Fantastic experience: Dawn has been ABSOLUTELY AAAAAMAZING. She helped us plan a couples trip with some friends and she did not disappoint! She beat any price by a minimum of $300 per couple, answered any and all questions along the way, and supported us the through the entire experience. She even helped my husband with a little something special upon arrival for our anniversary. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Our travel agent was Amy, and she did an amazing job choosing our hotels for us. Each hotel we had was in the heart of the towns we stayed in and had amazing views and incredible rooms. Amy’s prior experience traveling the countries we visited allowed her to book us amazing stays as well as the train tickets to move from town to town. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of traveling!

Fantastic experience: Melanie assisted us with booking our dream destination wedding in Punta Cana. We had a large party of 80 people and she was attentive to all of our guests needs from booking their rooms, their flights, and setting up transportation for our guests to and from the resort. She even assisted us with booking a catamaran tour with 70 of our guests. Melanie was amazing with taking the workload off of us and assisting with getting everyone setup for their trip with such a large group. She even came to the resort each day to greet our guests as they arrived and ensured everything went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience with Mark Nowak. Mark planned our trip to Punta Cana from beginning to end. Hotel flights and transportation were all spot on. He also planned our catamaran excursion which was an amazing experience. Mark listens to what you want in a vacation and makes it happen. I've now gone on 3 vacations through him and they have all been amazing. Two separate all inclusive Mexico vacations and most recently a trip to Florida with my children. Fantastic experience: My daughter had just graduated from nursing school and as a gift I wanted to send her and her friend on a vacation. I contacted Mark to see the options and within 1 phone call Mark had booked the trip of a lifetime for them. He spoke with both of the girls at length to ensure all their wishes and needs were met and since this was their 1st experience with traveling he took the time to go over everything they would need to know while on the trip. A week before they were to leave, there was an unfortunate situation and the cruiseship they were scheduled to leave on had started on fire and the trip had to be cancelled. Mark knew how important this trip was and immediately went to work to reschedule with another ship. He did all the legwork himself spending several hours on the phone with the cruise line, and by what I thought, a small miracle, was able to make it happen. He dealt personally with the cruise line to make sure we were refunded our money and saw to it that credits were applied to the new trip because of any inconvenience that the experience had caused. Even though Mark had nothing to do with the unfortunate circumstances, he went above and beyond to see to it that the Girls were taken care of and that they we able to take this well deserved and needed trip. I know that if I would have booked this trip myself, I would have had to spend countless hours and much hassle to get my money back and I likely wouldn't have been able to rebook something so quickly. The Girls had an amazing time... it was an experience they will never forget. I am so grateful to Mark's travel and Tourism and their level of customer service is 2nd to none. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Mark went above and beyond to assure us of a perfect vacation. All the details were taken care of including the little ones. When we arrived people were standing in line waiting for their transportation to the resorts, mostly busses. When we gave them our name they said “oh you are over here!”. We were then escorted to a Cadillac Escalade for our private ride to the resort. We will definitely use Mark again! Negative experience: I lost complete trust in the company and Melanie when she attempted to charge my fiancé and myself $1100 extra for her commission. We were ready to book within the hour and discussing final pricing. Our total for the trip was $4429. Then with the insurance ($180ish) , transfer ($50ish), AND her commission as she clearly stated in text messages (screenshot of the conversation on their Facebook review page) - our new totally is $5538. The company claims they don’t charge clients direct commission, but the math doesn’t add up. No one was giving us exact breakdowns even after we voiced our frustration with this drastic price increase at the last minute. We contacted the owner and he claimed it was a miscommunication. If that was the case, the correct info probably should have been recommunicated, but it wasn’t. Mark defended Melanie trying to charge that extra $1100 which she calls her commission. He did not even try to repair the broken trust that she caused, just offered to become our new booking agent. He told us to still leave Melanie’s name on our invites and she would direct them to call Mark instead. I would never allow my wedding guests to book with a company that could try and steal $1100 from each of my guests as they did to myself. I’m extremely disappointed that I wasted my time with this company and now I have to try and find alternative ways to book my wedding and all of my guests accommodations when we were trying to have everyone booked by next month to avoid higher prices. Don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: I first called a few months ago and spoke with Melanie. On that phone call I asked about their fees and how they would like to get paid. I was told they received kickbacks from the resorts and/or airlines and We wouldn’t pay anything to them directly. Everything was going great and we were just waiting for flight schedules to come out to actually book. They came out last week and received an email from Melanie with all the group booking details. We asked about the trip pricing and were told it would be $4429 plus her commission. I asked her what the total cost of the trip was including her commission and the price went to over $5500. After she said her commission was over $1100 we made the hard choice to find another another travel agent even though our wedding invites are already printed out with her contact information on them. Soon after that we received an email from the companies owner, Mark. He treated it as a dispute over the trip cost so I sent him a screenshot of her flat out telling us she was charging a commission. He insisted they don’t charge commission and offered to handle the booking himself. I explained that IF we were to continue doing business with him that I would need more than his word that this won’t happen again. I ask for a discount or something along those lines, I didn’t think that was too much to ask for considering we have hundreds of dollars worth of useless invitations. I was met with nothing but excuses and an “I’m sorry you feel that way”. You would think after someone’s employee basically try’s to rob a customer that he would try to at least do whatever is in his power to make it right. Considering our guest list has over 70 people on it. If after reading this you still decide to book with them please do your research so they don’t try to take advantage of you too.

Fantastic experience: Mark was so incredibly responsive and helpful! I would finally get to my emails after a ling workday, usually around midnight, and Mark had my answers usually around 4:30-5 a.m.! I've taken many trips and always used a competitor...they were hands down second to Mark's premier servicing! Highly reccomend using his services for your next getaway!

Fantastic experience: Mark has booked multiple trips for my husband and I. We have worked with different travel agents prior to finding him. I have to say he goes above and beyond what would be expected!! He is available anytime for any questions I had. Even silly ones, he always reassured me when I was worried about things. Looked into research and kept me up to date on situations with the area we were traveling to. He honestly treats our vacations like they are his personal vacations. He has gotten the best deals and finds the best rooms/options that we could ever dream of!! Will ALWAYS go through marks travel and tourism for our vacation planning.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to find Mark Nowak to help me with my cruise on Carnival Horizon with six family members over Thanksgiving 2019. His excellent website enabled me to narrow my destinations and dates. He was so helpful to provide additional information on wonderful excursions which I also booked through the links he provided. When I had questions about the excursion polices regarding age, weight requirements to participate, he contacted the agencies directly and got answers for me. This gave me the the assurance that I needed to book excursions for my 6 year old grandson knowing he would be allowed to participate. He answered emails and phone calls promptly and reassured me that everything was going to be fine! In addition, he contacted the cruise line several times for me to make sure the accommodations would be satisfactory for my 93 year old mother who was traveling with us. He sent a video of the stateroom identical to the one she would be staying in to make sure it would meet her needs. He told me who to contact on the ship if everything was not in order, but thankfully we did not have to use it. I booked my own flight and hotel through Expedia and wish I had used Mark instead since we had so many problems with our flights! We bought travel insurance through Mark as well and thankfully did not have to use it except for several excursions due to my mom’s health. He contacted the company directly and took care of initiating the refund which almost immediately showed up on my credit card. Since I did not know Mark at all prior to booking the cruise, most people thought I was crazy to book online with a stranger in Buffalo instead of someone locally here in Virginia. Mark came through for us and exceeded my expectations. He was such a pleasure to work with. I would definitely plan another trip with him in the future!

Fantastic experience: What a great personality Mark has! I went through two travel agencies in the Buffalo area who seemed more interested in talking about themselves and less invested in my upcoming experience. The travel agents before Mark were just so nonchalant and rarely answered my calls or e-mails. Finally, my grandmother and I came across Marks Travel and Tourism and he did a fabulous job with helping us narrow down our hotel and excursions for our upcoming trip to Jamaica ☀️ !!! We are so glad we came across him, you are in the best hands with Mark!
