Positive experience: I have been to this location multiple times. Twice for international license and once for insurance need. On average, I felt like wait times are a bit on the high side. The staff are courteous. Obtaining an international license after I got called was very straightforward, including getting a picture taken. I was told that they are making some changes to the system so the person who was sitting at the counter discussed insurance options with me as opposed to sitting with an insurance agent at a desk. She was ok but needed to check with an actual agent before she could finalize things. She did follow up after a couple of days but I felt like the process needs some refinement. The waiting area is nice with enough chairs and it is very large. (not many people walk into an insurance office these days as everything is done over the phone or online.)

Negative experience: Been a costumer for 30 years and now I am shopping my insurance….very unhappy with an auto claim for our daughter’s car all over $300 tie rod

Fantastic experience: The staff was friendly and courteous. Very helpful. I needed International Driving Permit for my trip abroad and I was able to get that in 10 minutes. Really glad for this option from AAA. Only AAA and one more agency is authorized to issue International Driving Permit. Thank you AAA. You are the best.
