Fantastic experience: Andre assisted me over the phone in trouble shooting a problem with my scooter lift. The lift stopped operating suddenly. I called around looking for answers late at night, no one was available i contacted High-class Scooters and spoke to Andre, who gave me advice to go in to auto zone to ask someone to check my battery connection to the lift and I did just that. And yes he connection was faulty d/t crosion on the connecting prong. It was an easy fix for the auto zone rep and they didn't charge me a dime to correct the problem. I thank Andre for his knowledge, patience and advice and I recommend high-class scooters for your scooter needs

Negative experience: Poor service I’m a disabled person who rented a scooter from these ppl for my birthday 06/8/2024- 06/12/2024..They gave me a scooter that malfunction all the time I had it I had to call the scooter guy all the time and had to charge the scooter all the time he would never offer to give me a new one, finally I tried to travel down the strip and got stuck the scooter ran out of juice I called scooter guy he said to take the key out and take it to the nearest hotel and give to a Manager and I had to walk with my legs in so much pain and in tears for a long period of time until I could get a Uber r a tax . I was totally inconvenience and very upset. The next day they call and harassed me saying they was going to charge me 200$ to get the scooter back I told them God is going to punishment them for taking advantage of a disable person. They were sending me all these harassment texts etc. I told them to leave me along. Please don’t rent from these ppl the r Rip off people.. I will Not be returning to Vegas Such a bad Experience there ever..

Negative experience: Do not rent anything from this place!!! Their equipment is raggedy and broken down, and then when you contact them to let them know it's not working they don't bring you out a new one to accommodate you. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . I wouldn't recommend this business to ANYONE!!!

Negative experience: Gave my handicapped grandmother a hard time with a dysfunctional scooter and also threatened to charge her $200 for the inconvenience. They also left my grandmother hanging on Las Vegas strip to walk in pain multiple times. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this scooter service.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Unfortunately, the wheelchair was not able to be delivered to me during my 5 day trip to Vegas. The manager told me their staff were deciding not to come in and that's why it wasn't delivered. I was promised a refund but have yet to receive it after 2 weeks - not sure if I will ever get it. Do no rent from here!

Negative experience: Had a bad experience renting from this business. I didn’t get what they promised me wish was a scooter with lights like the one they are advertise here, with a speaker to be able to connect my phone and put my own music while riding it. I rented three scooters that were delivered to me late, one of them was falling apart from where the handles are attached so we had to constantly keep stopping to put it back. Another one died on us in the middle of the casino and had to literally push it to our destination event though we charged the three of them over night.then the other scooter also started blinking red on me and one of the front tires look like it was going to fall off going side ways as I was using it and since I was telling them everything that was going on they are trying to blame me for the tire. I have been trying to contact the owner and the man that answers the phone keeps telling me he will call me and I have not gotten a call been waiting almost four days. I call again and now they won’t answer my phone call.

Fantastic experience: Omg when I say life saver I came to Vegas not knowing how far everything was on the long strip I saw someone on a bright colorful scooter and it had a speaker that the person was playing their music from which looked so cool and comfy. I got the info and called and spoke to Andre he was so professional and came to drop the scooter to where I was having breakfast on the strip in lil time of me calling him! I was tired of walking and everyone was whizzing by to where I just had to get us some scooters. They met up with me to deliver and pick up the scooters and I had a great time seeing Vegas at a quicker pace lol. I should’ve got them the first day I saw them. Would definitely recommend!

They responded with in minuets after sending them an Instagram message. Pick up and delivery was flawless. I was able to travel the strip and Fremont with no issues. If I needed anything they were there to help and kept in constant contact with me. They have many payment options and are so helpful. I will def use them again when I travel to Las Vegas again.

My feet were KILLING me after day 2 of the trip from walking so much but then I saw the sign on another customers scooter and this was the best purchase I made the entire trip!
