Fantastic experience: Viajar con Sky Tours y acompañados de la señora Ester fue una experiencia inolvidable, hermosa y es un viaje lleno de historia y cultura , muy bonito para los que les gustaría conocer otros países. Hemos tenido Gracias Dios la oportunidad de hacer 2 viajes con ella y esperamos si Dios nos da la oportunidad de seguir haciendo viajes junto an ella .

Negative experience: Per my Credit card company they received 2 back to back charges from them 30 minutes apart.(Fraud) Credit card company on the ball, card canceled. Never even heard of this company let alone planning any trips, even if I was planning, I do my own direct with airlines ect. Consumers beware!

Negative experience: They are scammers, they’ll book ur flight, and i will get the confirmation from the airline, but when i was going to check in for my flight i found our that Sky-Tours called and cancelled my reservation less than 24 h after booking it so since i paid Sky-Tours and they paid the airline they got a full refund. I found this out the night prior to my trip, they have no way to reach them, only an office in Los Angeles where u call and if u bought ur flight online they say its not their business. I had to cancel my debit card and open a dispute through my bank. They are thieves !

It's going to be the two best week of my life. Thank you Skytour. I've been able to take a 2nd vacation tour to Italy the most memorable was when I went Rome and be near the Catholicism. I recommend sky tour they made my vision come true thank sky tour 5 stars....

Fantastic experience: I have to say that I'm customer since 2015. My mom always buy her flights here. Their service is super good. If you need a flight they will find the best deals and call you when they find it. Another thing I love is that during the year they always have specials and if you leave your number they call you to let you know anytime they have specials. So You can plan your trips on time and with good price. They work will all airlines. Check it out you won't regret!!!!

Positive experience: Does not honor promised lower rate. Decided to add an expiration date to a hotel for an event. I can understand doing that, but 1. Without notice? 2. Two weeks before the event? Not much time. The event only posted the schedule a few days before. Update: unprofessional Update 2: Came back with a fair offer to try and help out. Out of my price range, but I appreciate it.
