Negative experience: Hello.just got home from the Panama cruise..All in the ship was very good..BUT the most disorganized in all other issues.Our guide was mostly absent.You have to remember that we are all older guests and we were mostly left to move on our own with no quidance..at the airports, etc etc...and to top it all in the last bus our guide took off RUNNING to go with her husband to drive home alone!!!! I can assure you that many of us will not go back again!!!!!very sorry!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Jackie and Jeff were so much fun on our trip to the Grand Canyon. Clean bus, fun activities and so many stories!

Fantastic experience: The tour we took to Nova Scotia was a trip of our dreams! Bus driver and tour guide were amazing and met so many wonderful friends. Food was superb and everything went so smooth. Can't wait to go on another trip

Fantastic experience: I have been on 8 tours with Moostash Joe. They have all been fantastic trips! The directors and drivers are so awesome. I feel the cost for the tours is more than reasonable-there’s no way you could travel on your own for the price. The only problem is there are so many tours to choose from and not enough time to do them all. The office staff is also very accessible and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I had a fabulous tour!! Great tour guide and bus driver! I was able to see so many new places and hear stories! The places we stayed and meals were wonderful! I just had to show up to the bus on time and they took care of the rest!

Fantastic experience: We took the Autumn New England Tour #6. The timing was perfect for outstanding fall color. We saw and did SO much. Our nightly hotels were excellent. Loved our tour director, Connie, and driver, Jeff. Recommend highly!

Negative experience: Did the Autumn #2 tour. Disappointed that missed major attractions in well-known Cities. In St. Louis didn't stop to see the Arches. In Nashville didn't see the Grand Ole Opry. Could have missed going to Atlanta & have more time to see the Smoky & Blue Rudge Mountains. Great director & bus drivver. Don't believe we got the full value for the price we paid.

Positive experience: I want to give five stars but parts of the tour/organization could have been better. I also know you can't please everyone all the time. The price of the tour was very reaonable for what we got. We had a great time on our tour and will probably go again. I would recommend using them for your next tour.

Fantastic experience: Terrific trip!! Incredible tour director, she was wonderful. Ireland was absolutely beautiful & the people made us feel welcome everywhere. Our driver kept us entertained all the time & he was knowledgable about the country. Would recommend Moostach Joe & Ireland in a second!

Fantastic experience: Best company to go on a bus trip with . I've been on 3 trips with them and every time it's been great! Drivers and hosts have great personalities, the bus is new, clean, on time. They're prepared for anything that comes up.

Negative experience: Both automatic washes were down and cost a fortune to hand wash and didn't come half way clean after drying. Very disappointed

Negative experience: Joey Spellerberg of Moostash Joe tours. I'm vicky rockwell signed up with the Alaska denali tour , and I'm sharing with every social media outlet and word of mouth that, i'm so disappointed in this company! Just Heartless! When I booked my trip to Alaska in April the lady I booked it with said you dont want insurance do you? Making me think everything is ok and I don't need it, well my father diagnosed this week with terminal liver cancer and just started hospice. I called Moostash joe explained my circumstances o. Why I can't go. they said no refund what so ever. Well. I understand airlines may not refund but hotels and unused excursions as I was a solo traveler.I think they would. If you promote being a family business I would think you would have compassion!! I will never do business here again. Its my first time with them . I am a seasoned traveler thru other travel companies, but this one will never get my business.

Negative experience: I'd give no stars if possible. When booking lady asked you DONT want insurance do you? I thinking everything is OK said no. Well now my father's dieing in hospice liver cancer. I call explain and no refund at all. I havent even received my itinerary yet and trips in less than 2 weeks! I under stand airlines may not give a refund but hotels and excursions should . At least give me a discount on the next trip!!. It seemed since she said you dont want trip ins do you? That I didn't need it!

She often went above and beyond the normal call of duty and shared much helpful informstion during our travels. The driver Bob also was outstanding and added his knowledge also. He was an excellent driver guiding the bus in Branson.

Fantastic experience: We recently returned from the Illinois/Nebraska football tour. This also included a Cubs/Cardinals baseball game. We had a great time and couldn’t have been more pleased with our tour director, Diane, and our bus driver Jim. The accommodations and meals provided were beyond our expectations. The only way to travel for us is with Moostash Joe Tours!

Fantastic experience: Have been on several tours with Moostash Tours. Recent one to Eureka Springs & Branson we had an exceptional Guide who had lived in Branson herself for 20 years. Plus the driver was not only a good help for her when needed, but cleaned those bus windows every day!

Fantastic experience: Recently went to Cape Cod. This was our first trip on a bus tour. Absolutely loved it. Made new friends. The tour guide kept us well informed on history and what to expect. The rooms we stayed in were clean and comfortable with morning breakfast provided. The itinerary was well thought out and interesting. All in all my husband and I had a great time and felt well treated. We are definitely looking forward to another trip. Our bus driver was awesome.

Fantastic experience: We recently returned from the Mighty Grand Canyon tour. Our bus driver, Gus, and tour director, Kathy, did an excellent job of getting us to our destinations on time. They were both courteous and helpful. Moostach Joe Tours provided us with excellent accommodations and meals. We saw more sights on this tour than if we would have gone alone on our own. Fantastic experience: Recently took bus trip to Grand Canyon. Our tour guide Diane and bus driver Angela were excellent. We were always keep informed, activities were well planned and always on time. Both showed sincere caring approach with everyone. We saw some awesome sights and had some great special meals. Based on our positive experience, we plan to take more trips with this company and hope we are lucky enough to have these two again!

Fantastic experience: I can’t tell you enough how much we appreciate the trip you provided for our family to Branson, MO. We all had a great time. I gave you quite a task, to come up with a trip which would be fun and entertaining for a group of forty people who range in age from 2 to 84. You exceeded our expectations! Fantastic experience: This is the ONLY tour company to use for great trips. You really get your money's worth. How fun to move around the bus and meet all your fellow passengers and nobody is stuck in the back for days. The tour guides we've had were all amazing and the Arrow bus drivers are the best! Fantastic experience: Our tour to K.C., OKLAHOMA, and WACO, TX was amazing! Our tour director Vicki was extremely organized. We were either early or on time to all places. She was friendly and engaging to every person on our bus. We felt like family by the time we were back home. Angela was a terrific bus driver. I never felt uneasy. She was also very engaging and friendly. Moostash Joe Tours should be on your list for your next getaway!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just took our 1st bus tour and loved Mootash Joe's Ark Encounter trip!! Diane and Doug were the best guide and driver ever!!!! Fantastic experience: I recently returned from you Washington DC Spring Tour. We were fortunate enough to be there at peak cherry blossom time! This tour included so many sights to experience and was fast paced but Kathy and Craig did a great job of keeping us on time and keeping all 52 of us in line :)

Positive experience: I went on the Niagara Falls tour. The main attraction was amazing! The bus was older but comfortable. The driver (Stu) was excellent and smooth. Claire the tour director was knowledgeable and kept things organized. The movies on the road helped to pass the time. I think it would be nice if there was some down time where we weren't site seeing on the bus but had more time to roam around the town of Niagara Falls, Ontario. The baggage handling was a really nice benefit and the fact that everything except a few meals were included in the cost, added great value to the price. I don't know that I will take a bus ride this long again but at least now I know what it's like.

Fantastic experience: Joey (the owner) is very sociable. If you go on a tour and meet in Fremont, he will more than likely come out to greet everyone on the bus. The tours are very well organized. Be aware most of the tourists are over 60.
