Negative experience: Do not book travel ticket with these scammers. They shown the cheaper price on Skyscanner but after I paid for the ticket; later they emailed me and asked me to pay additional $700 to secure the ticket, I declined and asked for refund which I never get back from them. Fortunetly I have sorted that out with my credit card provider but trust me never book any ticket with them they will ruin your holidays as they did mine.

I paid in full, yet they demanded more money afterwards, ignored cheaper comparisons I sent, refused cancellation, and never issued tickets. Their Dubai and Australia contact numbers are fake, leaving no way to reach them. They bully customers and hold money for ransom. Untrustworthy, deceptive, and exploitative — avoid Travomint at all costs.

So I had booked my tickets through Travomint in the early morning but till 11am I didn’t received my booking confirmation from them or Airlines either. Later approaching to their Customer Service - Attendant Mohan Goswami who is calmed and composed with his patient nature made sure that my problem and concern both were handled and resolved so prompt and smoothly I highly recommend to everyone to certainly have faith and trust in them and their representatives are very attentive. Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disaster from start to finish. I don’t even know where to begin. The booking process was a nightmare — unresponsive staff, confusing information, When we tried to get support, we were either ignored or passed around from one clueless agent to another. We lost money, wasted time, and spent more time dealing with their incompetence than actually enjoying the trip. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful mess thanks to their complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. This company has no respect for their clients, no attention to detail, and clearly no experience in the travel industry. Avoid them at all costs — seriously, you’re better off planning your trip yourself or using any other agency. Worst decision I’ve ever made.

Negative experience: Horrible, I have booked a ticket at a certain price they emailed me to say there was an issue and I needed to call them, 45 minutes on the phone of them explaining to me that I needed to pay an extra $700 to secure the ticket which I did not accept than they dropped the price to $270 and then to $168 which is still unacceptable. I paid the difference because I needed the flight they promised and confirmed that I had the ticket and I don’t need to worry at all anymore. The next morning at 7 am they call me 4 times back to back to say they couldn’t secure their the ticket and there will be an extra charge of $560 if I want to buy the ticket, I declined which they said they'll give me a refund and I will receive it but they never did, I called the bank and sorted it out with the bank. I would give 0 starts if I could their rep is rude and does not let you talk.

Positive experience: I would like to share my honest experience regarding my recent Air ticket booking with travomint When I initially spoke with Mr. Mohan Goswami, I felt fairly neutral. However, when it came time to make the final payment for my air ticket, I became quite hesitant I had come across some negative feedback posted and the discount offered an 8K inr difference seemed too good to be true. Naturally, I was worried and even asked him directly whether this was a scam or a genuine deal. Mr. Mohan took his time to clearly explain the entire process, which helped ease some of my concerns still after making payment. I was told it would take upto 6 hours to receive the ticket copy. This delay made me anxious and I even raised my voice out of frustration. But to surprise I received the ticket exactly within the promise time frame and everything was in order the route I booked was TRV - BOM - DXB and I genuinely received the discounted fare as promised a difference of 8K INR I thank travomint and above all Mr. Mohan Goswami for patiently listening to me and made the process easy and clear. Thanks a lot

Negative experience: My experience is not good. I am feeling cheated as they have taken amount from me for booking of Air India flight ticket. But they have not booked flight ticket due to increase in price. This is a type of cheating as if price decrease by airline they will certainly book the ticket at the same price but on the price increases they refuses. Refund policy is not good, very bad. Overall my experience is not satisfactory and I will not recommend it to any person. Beware of this flight agent.

Negative experience: I paid for a Premium Economy ticket and was delivered a regular economy ticket (valued at about $400 less than what I paid). When I called, I was (1) transferred back into the queue while I was still talking, (2) was connected to someone on a VERY scratchy line then (3) was hung up on after about 20 seconds. Scam, scam, scam. It's a shame to see so many "purchased" 5-star reviews on Google Maps. Also an unfortunate way to realize the Google Flights doesn't vet the OTAs. That was my mistake -- I (naively) believed that, if I showed up on Google Flights, it must have ~some~ degree of legitimacy. Turns out, it does not.

Negative experience: SCAM ALERT – Do NOT book flights from Travomint! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Travomint. I booked a flight through them for 7th July 2025 and cancelled it the same day. The airline — Air India Express — confirmed that the refund of ₹4,635 was successfully processed to Travomint’s agency account on 7th July 2025. (I even have the official email proof.) However, Travomint is falsely claiming that no refund has been received from the airline. I’ve been following up for days, but they continue to give misleading and vague responses. My Booking ID: 150374 My PNR: N6WPTW They are clearly trying to withhold the refund dishonestly. This is unethical, and it seems like a deliberate scam. Please avoid using Travomint — they are not trustworthy and have zero accountability once the payment is done. Do yourself a favor and book directly through airlines or trusted platforms.

Negative experience: Google redirected me for an Alaskan flight. After inputting my credit card info, the website had a “temporary glitch” and got a call back from a lady that sent an email redirecting me to another payment form which was unverified. Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking Through Travomint (India) My experience with Travomint has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I had booked Air India tickets (Mumbai–Chandigarh–Mumbai) through them, which were later cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Air India confirmed that the refund had been processed and the necessary remarks passed to the agency. However, despite this, Travomint has failed to issue the refund even after more than a month of continuous follow-ups. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability and transparency. Their responses (specifically from their refund team - Salman) have been vague, templated, and often ignore the actual content of the email trail. I’ve had to repeatedly remind them of their own stated timelines (48–72 hours for refunds), which they’ve blatantly disregarded. Instead of coordinating with the airline—as is their responsibility—they kept redirecting the burden back to me. This level of negligence and poor customer service is unacceptable. The matter has now been escalated to the DGCA and consumer forums. I have filed formal complaints with the DGCA and the NCH Forum, urging them to take strict action against Travomint for their unethical practices and failure to comply with refund policies. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to stay away from Travomint. There are far more reliable and accountable agencies out there—don’t risk your hard-earned money with operators like this.

Negative experience: During a general flight search travomint advertised cheaper fares. By the time I completed check out I had been redirected completely, did not end up saving money, and everything else had to be done manually such as seat selection which took over an hour struggling to understand someone in India who was very rude. When I requested confirmations they told me to contact the airline directly. They could not provide me basic flight information and ended up being a convoluted waste of time without any money saved. I will never use them again.

Travomint sent a notification that my payment method failed, which is impossible, so I booked my flight directly with the airline. Negative experience: I would avoid this company at all costs. Gross gross gross; I was suggested to book through Travomint via Google's flights. The price looked good but the website felt sketchy. I asked online if Travomint is legit and saw several people saying it's very untrustworthy. I paid 140$ and asked to cancel; which you can't do via an automated service at all; and they told me I would be charged a 30$ "penalty fee" to cancel. For a flight 2 months out that I just booked 10 minutes prior. Just disgusting. "Convenience fee" the cancelation email calls it.

Negative experience: A terrible company that has made sure I will never book through them again. In booking a flight, they “need to call you” for confirmation. On that call, I was told that I’d have to pay an additional $100 CAD for a carry on bag. I had to confirm with him about this because there was nothing in my ticket noting that carry on was extra. After I refused to pay the $100 CAD, they brought it down to $70 CAD. I refused the discount and decided I’d pay at the airport. I get to the airport, and no charge for my carry on. On top of that, there was ZERO indication that I was flying with United. So imagine my anxiety trying to check into the flight and I’m being told I’m not being found. Will be submitting a report with the BBB.

Negative experience: Customer service is not good. I was looking flight tickets from bangalore to delhi and delhi to bangalore. I tried a lot but did not get any response from there side. I called also and I sent lots if messages as well but didn't get any response. They checked and saw my message but didn't give any response..I'll never try this service any more in future or I'll not recommend to others.

Negative experience: SCAM SCAM SCAM ... Dont book ticket from this site. They are totally fraud. We booked the ticket and money also got deducted from our account. But ticket not confirmed. When we called airlines they informed payment not received so booking was not don't. Toll free number not reachable, no response from chat/ email. Such a fraudulent company.

This caused me significant concern. However, I must commend the customer care team, particularly Miss Tania, for their prompt and courteous assistance. They reassured me that the amount was safe and would be auto-reflected in my account within 24-48 hours. Miss Tania followed up with me the next day, informing me that they had received the payment and inquiring about my preference for a refund or ticket issuance. I opted for a refund, which she assured me would be processed in the original payment mode. True to their word, I received the refund of ₹18,098 in my account on the promised date, despite the intervening bank holidays. While the initial technical issue caused inconvenience, the customer care team's professionalism and efficiency made up for it. I appreciate their commitment to resolving the issue and providing a satisfactory outcome. - Prompt and courteous customer care - Refund processed in original of payment I would recommend Travomint to others, acknowledging that technical glitches can occur, but their customer care team is dedicated to finding solutions.
