Negative experience: DO NOT !!! USE THEM!! I would rate this company 0 stars if that were an option. They canceled my flight on the day we were supposed to return home. Additionally, American Express informed me that the tickets were initially purchased using someone else's card or credit, and two months later, unauthorized transactions totaling $940 were charged to my card.
Negative experience: Pls send my itinerary i booked for 5 days now I haven't got my confirmation of booking. This is not good ,playing with people mental health, money is hard to get.
Negative experience: !!! SCAM!!!!! First they called and asked for higher price and told that they would issue the tickets immediately after payment. I paid and waited one week but didn’t receive the tickets. Called their number, then they say they are health insurance company (!) and denied about selling air tickets. Don’t buy from them, that’s waste of your time and money.

Negative experience: I would never buy ticket on Farebubble. I tried to purchase a ticket about a week or so ago and I try to contact customer service about the ticket because I never got an E ticket number or a confirmation number and when I try to call them I was on the phone for more than 1 hour and still didn’t get anyone on the phone. I emailed them a few times and still yet, I have not gotten a response. Thank God they did not pull any money out of my account. I was able to send them an email to let them know I no longer have interest in purchasing any tickets and I went on to purchase my ticket with another airline and another company. They are horrible company to purchase any airline tickets from it’s just not wise it feels like a scam to me in my opinion.

Negative experience: Same story as others. First they unilaterally switched me to an earlier (cheaper) flight without any fare concession. I called, and they said they could keep me on the original flight that I booked for "a little" more (turns out 20% more). This was more expensive than booking with the airline directly. Avoid.
Negative experience: Scam. You have to call them back to "confirm reservation" and then they escalate the price.
Negative experience: Scam (not all the way but partially a scam) Tried to raise the price on us after we already had “booked” them which they claimed they didn’t confirm it yet so they were able to raise the price. Speaking to costumer service, the guy was very condescending and did not help out at all.

Negative experience: Farebubble is a scam. Please do not use them! I tried to book tickets to both Costa Rica and St. Croix through momondo and the best deals were Spirit flights via a “travel company” called Farebubble. Right away something was off, as the confirmation emails they sent said the flight was unable to be booked and they needed more information. They ended up charging more money than what the deal offered. When I tried to cancel the bookings on the phone, the Farebubble customer service agent said it wasn’t possible. He told me it was my mistake if I clicked on the wrong deals (which wasn’t the case). I urged him to please cancel and he put me on hold so he could speak with the supervisor. When he returned to the phone he said he could cancel the Costa Rica flights but not the St. Croix ones. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and he replied that he is the supervisor…. After trying multiple times to cancel the other booking, I was getting nowhere with the customer service agent. I finally agreed to keep the flights. As soon as I hung up, my bank flagged the charges as fraud. I will be canceling this through my bank and alerting them that this company is indeed fraudulent.

Negative experience: We used Farebubble successfully in the past, so we tried them again. It was 100% a bait and switch situation, with them quoting us a specific cost, then raising the cost by thousands of dollars overall when it came to paying. Very time consuming and disappointing overall.

Negative experience: Got to the airport with my family and when I went to print my boarding pass the employee told me that I had no flight that someone from the online canceled my tickets. Very bad customer service.This company is a Fraud don’t use them.
Negative experience: Very poor experience with Farebubble. I purchased plane tickets with Farebubble a year before my trip. Due to scheduling changes Delta changed their flights. This resulted in the flight number of the plane being different on the ticket vs the itinerary of the Delta website. Delta informed me that I would need to have the original ticket reticketed with the correct flight number. Since it was purchased via a travel agency "Farebubble" they would need to reissue the ticket. Farebubble has refused to reach out to the airlines and has accused Delta of lying and trying to sell me a new ticket. In the meantime they say the ticket will work, but if I wanted to I could pay them for a new ticket. Don't fall for the cheaper prices and make sure to check out the D+ BBB rating.
Negative experience: My flight got suspended last minute without noticed. Delta told me tickets are suspended, our trip was canceled when we at the airport. They promised refund, then no refund has to dispute, but ticket they bought through a 3rd party, now they tell us we have to dispute ourself, and try to get the money back ourself. The airline that was not Delta which we had agreed to, now they said that airline is bankrupt. The manager who spoke with me suddenly doesn’t work there anymore, another coincidence, all the rep name and manager name are fake, they don’t use their real name. Still trying to dispute with this crapy agency. Delta airline ticket booth rep they said many client has come with the same problem from this company. Do Not Buy.
Negative experience: GO AWAY - YOU WILL NOT SAVE MONEY NOR TIME. I have had the most horrible experience with this company!!! I booked a flight from Seattle to Las Vegas three months in advance and received an email saying my flight would be confirmed the next day. The next day I received a call informing me that the flight was no longer available with Alaska Airlines and they offered me another option for a higher price with Delta. Not wanting to stress about the flight, I accepted the offer. About a month later, I received an email from Delta (not from the agency) with a cancellation and a coupon for half the price I paid. I called the airline, who explained to me that Farebubbble canceled my reservation. I called the agent, who told me that everything was fine, that they would find a solution in 24 hours, and that I needed to relax because my flight was almost two months later. After several calls from my side, I had to wait four days before receiving a response and a new confirmation. As if that were not enough, the day before traveling I wanted to start my online check-in and I couldn't do it. I called the airline and they told me there was a problem with my ticket and I needed to check in at the airport. BTW- FARABUBBLE has not 24 hours support. The problem was that they misspelled my name and the information did not match despite the fact that they ask me to confirm all my information before completing the reservation. The same thing happened before traveling back, I needed to plan extra time to go to the airport and fix my name as I couldn't use online the check-in. I ended up paying almost $500 so I hope my experience helps everyone else.
Fantastic experience: We booked Delta flights with Farebubble. They couldn't confirm my tickets on time due to credit card issues but they called and patiently waited until we got the card issue resolved. Confirmed tickets came with 24 hours. Delta suddenly notified us of updated schedule changes after 2 months, which now included two stops (original ticket had one stop). We contacted Farebubble and within 30 mins, Support representative Hazel Williams could provide us with an alternate flight with one stop and no penalty charges. We haven't traveled yet but ticket booking update was seamless.

Negative experience: Here's another one star review in case the others haven't convinced you yet. This is how the scam works... First, you will find low priced airline tickets on their website. Against your judgement, you will book them, ignoring all the weird typos and bad grammar on their site that should be telling you to not proceed further. They will send you a confirmation email, but tell you your tickets will not be officially "ticketed" yet. They will then call you to tell you those cheap tickets you thought you bought are no longer available (for whatever reason they make up) and try to sell you the same tickets for more money. If you decide to keep talking to them and negotiate a new deal that's better than the airline's pricing, notice that their final email confirmation will show a $200 future change fee per ticket in addition to anything the airline will charge, meaning you will risk paying ridiculous change fees if anything goes wrong and you need to change your reservation. They may also book your ticket through some weird European codeshare partner you've never heard of, instead of your intended airline. Once you realize this is a huge headache and you don't want to deal with them, they'll agree to refund your money... But you'll need to go through your credit card company via a dispute because they're not actually going to follow through. DON'T DO IT.

Negative experience: Booked a flight through their website. Got a text and voicemail that the booking wasn’t complete. Said that flight wasn’t available and could book me through Delta for a fee. Then got a call that my credit card was short a number. Mind you, you cannot complete the page without putting in ALL the numbers. Twenty four hours goes by and was told they are still working on it. Got a call the next day by Roman (worked with him the whole time) and was then told only available for different dates. I told him to cancel the flight. Worst experience have ever had through a website for travel. Would not recommend this his website at all.
Negative experience: This company is a total scam. They post impossible rates and fares that are not real, when you attempt to book them they get your credit card number, but they never secure the flights with the airlines. If you don't call in to demand a cancellation of the transaction, they will go ahead and charge your card despite never issuing a ticket, and you will arrive at the airport without a booking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Negative experience: I’d give a zero if I could. I’m currently stuck in San Jose, Costa Rica because there was some change to my flight itinerary and I was never notified. I called them and they said they can’t do anything. I paid for all the extra insurance on my ticket and they just said sorry talk to the airline. They gave me an alternative flight, but it’s out of Mexico City. Which would be great except for the fact that I’m thousands of miles away from there in Costa Rica. Beyond useless. Save your money and hassle. I’d write more but now I need to figure out how the heck I’m supposed to get back to New York.
Negative experience: This is a scam, they make money buying overbooked flights. They will take your money and then when the flight is “cancelled” by the airline, they will not take resposability because “it’s out of their control” Its impossible to get a support agent.

Both received calls that the flight was overbooked at the original price and tried to charge a new price that was $200 higher. When one employee tried to push back, they hung up on her and then refused to answer her calls. DO NOT USE.

Negative experience: Don't do business with Farebubble. Like many travelers, I went through Momondo to shop best rates for a domestic flight. I chose a flight that took me to Farebubble, selected the flight online, then received an email from Farebubble indicating my flight had not yet been confirmed by the airline. I then received a phone call indicating that my flight was denied by the airline and they offered me a different flight (different carrier) but gave no price information. I asked about the price change ($60 more) and told them I would shop around instead. They asked me to hold, came back on and said a "supervisor" authorized a $20 increase instead $60 (This should have been my cue to hang up). I stupidly agreed. I then receive an email indicating that I was being charged two amounts but no explanation as to why. Long story short...their website indicates a flight credit will be issued for changes to the reservation. What they don't tell you is the FAT $200 amount they charged separate was for their FEE which is NOT refundable. I had to make a change to this flight and am eating $200 I can't get back because I put faith is this company I had never heard of. Let my stupidity save you time, frustration and money. them again. I would have been better off paying the higher rate directly through the airline. Terrible business policies.
Negative experience: You would be out of your mind to book here. It's a scam through and through. They bait you with low prices then try to switch your ticket up when you actually get in contact with them. They are resistant to cancelling even when they refuse to sell you the ticket you booked for. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: I booked a flight thru Farebubble and did NOT get a ticket. Even though I confirmed, and my daughter called, they cancelled my reservation because they said we did not confirm. They would not honor the original price (which was $243 cheaper than the airline website airfare) because now the economy section was fully booked. Sure, their prices are cheaper. It doesn't do any good if you don't get a ticket. Be smart and AVOID Farebubble!

Negative experience: Not fair way of doing business. They advertised a ticket for $360, and I booked it. In 2 days, they called and told me that the ticket for such price isn't available and suggested to buy a $740 ticket instead. I refused, went to the airline website, and bought a ticket there for $560. Don't recommend using this service. You'll lose time, and the ticket prices will increase while you're waiting. Please, remember that "there is no free lunch" and buy tickets with airlines directly.

Negative experience: So very disappointed! Went on momondo to book a flight. The search engine gave me fares from fare bubble and unfortunately this business did not honor their listed prices on two separate travel/flights. After speaking with several representatives I got no help whatsoever- They cancelled everything! I should have booked directly with airlines because for the 50$ savings with this company/search engine it honestly was not worth the aggravation! I have attempted to contact momondo and all I kept getting was a recorded message stating that there is very high call volume then a disconnect!! Shameful!!!

Negative experience: A big time SCAM company! I booked the ticket through momondo, and they let me to Farebubble. They were offering really cheap air ticket so I went ahead and got it. Then I waited for 48 hours but no tickets came up. And when I called, they said within the next 24h I should be getting it, which never happened. Instead an airline called Fiji deducted an amount of 422$ which was not even the correct price for which I bought the tickets initially (it was 582$) but they never issued me the ticket!! For your own sanity, please stay away!

Negative experience: IT'S A SCAM!!!!! PLEASE DON'T USE!!! I purchased a ticket for a great price and received a confirmation number for my flight. Supposedly, the company randomly chooses customers to "verify" which requires sending in pictures of your ID and both sides of the credit card that was charged. At some point, they sent me a couple of emails which went to my junk mail. When I tried to check in for my flight, I found out they CANCELED THE FLIGHT!!!! They lied and said they tried to verify by phone, but I had NO calls in my phone history from Farebubble. Then, they said they'd find me another flight, but I'd have to spend $400 more than the first time. When I did not want to do so, the representative hung up on me. I tried calling back later, but they just kept putting me on hold until the line would disconnect.

Negative experience: Scam! We couldn't get a confirmation. So after delta told us we had a reservation. We printed out seats. Showed up at airport, they told us this company must've canceled on us within the past 24 hrs. We were fricking screwed. Charged our card 7 times. Told us we had to dispute. Credit company telling us we can only dispute one at a time. Literally will take a couple months to get out money back! Do not give them your credit card info!!!
Negative experience: It’s a Scam. These people won’t actually even book your flight. They will take your money and will never receive a flight confirmation. When you call the “customer service center” it’s always the same person talking to you from some kitchen in their home. You can literally hear their kids running and teaming in the back. Don’t use this service.
Negative experience: Never use this company if you want to actually have tickets. I booked tickets for a family vacation trip on March 16 an email said that we will get them in 24-48 hours. In one week after calling them 2 times and asking where are our tickets I got a second email that our card was declined so I called the bank and authorized transaction. Then I had to call the representatives of this company again and again asking where are my tickets. In two weeks I got an email but not with tickets it said that our booking was canceled. The representatives of this company are unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing and can not answer questions. The only thing they say is that we will get back to you but no one ever does.
Negative experience: This is a total scam!!! Please don't make same mistake I did. They said you will get an email confirmation within 24 hours. Never got anything so I canceled the reservation. 3 days later I got a call telling me my tickets were ready. I told them I canceled. They emailed me a cancelation confirmation. I received refund. 4 days later they charged my card 5 times with small amounts so it would not be detected. Had to cancel card. Once they get your card number, it's all a problem.

I purchased FARE BUBBLE tickets through the MOMONDO site, which I thought was reputable airfare aggregatori and I will NEVER use FARE BUBBLE nor MOMONDO ever again. I bought non-stop tickets and thought I got a good deal. After not receiving e-ticket confirmation, I called the next day and was assured the reservation was intact and that it just took 24-48 to issue the e-ticket. Then I received an email 24 hours later and said I needed to contact them URGENTLY to confirm and that they had been trying to call me. (My phone log had zero calls nor voicemails from them). When I spoke to them, the flights I had purchased were no longer available and they could only offer me connecting flights that would take 2-3 times as long, arriving the next day. This place is 100% a SCAM. Momondo should take them off their web site. The agent couldn't offer any non-stop tickets and could not guarantee that the price ticket wouldn't change. Meanwhile, tickets had gone up, of course. We cancelled our flights through fare bubble and booked tickets through Expedia. They were more expensive, but at least I trust that it is a reputable company.

Followed it from the flight aggregator, instead of $500 advertised they give you ticked from airline for $500 and put $300+ on top of that as service charges. It all happens after they send you email about payment decline in 24 hours, and you proceed booking same ticket with other trustworthy agency.
Negative experience: Horrible experience. Their automated booking system has major flaws. It notified me 24 hours after I booked my flight that I needed to authenticate my payment and that this needed to be done within 24 hours of the booking (impossible since they waited to notify me about this until after that 24 hour period). Horrible customer service when I called for assistance. I would not be surprised if this was some sort of scam to collect credit card information and they were not a travel agency at all.
