Negative experience: Horrible at getting back to people. Had to call 3 times just to get someone to answer but never get a call back. Don’t waste your time.

Even when the river didn't cooperate because it was too low for our boat, the tour company made sure we had transportation to our next destination, and provided a tour of the city as well. They took care of us throughout the trip as if we were the only ones on the cruise. And have I mentioned the food? Fabulous! And the staff was very attentive, as well as knowledable. Great trip!
