Negative experience: This company calls you and call you all over and over. They are trying to find out if you are a candidate to purchase time share, Very pushy if they feel like you're not a candidate or you're not applying to purchase. They cancel your reservation surely before you are supposed to arrive there.

Negative experience: This group is non stop harassment and are relentless. Their group is trash and so is their timeshare. Even after telling them multiple times to stop calling especially after my mother passed away, they ignored all requests and still continue to bother. They call from several different numbers. I would never do any business with them they are not good people to do business with.

Negative experience: So they called and told me what I could get or do on this trip 3 day 2night and charged me the $75 or $100 then sent me papers on how to book and I "have" to have "a major credit card" to do so!!! I've never had one in my life, but they took money from my debit card to set this up with me! If I'd know , I would never have bought it cause I don't have a credit card!!! Duh

Negative experience: They will not quit calling. We visited Branson a month ago, booking through someone else. Branson Travel Group continues to call every day or two even though I have told them to please quit calling. Every call is from a different number (from Texas where I live - that's fishy) so it is impossible to block them. I have started telling them to remove me from their call list and they just hang up on me. There are reputable travel groups in Branson, but I would venture to say this isn't one of them.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this group to anybody!! They mislead you, drag you along for weeks then at the last minute tell you that you don't qualify and are completely disrespectful and downright rude about it after wasting YOUR time and money!!

Negative experience: So I paid for my vacation, but my husband wanted an upgrade so we told them we wanted the Clay Cooper suite at Stone Castle. My representative Jackie looked it up and said it was available but would be an extra 200.00. So she collected the money and said it was booked. A week later my job changed my days off. I called and tried to change my days and they never answered my calls or left voice-mail. So I called Stone Castle to confirm my days and I was informed that there is no reservation for me and that Branson Travel group has no authority to book certain rooms and the one I wanted was already booked. Still no response from Branson Travel so I'm still out the money for the original package and now the extra 200.

Negative experience: Below is a copy of the email that I have yet to hear a response from. In my opinion after using this company I personally would not recommend anyone to use them to book a trip. Do yourself a favor and have a good trip without their headaches. We decided to try your company for this trip. Unfortunately it was not smooth at all. It was a struggle as soon as we arrived there was no clue on anything going on as far as our arrival. The dates where wrong ect. we had castle stone hotel picked out and was good to go. When we arrived we was told that unfortunately we had to switch hotels due to their wasnt any space left at our hotel. Was told that we could stay at the grand plaza. We agreed at first and was not happy about the change but we would deal with it. When we arrived at the new hotel there was underwear in the parking lot. We went to check in and the desk clerk wasnt very professional. We immediately called back to the travel group in branson and the guy told us that he would pull some strings to get us into stone castle but it would be a little wait. Already having the negative experience we decided to drive to stone castle. Once there there still was no call so we had to explain our situation to the desk clerk. She had to call over to your company to see what was going on. They told us they had plenty of room. so why was there a issue is my question. We was called by your company a day late and was asked how are doing as far as coming to branson had to tell them we where already there. The only reason we used branson group was for the convenience but it was far from convenient.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time, they will tell you one thing one conversation and then completely change the price and packages available the next time you call, even when you’ve already put a down payment.The package started at $279 and then bumped up to over $500. Not willing to work with you at all, when directed to the manager he didn’t even talk with us he just asked what our mailing address was so we could get our refund.

The package that you are refering to is $129 a adult. So if it's 2 adults traveling it's $258 and if it's 4 adults it is $516. We tried explaining this but it wasn't going anywhere so we opted to give you a refund instead and part as friends. Negative experience: My wife and I went to Branson in April for her birthday then we found out about the "Branson Travel Group" and the sales person we spoke to told us we could save if we ordered a package that was good for 2 years and if we decided not to do it then we would be able to get a refund. Well things came up and my wife and I decided to just get a refund and when we were ready then we would just reorder the package. Well I called and talked to a saler lady and she informed me that the package can not be refunded because I had 30 days to cancel. That was not what we were told when we first talked to them. Saver your money and don't waste your time.

Negative experience: My family and I hoped to save money on a Branson vacation. Through the internet we got in touch with Branson Travel Group. It sounded like a good way for a family to explore Branson on a budget. However, we were promised accommodations for a four star hotel, which was not a four star hotel. It was a one star hotel at best. The rooms were tiny and covered in ants. The bathrooms were too small to move in at all, and the staff was not very friendly. Upon arrival at the timeshare presentation, we experienced 3 1/2 hours rather than the 2 1/2 hours we were promised. In which, our original presentation assured us it would be low pressure and no obligation to buy a timeshare. With in one hour of the presentation the representative insulted us, refused to show us a contract, and rudely explained to us that if we didn’t buy a $14,000 timeshare that we would never be able to have a timeshare there again. The initial staff were very kind but as soon as a sale representative got us in a one on one presentation they were extremely rude, belligerent, sexist, and racist. Unfortunately, we were interested in owning a timeshare, but we were treated so badly by our representative that we don’t think we’ll ever go on another guided tour for any other place.

Positive experience: I have tried numerous times in the last 24 hours to call. Have had to leave messages on both numbers,sent an email to there customer support no answer there. Was told I had 72 hours to cancel. They have already charged my card, called the credit card company to stop payment when was told they already paid, they tried calling no answer had to open a case to get a refund hopefully. Don't do business with these people. No body is that busy that they can't return a phone call in 24 hours. Just got off phone with Bobby they are refunding my money. Seems they don't work on weekends, which i did not know. So I am now a happier person. Thank you Bobby

Negative experience: Carl tried to give a "deal" to my friend's for a big deal to Nantucket and charged a $40 dollar deposit. We get there and everything he said was not correct, we went around nearly an hour in the morning to get our money back and wasted our time.

Negative experience: I was told if we went to presentation we would receive 124.00 refund on tickets ..been over a week and still no refund ..I asked for a receipt at time of presentation and they said they do not give them ..should not have to wait for money to be refunded when you can pay and it is charged immediately !! Called and spoke to "Manager Candace". Zero resolution and poor customer service skills. Branson Travel Group claimed their hands were tied. So much for Branson hospitality.....

Negative experience: The vacation was fine at first but the sale person, Isaiah, was very rude during the presentation your required to attend. He started out nice until I refused to buy. He asked me why I wouldn’t buy and I replied that I called my boyfriend and he said no. He said what do you need a man here to make a decision. Are you married? I said no but I respect his decisions. We have been together four years and are planning to get married soon. He was like when is the wedding and just kept being rude. I started to cry and told him I just wanted to sign the papers and leave. When I started crying it seemed like he rushed me out of the place quickly and quietly so I wouldn’t make a scene to everyone else there. He was just very rude after I wouldn’t buy. It’s not worth it to save money to have to deal with the hard core rude sales people. I would rather pay more because this event ruined the rest of trip.

Negative experience: negative 10.. this place LIES LIES LIES the high pressure presentation will leave you with PTSD and ruins the trip.. sure 125.00 is a good deal but if your "vacation" is ruined by their long high pressure presentation then whats the point? Also, their secondary 3 day 2 night offer is a joke the hotels were slum and there is never availability. every time we tried to use it they said there was no availability. we called 15 times before it expired and never was able to use the certificate.

Negative experience: Went to the presentation as required after receiving "pre-gifted" tickets from the information store at intersection of Hwy 76 and Shepard of the Hills Boulevard. I told them I couldn't hear in crowded, noisy presentation room. They told me I could skip the presentation and proceed to get my refund on the credit card charge for the "pre-gifted" tickets. Then they refused to reverse the credit card charges for the "pre-gifted" tickets because we didnt complete the presentation. Guess they never heard of ADA. I'll see what my lawyer says about that.

Unfortunately this means if you opt out of the presentation or get disqualified you don't get the same promotions. In the case of getting your tickets prior to the presentation this comes with the addendum of not receiving the same promotional gifting or in this case a refund on the package since we were already out of pocket for the tickets you requested. This is also covered in the terms and conditions of all packages we sell stating that you could be charged up to full retail value of the package if you don't complete the presentation. Negative experience: BEWARE! Sales people lie. They are out to get the sale only. They do not disclose the facts. When I asked to listen to the recording they sent me to a supervisor who will not return any of my calls. Nov 2016 I told them I was not interested. She stated I could buy this for my employees. I thought a 2 night stay in Branson would be nice. I asked if there were any catches or conditions. She said no. There were no block out dates but they have to call in advance. So I bought 3. I gave them to my employees. In January one wanted to use it in February so we called to get it set up only to find out that there were age and income restrictions. The gal I talked to agreed the original sales person did not clarify things and that she personally would help me with my employees. They do not meet the income limits nor did one meet the age limit but her guest did. Nonetheless, we were not able to let that couple use the package. Now in May one of the other employees wanted to use one of the packages. They meet the age and income limits. Now we find out that we live less than 60 miles so there is an additional fee. WELL my business is less than 60 miles from Branson. Don't you think the first person should have told me there were conditions and catches that would cost more? Now I would have to pay an additional $120 for each package. NO supervisor or person will return calls. This company needs to return my money or those of us that have been scammed to to make sure they go out of business. I can guarantee if I treated my customers in my business this way they would have ran me out of town. DO NOT fall for this scam if you live within 60 miles of the vacation spot. DO NOT give this as a gift to anyone unless you know all the terms. There are many and they will not tell you upfront. The mileage condition is not on any of the printed documents and they will not provide the recordings because they know they are liars

Negative experience: This place is horrible. Don't waste your time with this company. They are liars and don't have any business ethics. They called me offering a package and I told them that I don't meet the financial requirements but they said it would be no problem and can still attend the presentation and get the package. I called months later to set up my reservation and they again asked about my income and again I told them that I did not qualify so they said they could not give me my package and that they could not offer a refund. To say the least this is the very beginning of making this company known as liars and unethical business people.

Sorry for any miscommunication about the package you purchased. While our packages do often have requirements to use such as age and income, there is no requirements to purchase a package. We have many customers do this because they know people who do qualify that they can gift or transfer the package to. I see your Branson package was honored in full June of 2017. Negative experience: I only gave a rating of one star because 0 stars wasn't an option. I bought a package to go to Branson thinking it sounded like a great way to see the area and for a good price even though I knew I would have to attend a time share presentation. Things came up finiancially and I needed to cancel the reservation. When I called to do so the woman I spoke to became very rude quickly and started asking me why I needed to cancel and then proceeded to berate me. I said I don't understand what the problem is with me canceling, I was 4 days away from the time I was supposed to arrive. Then I was told that I would be charged an additional $25 if I cancelled and she would just charge my card. This company is questionable to say the least. I would never recommend using them.

We had multiple issues with them so we dissolved our partnership with that company. I don't see where Branson Travel Group ever booked reservations with you so I believe you may have done so with Marketing One or whichever name they are going by now. Negative experience: Branson Travel group is not professional or adequate at preforming their duties. I was sold a 4 day 3 night package for $100 if my husband and I went to their timeshare presentation. I reserved another room for a friends family and was only charge 55 per night, so they saved me a hole 65 bucks and the resort they stuck us in was horrible. The rooms were dirty, carpet was BLACK...with filth, the safe didn't work, there were holes in the walls, trash piled around the entire back of the building, moldy mattresses, bedding, strollers...etc. They failed to inform me of proper check in times or to notify the hotel of my pets. When we arrived in Branson at 10 am as they said everything opened at 9 and we would be able to check in, we went to the visitors station they said check in wasn't until 3 pm and they didn't do a damn thing to help my family who had been in the car for 10 hours driving from northern IL. Further more, the tickets they promised were crap, the free dinner for the family ended up being a 30 dollar voucher that wouldn't even cover one person's meal! By the time we reached the presentation I wasn't sure if I wanted to bite my pride and get through it or snap out on everyone in site. Thankfully, we moved on to Arkansas and had an excellent stay at The Brass Door Motel. If you are going that way with pets I strongly recommend you contact Karishma at The Brass Door Motel and she will take good care of you! It's a little over an hour drive from Branson, if your into all the touristy stuff up there or you could spend your time on one of the lakes or rivers in the area and forget all the expensive crap in Branson.

Negative experience: Beware, this company is a pure scam!!! They call you up during the work week, talking about this ONCE IN A LIFETIME Brandon trip opportunity at an unbelievable price ; BUT you have to purchase right then and there. By the time you realize all the extra costs(that they conveniently don't mention) it's actually going to be and want your money back they're GHOST!

Negative experience: They called me over 9 months ago and talked me into buying a travel package and told me I could cancel it within 48 hours. When I came to my senses the next day I did cancel it and have been calling them a few times a month since then inquiring as to why the money hasn't been put back in my account. They keep saying they're looking into it and always promise to call me back and that has yet to happen. I'm extremely disappointed in Branson travel group
