Fantastic experience: Thank you to PhDHoops Elijah had the opportunity to play with the U14 team last summer at the United World Games in Austria. Their team went undefeated at 7-0 and took home the GOLD! This opportunity was more than a basketball, it was an opportunity for Elijah to meet new friends and learn different cultures. It was definitely a summer our family will treasure. We look forward to future opportunities with PhDHoops!

My son committed to play basketball with a group of young men who were basically strangers. 1st day of the trip we had an unexpected delay which left us stuck in the Germany airport for 13 hours. What began with a lot of groans of disappointment ended up being an instant bonding opportunity. It was uphill from there! Of course, I loved watching my graduating senior train & play ball with boys from all over America. But I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the other parents, guardians, & coaches way more than I expected to. It was worth every penny!!

Fantastic experience: Isaac and I had a great time in Puerto Rico two summers ago. Then Isaac had a great experience in Barbados this past summer. Fantastic experience: What a great organization! Our grandson participated in the PhD Hoops trip to United World Games in Austria last summer. What an opportunity! His mother and I were so lucky to be able to join the group. PhD Hoops is such a well run organization. They combine culture with sport to provide the kids with a total experience. As an example, we arrived in Munich on our Aer Lingus flight, boarded our luxurious dedicated bus, and went directly to Dachau. Think about that for a minute. Then a bus ride through the gorgeous mountain area to get to spend time in Venice with all there is to experience there. The next part of our journey took us to Klagenfurt, Austria, the site of the United World Games. Each age group had a dedicated coach, a couple of days of focused training followed by intense competition with teams from all over the world. It was great. I also need to say, and as an adult this was important to me, the hotels where we stayed were wonderful. Top notch. The food, the rooms, the service, the surroundings. The beds. At the end of the day those beds were heaven. It was just an excellent experience. A great big Thank You to PhD Hoops.

They put together a competitive team with players who love the game, and made sure that the trip wasn't just 100 percent basketball, by taking the team on some cool local activities. If you get the chance, very highly recommend this trip.

My daughter and I went the summer of 2023 and it was an experience we will never forget. Rich Schueler, founder of the company, brings in talent and a group of class act kids. Fantastic experience: We are so grateful to be part of the PHD Hoops team for EYBC for summer of 2023. We had a wonderful experience in Spain. We really appreciate PhD Hoops for pulling together this awesome trip. We got to know the trip leader Ruben, Coach O'Brien, Coach Denton and Coach Fry and all amazing players and some of the families during the tour. We were so impressed by how great our boys played on the court, even though they had never played a game together before. They became good friends quickly and played very well as a team in a matter of a couple of days. We were also touched by a few personal stories of the players. We had a marvelous tour of the city of Barcelona, including the La Sagrada Familia cathedral. We enjoyed the nice beach and shops near the hotel and loved the local food. We even hopped on a tram tour of Santa Susanna. Thanks PhD Hoops again for this unforgettable memory which will last life time long. We are very grateful for Richie Schueler, the founder of PhD Hoops. Richie and his teammates' hard work and commitment to excellence has set the corner stone of this organization.

Fantastic experience: Can’t go wrong with PD Hoops USA. Was one of the best weeks of my family’s life! The World Games in Austria was fantastic! Was the most fun I seen my son have playing basketball in a long time! All the guys got along well and seem to really love playing with each other. The coaches were wonderful and everyone got a chance to play and contribute! Winning the gold medal was just the cherry on top of a wonderful week. My son tells me that the coaches and guys from the team still stay in touch with him! We plan on definitely doing another tour!

From the 1st conversation to the last (there has been no last conversation) Richie has stayed in touch throughout the year every year since my son played for him. Richie is always reaching out and following my daughter’s basketball career.
