it even though she has video proof of it leaving her house undamaged. Went ahead and claimed it under her insurance and will let them fight it out, but very disappointed in AAA who we called, but some random tow company who has terrible reviews for the same thing. I’ve been with AAA for nearly 40 years.
Negative experience: Booked a trip with them and then looked up the same flight and hotel to find out I could have booked the exact same flights and hotel for $1000 less myself. I have called and left 2 messages and my husband has called and left 3 messages to ask questions and no one has ever returned our calls. Truly horrific service. When we asked about booking activities or transportation we were instructed to search on Google for ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend their “services” to ANYONE.

Negative experience: Was overcharged for 2 months cause they couldn't find that i had proof of insurance before i switched to kentucky. Made 5 phone calls cause no one calls back. So far im overcharged 200 and they are trying to get me for 50 more on top of the original amount but i switched cards. They have been greedy and really unhelpful. Looking forward to moving away
Negative experience: They don't have 24 hour service they will LIE TO YOU I HAD SOME KEYS LOCKED IN MY CAR 230AM WILL NOT GET HERE UNTIL 7AM MAYBE Do Not take Triple AA It's sad
Positive experience: Came in for maps, brochures, information, and possible reservations for a well known destination location in our state. Employee seemed unfamiliar with place. Tried to help and gave us tons of literature, unfortunately from all over the state hoping something included information about it. Intentions were well meaning and person was extremely polite. Just not familiar with area we needed information about.

Fantastic experience: I didn't have a long wait to be served, and although I went to AAA to pay for a yearly membership fee, I left with a free RFID Card Case for security of my credit cards. All of the AAA associates were very friendly.

Negative experience: Called Monday June 24 to talk to someone about Europe travel. Was told someone would call me back in 2-3 days. Seven days later, I called again and was told when the travel agent gets off the phone she would call me back. That was at 2:30 and it is now 6:30 !!!!!

Fantastic experience: The only place you can get the Visa Travel money card and you don't even have to be a member. I looked around and this is the BEST card you can have while traveling. Everyone has cards so what's so great about this one? Well, they won't put a hold on your card for using it in a foreign country for one. Their fraud prevention people know you probably got it just for that reason. They've also got the chip in them that you must have to make ATM withdrawls in Europe. If you don't have a chip, you have to go to a bank and prove who you are. They also make the card for you there while you wait. The whole process took me about 20 minutes. I would recommend AAA and this card too anyone traveling over seas.

Negative experience: Terrible. My car broke down out of town. I bought AAA wanting to get towed home. I never heard you have to wait 7 days to get the plus level benefits. Deceptive for sure.
