Fantastic experience: Suzanne did a fantastic job planning for our Alaska cruise! She put us in a hotel right across the street from the terminal while we were staying in Seattle so it was super easy to get to the boat on our boarding day. She had great advice about things to do and excursions to take. She was a huge help and our trip definitely would not have been as wonderful if we hadn't worked with Suzanne!

Fantastic experience: Our family of 8 flew to Rome where we stayed for a few days before boarding a cruise to Greece and other parts of Italy. Fantastic experience: Our family took a 10-day trip to Scotland to celebrate my 60th birthday. Fantastic experience: My wife and I decided to use Holiday Travel to plan and book our European honeymoon. We had an initial call with Aimee and explained what we were looking to see and do and she planned the perfect itinerary. We completely left the itinerary up to Aimee with the caveat that we wanted to explore some European history at first and end in a tropical location to relax. We spent 2 weeks in Europe and we’re able to see 5 different cities (Amsterdam, Munich, Salzburg, Vienna, & Mallorca) and got to do everything we wanted. Aimee gave us plenty of options for excursions, museums, experiences, etc. and even booked a lot of them for us ahead of time. She was super attentive and communicated clearly with us, regardless of the time difference. She was so helpful and made our honeymoon the perfect trip we will talk about for years to come! We definitely plan to use Holiday Travel for our next big trip.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend using Suzanne at Holiday Travel and staying at RIU in Aruba. Suzanne thought of every detail from what to pack, how to tip, places to see and more. She even gave us clips to use for beach towels. Very handy because Aruba is windy! The RIU was absolutely beautiful. It was safe, clean, friendly staff and it offered the most amazing breakfast buffet. Will go back:)

Fantastic experience: This was a trip to an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica, Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, 2/28/23-3/7/23. The resort was wonderful (with the exception of too few electrical outlets), the service was good, the food was excellent and the weather was perfect. Suzanne covered all aspects of the trip and informed us of any issues within Jamaica. She went even further by getting us into Club MoBay. Their people expedited us through immigration on both ends and provided food and drinks in their lounge while we waited for ground transportation and for our flight to be called. We've used Holiday Travel in the past with great results and will definitely to do so in the future.

Fantastic experience: Iceland would not have been possible without the help, expertise and knowledge from Suzanne of Holiday Travel. We had an incredible adventure, including amazing northern lights, ice blue glaciers and a dip in the Blue Lagoon. If you are going to Iceland in winter, bring your snow boots and your bathing suit so you can enjoy it all!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a trip to Dublin, Suzanne made all the arrangements, great hotel that was perfectly located to walk everywhere in the city. She did those extra things like calling the hotel the day before to make sure our two rooms where near each other and that they would be expecting us Sunday morning for check-in, shared experiences from her recent trip to Dublin and followed up after the trip to make sure everything went well. Fantastic experience: Suzanne at Holiday Travel arranged our recent Danube Dreams River cruise on Avalon Waterways. It was an incredible experience on their Envision ship. Our stateroom was immaculate and stocked with fresh water every day. The meals were beautifully prepared and wine of every region was offered in an unending supply each evening. We chose to stay a few extra days in Budapest and Suzanne selected the Marriott Hotel which has every room facing the Danube River. A beautiful facility that met our every need. The full American buffet breakfast set us up for the miles we walked each day exploring this beautiful city. Just after completing our cruise, we were discussing doing it again, but in the other direction from Prague. One of our stops was in Vienna and we are excited to put that city on our list for a longer stay. We are sure that Suzanne and her capable team will help us create more unforgettable memories of this fabulous part of the world. Thank you for the memories!

Suzanne was very efficient and organized from the first moment we spoke to her on the phone. We met with her to come up with a plan, and within a week or so we had all of our reservations booked. Suzanne helped with flights, 3 hotels, rental car and guided us with ferry’s between islands. She even booked a private walking tour for us. Fantastic experience: My wife and I just returned from a trip to San Francisco that Suzanne from Holiday Travel booked for us. We went on a number of excursions including trips to wine country, Yosemite National Park, Alcatraz, Muir Woods and a tour of San Francisco. All of the tours were fantastic. The hotel was good (RUI). Fantastic experience: Awesome experience working with Suzanne! My husband and I hadn't traveled in a long time and wanted to visit Bermuda to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Suzanne recommended the perfect place for us to stay. The day before we were scheduled to leave - which was a Sunday - we hit a snag when Bermuda had not yet sent my husband's COVID clearance to travel which was required to fly out. Suzanne was on it and tracked it down so that we had it within a few hours. The bigger problem came later that evening when our flight was cancelled due to a tropical storm. It was a Sunday night and while everyone else was watching the Celtics play in the NBA finals, Suzanne was busy rebooking our flights and adjusting our hotel stay so that we didn't miss any of our time away. I couldn't have been more thankful to have her help. She made it all seamless. Highly recommend Suzanne and Holiday Travel!

Fantastic experience: My first trip in over two years was to Virginia Beach this month. Suzanne booked our flights, hotel, and SUV, and made great picks. Relying on Holiday Travel took the guess work out of exploring a new destination, and the choices they offered made our travels smooth sailing.

Fantastic experience: Suzanne has booked so many trips for myself, friends and relatives over the years and we always have a wonderful time. She makes things so much easier than to try and plan a trip on your own. She is truly the Bermuda specialist! I traveled solo but with a group trip that Suzanne set up and went with us to Iceland this past New Years and met some truly nice people who were very accepting of me to join in with them for not only our scheduled day trips and boat cruises but also invited me to join them for meals too. I had an awesome trip and I thank Suzanne and all of you that went to Iceland.

Negative experience: Walked in looking to book a trip for multiple people to Key West . I was ignorantly asked what I was selling and after telling the employee we were there to book multiple trips I was told the owner would be back at some point and only they could help me. Being a business owner myself I would be furious if one of my employees was this rude and inconsiderate to anyone who walked through my door. Fortunately the owner was polite when I called to inform her of the unqualified employee. I'll be sure to spread the word!!

Fantastic experience: Suzanne was great. I went into the Holiday office to book a Disney vacation, but never needed to go back. We did everything over the phone and she was flexible with times. As a parent who works full-time that was awesome. She booked us rooms at a Disney hotel that I couldn't even find available online. She was also very knowledgeable about the all the hotels and the experience in general. She's great. One thing to keep in mind that I wish I knew was that airfare can only be held for 24 hours. Be sure to make your decision quickly if you can. We lost out on great fares. Overall I had a stress-free Disney planning experience, which not a lot of families can say!
