Fantastic experience: Julie did an amazing job helping plan our northern Italy/Switzerland trip itinerary, hotels, trains, etc. Everything was seemless, and coordinated perfectly with my Sons graduation trip. We were able to meet up with him in Florence and Murren and could not have had a better experience. Julie also suggested adding Montreux to our Switzerland travels to give us a taste of the French side and it turned out to be one of our favorite destinations. Fantastic experience: We absolutely love working with BTA. We have planned a trip to Italy, NYC and most recently Costa Rica with Jackie and have always been extremely happy with the results. BTA's partnership with the properties that they suggest really does level up the experience. It is very apparent that the properties partnering with BTA value their relationship and celebrate their clients. Dining recommendations have also been very helpful and have always exceeded our expectations. In addition to accommodations, the peace of mind that they can offer with their transportation contracts can be very valuable when traveling internationally. Transfers are always private and clean with professional drivers. They take all of the guesswork out of inter-country travel. I also love how our itinerary is loaded in their app with all lodging, restaurants, tours and excursions easy to locate with all necessary tips and information. I honestly would not plan a major trip without them. We plan to use their service again next summer for the Almafi Coast. The planning fee is far and above made up for in the peace of mind and extra details that take a typical trip to magical.

Fantastic experience: My story is a long one, but before I go into details, I must tell you that there are not enough accolades for BTA, specifically for our agent, Janet Semenova. From the beginning of our travel planning journey (which began in October 2019, but which was canceled when the pandemic hit), through the successful conclusion of our 2nd planned trip in May, 2022, Janet has been by our side throughout all of the highs and lows and in between. Let me tell you my story. My husband wanted to surprise me with my dream trip to Greece and Israel for our 25th wedding anniversary. He worked diligently with Janet to come up the perfect itinerary. Once I was informed of the trip, I, too, worked with Janet to perfect the trip of my dreams. After countless e-mails, texts, in-person meetings, zoom calls, etc., Janet presented us with the details of our dream trip: a 5 week trip to include Israel and a cruise to the Greek islands which was to take place the end of May through the beginning of July, 2020. Needless to say, when the pandemic hit in March, 2020, we realized that our long planned perfect dream trip would have to be cancelled. The cancellation process began, which was very tedious and included numerous calls and e-mails to secure back our deposits. Janet took care of everything and kept us informed all the way. I can't even imagine the thousands of hours she spent from the planning through the cancellation. Eventually, much of our deposit money was returned. We were so disappointed, but grateful to have her in our corner. A year went by and in March, 2021, when it seemed like Covid might let up and permit us to reschedule our dream trip, Janet contacted us to see if we were ready to reschedule. After much discussion, we decided to give it the go ahead. So began Janet's diligent research and discussions with us to re-plan the new dream trip. Following E-mails, in-person meetings, zoom calls and phone calls, we finalized our new (and even better), new adventure, which began April 24, 2022 - May 27, 2022. This trip included 2 weeks in Israel, 5 days on the island of Santorini, an 11 day cruise to the Greek Islands and Turkey and 2 days in Athens. Janet and her team coordinated all of the flights, guides, transport from each airport, etc., etc. and kept us updated and informed all the way. Of course we had many questions and concerns, but Janet has the patience of a saint and was always there to guide us and keep us calm. We just completed our dream trip and we had the most incredible journey, the most exciting adventures, learned so much and took over 3,000 photos. Most everything went off without a hitch. While there were a couple of glitches here and there, I was able to communicate with Janet and even with the time difference, she was right there for us. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Pocket Travel Guide the team put together for us and kept updated. This guide had all of our flights, tours, country information, restaurant reservations, etc. all in one place. This was an invaluable tool. If you are looking for a travel agent (and company) who will plan an amazing adventure for you (with your input), guide you the entire way and simply take care of your every need with love and care, then Janet Semenova with Boutique Travel Advisers is the one! I am proud to now call her a friend! Janet, thank you for all you did to make our dreams become the most amazing reality.

Fantastic experience: We just completed our 2nd European trip that Boutique Travel Advisors planned for us and are extremely pleased with everything they put together. They are very knowledgeable and have great recommendations on what we should do, see and experience. And they think of, and accommodate, all of the details like transfers, restaurant recommendations and stuff to do when you have free time. Fantastic experience: They have done it again! For years, I have been using Boutique Travel Advisors for all of our travel – whether it’s a beach vacation, a local getaway, college touring, or international travel they have exceeded our expectations! Most recently, we returned from several weeks in South Africa, visiting Cape Town, the Kruger National Park Game Reserve and Johannesburg. Being from Johannesburg and having traveled there and the Kruger Park my entire life, it is fair to say I had high expectations. Clearly, they delivered! They continue to impress me with their connections in all different parts of the world and the partnerships they have fostered to ensure their clients receive top-notch service and experiences. Part of what separates them in their field is the personalization of the trips they create - they listen to what’s important to you and get to know you as their client. Over and above, they always do what they can to get you perks and upgrades. However, it is sometimes the smallest details that really stay with you. For example, we were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday while we were away and it was important to me the various hotels did what they could to make her feel special, such as decorating her room, and Boutique Travel Advisors not only came through but even requested a special gift be there for our daughter upon our arrival. This was a trip of a lifetime for our family, and we are forever grateful to Angie, Bri, and the rest of the BTA team for helping us make it happen!

Fantastic experience: After having to postpone our trip last year, my 19 year granddaughter and I saw an opportunity to go this summer. I don't know how I was so lucky to find Janet at Boutique Travel Advisors, but she was an abosolute godsend. My granddaughters travel wishes were Amsterdam, Greece and Italy. Right from the beginning Janet was concerned with every single detail, from the passport fiasco to managing the ever changing covid restrictions in all of the countries in question. When we couldn't find anywhere to get an appointment for a new passport she was able to find one in a remote post office. She was constantly assessing the the risks of traveling to a country that may change their tourist status and advised us that going to The Netherlands was risky because of their high covid rates. Amsterdam was then changed to Paris. She tailored all of our amazing tours around our interests. She recommended an 11 day cruise in Greece and it was a lifesaver for us, especially me. The small ship, 53 total passengers on board was just wonderful. We stopped at 9 islands making our way to Rome. Her commitment to us did not stop when we were traveling. She checked on us throughout the trip informing us of the changing regulations and restrictions. This trip could have very easily become a nightmare without her guidance. I will forever be grateful to Janet for making this trip with my beautiful granddaughter a wonderful memory that I will cherish the rest of my life. Traveling during covid is challenging. You have to be flexible and understanding, realizing there may be things that will be restricted but you will be rewarded with no crowds, but don't do it without the help of Boutique Travel Advisors, they are wonderful. The queen Beatrice was very comfortable and luxurious. The El Porvenir Ranch was AMAZING!! we loved its rustic character while still warm and comfortable. Our room was exquisite! the kids room for what we paid - one slept on a makeshift pull out on the floor…..that’s the only thing I might suggest differently - but all in all can’t complain. the staff at El Porvenir - were so incredible ( Javier met our every need at breakfast lunch and dinner) and we met the owners who were so authentic and welcoming. Thanks Janet for always recommending the most unique places and making sure we know which experiences are not to be missed. Fantastic experience: Our experience with the team at Boutique Travel was wonderful. The front end experience setting up the trip was fun and easy to work through to get to our desired budget and experiences. We took a 2 week family trip through several destinations in Croatia. The best part was the local area company they partnered with so that we had a contact in our time zone who was in communication and confirming all the small details and prepping us for all the experiences and details in advance. If we needed to modify something or follow up, it was a great resource. Everything went smoothly with a lot of moving pieces. I will not hesitate to work with BA again.

Fantastic experience: April 2024 Rome-Florence-Venice, Italy. We had a wonderful experience on our Italy trip, primarily due to BTA. This was our first time using a travel agent, and Boutique Travel Advisors (BTA) was worthwhile beyond a doubt. BTA booked every aspect of our trip including transfers, private guides, and dinners. BTA's private guides were highly educated in art, architecture, and the local culture, and they were prompt and enjoyable. I would not try to see the Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica, the Colosseum or other important sites without a private guide. We walked into the venues without a wait while others stood in a four-hour line. While in Venice, BTA updated our itinerary at no additional cost with a tour to Murano Glass Studio including a boat ride. We especially enjoyed the Food Tour in Rome. BTA's travel app is impressive. The app included our flight schedules, prepaid tickets, contact info for the guides, and daily communications to ensure we were happy with our travel experience. We will use BTA for future travel, and we recommend you do as well.

Fantastic experience: BTA was amazing!! I worked originally with Angie for the beginning portion of the planning but Milica picked it up a few days into the booking/itinerary portion. BTA and Milica planned an unforgettable honeymoon for my now husband and I, and they were super responsive, considerate of our budget and really listened to the things we wanted to do and places we wanted to go. They planned everything in an app, ran everything by my husband and I, and were open to any payment schedule we needed. Overall, I would use them again and book them for my next vacation. I just got back and am already in discussion with Milica for our 1 year anniversary trip!! It was my first time using an agency, and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to booking my own trips.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a week long girls trip to Portugal . What an amazing experience! Janet and her team did a great job organizing tours, choosing the best hotels, and giving us great information on restaurants and areas to check out on our “free” days. Fantastic experience: Janet and her team at BTA were incredible partners in the planning process. Their knowledge of the counties, cities, hotels, and more made the experience even better. They provided blogs (that they wrote) with information about our trip locations as well as lists of restaurants that made our trip a bit different than if we just went to all the “main” attractions. We were also lucky enough to take a 7 night cruise on a small ship with the Seabourn cruise line. What a wonderful experience! Janet had gone through a number of different cruise options with us and came to the conclusion that we would be best served with a well-known, luxury cruise line such as Seaborn. Not only was the ship beautiful, the attention to detail from the staff was above and beyond what we expected. Additionally, as a professional artist in theater, I was so pleased to see high quality entertainment in the theater each night. Fantastic experience: We just returned from the most wonderful family vacation to Europe. Angie helped planned a fun-filled several days in Lucerne, Switzerland followed by an Adventures by Disney (ABD) Rhine River cruise. Angie took the time to learn about our family and our kids so she could customize our trip to our interests. We have two teenage boys so we needed an active vacation and we have one really picky eater. She organized hiking in the alps and interesting city tours. Angie secured all of our accommodations, transfers, activities and dining reservations. Angie also helped us plan our excursions on the ADB river cruise. We ziplined through the Black Forest, canoed through the canals in Strasbourg and hiked up mountains for the most fantastic views. Her assistance was very valuable and made our travel super easy and stress-free! She even checked in while we were abroad to make sure everything was going well. Her expertise, organization and service were first-class. We’re already planning our next trip with Angie!!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience working with Angie planning our Glacier trip. Angie at BTA added some wonderful tours and excursions that were perfect for us. My favorite was all three. Especially fishing in Whitefish Lake. Our guide Noel was so kind and helpful teaching us novices how to fish. He was really passionate about his love for fishing. All our guides in Glacier really love what they do. Those are the best guides.

She came through with a great location both for the meeting, and for dinner, and she checked in with us frequently to make sure all was going well. Fantastic experience: Omg, my mom, sister and I had an incredible time in London and Paris!!! We only had 6 nights and we maximized every minute of our trip. Fantastic experience: BTA is amazing!!! They made our family vacation so stress free and top notch!!! I was very hesitant about taking my children to Mexico. I also never imagined going to an all inclusive resort with children. However, BTA found us the best luxury resort for family and we loved that it was all inclusive! We had a true 5-star experience thanks to Angie and Milica who organized every detail! We never would have never adventure to Mexico without their recommendations and support!!!

Fantastic experience: BTA could not have made my girls trip on the Virgin Cruise line any better! When the cruise had to change course and we no longer could go to Key West, we ended up going to Nassau. I was thrilled about this because I love the Bahamas, but stressed because we had not planned any excursions and heard hotels were not giving day passes due to Covid. By 10am the next morning, Angie, one of the co-founders of BTA had day passes for us for the Atlantis and also picked up our lunch tab. This was absolutely unnecessary, but appreciated! I have only used a travel agency for Disney and never saw the purpose of them. My view has completely changed. When I discussed with Janet, BTA's other founder, about what my friends and I were looking for in a small get away, we were leary about a cruise during Covid, but it was the best decision to take up Janet's recommendations, because they were perfect. We got exactly what we wanted with beautiful beaches, no kids in sight, and completely clean. Janet even planned all of our dinners, with the most amazing cuisines, who knew a mushroom mousse could taste so fabulous?! I am not one to give reviews, but BTA made my trip so easy to book and I loved not having to stress myself out about restaurants and reservations. They did all of the work and we truly felt on vacation without any worries. We absolutely will be giving these ladies our business again, Italy here we come!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I worked with Rebecca Hogan to plan a vacation to Portugal in Jan 2022, which was our first international trip since 2019. While we have taken several international trips that I always planned myself, we decided to use Rebecca and the BTA team to help with this trip and we are so glad we did! Rebecca was responsive and knowledgeable, and helped us plan a custom vacation that met all our wish-list items, and even more that I hadn't learned about in my own research. While we were only in the country for 5.5 days, our itinerary included visits to 5 different cities/town in addition to a myriad of towns/villages in the Duoro Valley while still giving us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the fabulous accommodations we stayed in. All of the local, private guides booked through BTA were so friendly and knowledgeable, and that made our experience unique and engaging. We will definitely be using BTA and Rebecca to help with future travel plans!

We did a trip to Spain, and she took care of everything we needed. Limos from airports to the hotel, the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. In every town we had private tours and the guides were excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The whole trip was wonderful and by far the best we have ever had. I would recommend Janet to anyone wanting to have an unbelievable adventure.

Fantastic experience: BTA helped my husband and I plan the most amazing trip to Paris and Italy. We had both never been to Europe and wanted help planning the trip, especially given covid. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Milica and Janet, my husband and I had an amazing “mini”moon and honeymoon! After finding out during our rehearsal dinner that our hotel for our “mini” moon overbooked us, Milica worked some magic and booked us an amazing trip to Vegas so quickly I didn’t even have time to stress about it! We had such a fun time thanks to her. We just returned from our honeymoon in Belize and Janet gave us the most romantic and amazing experience. We had a few days in the jungle with our own infinity pool, romantic cozy cabin, and very attentive and friendly staff. We then spent four days on a beach with white sand and clear blue waters. Fantastic experience: BTA planned and executed the most wonderful trip our family of four has ever had in celebration of a milestone birthday. We spent a week traveling Greece and then another week on a private sailboat with just our family, a super cool captain and a hostess who cooked and cleaned for us. We sailed to different islands every day and swam and explored. Our 10 and 12 year olds even had a chance to sail the boat. Janet planned every detail flawlessly including transports and logistics. Fantastic experience: It was mid March when I realized our family’s dream of a European getaway was going to stay a virtual pin on my Pinterest travel board for the foreseeable future. We lived for weeks glued to our television, in a pandemic purgatory wondering if we would ever travel again. When I contacted BTA, Janet was very knowledgeable and up to date on all the new travel requirements/ regulations . Within 24 hours she sent over many domestic travel adventures for our family of 10 to choose from; we are a high maintenance group :-) Places I never considered PC (pre-covid). We spent 8 days in the beautiful Mountains in Montana at The Resort at Paws Up. It was INCREDIBLE!! Luxury Cabins, 5 star dining, Lexus SUV’s to drive around while on property, activities for the whole family, entertainment...the list goes on and on. So thankful to have Janet on stand by when Delta kicked half our family members to a later return flight due capacity restrictions. We were canoeing on the Black Foot River with no cell reception and by the time we got back Janet had resolved the issue. If you are planning a vacation in the future do yourself a favor and call BTA! I’m so glad we did!!

We loved our boutique hotels - our rooms, the service, amenities and views were over the top. We had an adventurous itinerary filled with fun and entertaining activities. We hiked the Arenal Volcano, went fishing on the largest lake in the country, went on guided nature walks, explored rain forests, ziplined and water rappelled and also spent time relaxing in hot springs, by our resort pools and on the beach. I want to go back already!

Fantastic experience: Janet and Angie Arranged another great trip for me recently. In November my friends and I went on a one week adventure to Iceland. Bta planned everything like our hotels, tours and all the transfers so we didn’t have to take the bus. We saw all the main sights Such as the golden circle, blue Lagoon, the south coast and the snaeffelsness peninsula. We splurged on private tours which were so worth it because we were able to go off the beaten path and get to see sites that the regular tour buses don’t take you to where there are not so many tourists. Iceland is really expensive so we were a bit sticker shocked when we first got there but the country is beautiful. Make sure to stay at the ion hotel and eat at sushi social! We didn’t like the general Icelandic cuisine so if you’re a picky eater bring protein bars.
