Negative experience: Dishonest practices. Very difficult to cancel membership once you join.

Fantastic experience: Wow, this location is so convenient yet the people here are friendly! Thanks to Kerry, I received my IDP within 10 minutes! Also, Alex can help to review my insurance coverage. If I need any AAA assistance, this is my to go office!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Phillip Stern inside Walmart at Southlands in Aurora, 80016 . We called, left messages, sent emails, NO Response! ☹️ We also referred a relative and 2 customers to AAA/Phil and he didn't return ANY of their calls either. Terrible customer service, and a loss of business to AAA. Wasted our time by talking all of our info, he sent us a quote... we wanted to add more insurance and kept trying to contact him to no avail. ☹️

Negative experience: Travel services are virtually non-existent. I was trying to book trip to Europe. They don't book international flights if you don't buy one of their packages. Apparently, they don't book ground and they don't book most hotels. Prices are inflated. "Premier" membership is worthless. Another thing... I don't know why they sell insurance. I would never trust my insurance needs to them. AAA, and this office, used to be much, much better.

Fantastic experience: Delvin helped us with our flat on the busy hwy...and transported us and the car to the repair shop. Delvin was truly amazing and we cannot say enough wonderful things about him. I hope AAA East Metro knows how lucky they are to have him. Thank you Delvin for being so nice...so friendly...just fantastic!!!!

Negative experience: I'm not a member. My friend, who is of 85 years of age, is a member. He's done business with AAA for years now. Today at around 10AM, on his way back from his morning routine, his car tells him battery's dead. He calls 3 different customer Representatives, in a span of 3 hours, all telling him that someone would be out there to assist with 30-40 minutes. He has sunburn that is very clear on his arm from sitting in that car. His kin is very sensitive so it's more then obvious something happened. 3 hours he had to wait in that hot car. And to top it off, he still had to pay 200 and some odd dollars for the battery. What's won't there. Someone needs to keep your reps in check. 3 different people 3 hours in the heat.

Negative experience: Worked with Hilaria Davis. She said she would do some research for an upcoming trip and get back to me. She never did, and when I emailed her to see what she had found, auto-email said she was out of the office for the next three weeks. Her email redirected me to a Grand Junction agent who is obviously too far away to meet. She directed me to another agent who is also out of the office for weeks. As a member, I have received nothing but a runaround and 0 service.

Positive experience: Time to travel --needed travel information where else would you go.

Negative experience: Tried to cancel my roadside assistance and they are forcing me into staying on until April. So I am paying for something I no longer want or need. At this point I LOATHE AAA and plan to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

Positive experience: Good store for travel. It would be nice if Colorado had good front country specialty maps.

Negative experience: In the past, I've had good experiences at this office. But something has changed. Today, I went in to book a trip (in US). I was told that, due to COVID, I can't see somebody without an appointment. The desk person said it's been that way ever since COVID started. In fact, I didn't need an appointment when I went in to book another trip a month ago. So today, COVID was just an excuse (and a lie). At the time, there were no other customers. I needed to book my trip today, so I could book some shows we want to see. The shows are rapidly filling up because, of course, lots of people are traveling. Just a month ago, I upgraded my AAA membership. If they don't provide services, even when they're 'open', I don't see the value.

Fantastic experience: What a friendly place! The food is good too. The drive thru staff are always so pleasant and when they bring the food out they won't accept a tip. The fish is good and so are the burgers. Let's not even discuss the ice cream!

Fantastic experience: The Smoky Hill AAA office has always been great to work with! We have only received OUTSTANDING SERVICE from EDA and TIM!! EDA is always very through with our plans and makes sure we are all in agreement before we leave the office! We always make a point to reread all of our documents throughly and ask questions. We even go so far as to research the resort restaurants beforehand! We have another trip planned for December and we are very confident EDA has us covered! When it comes to TIM, you couldn’t meet a nicer person who always try’s to accommodate and please the customers. Negative experience: My wife has an RV membership which works fair but I bought and paid for a membership which I won’t be doing again. Only covered 10 miles and non emergency was low priority so it would take a few hours to pick up the vehicle while you wait. I had a similar experience on my last tow when my fuel pump has gone out twice in 90 days. The driver took about 1:45 longer than the estimated time. His attitude wasn’t very friendly or helpful when he arrived. This is the second time the driver seemed less than friendly. It didn’t make me want to get in the car with them for a ride home. If they were BBB listed I would have written a review there instead. I won’t be trying car insurance with them after my auto club membership and towing experience.

Positive experience: Very friendly place and supplies for your travels. They are quick to get your driver licence for European driving as well as maps and info you'll need for travelling abroad

Fantastic experience: We bought a car for my wife through them. Totally great service and a great car experience. Other services like trip planning, roadside assistance, and trip support items like luggage and all those neat little extras that everyone else asks where you found them.

Positive experience: I haven't asked for any booking services from their agents, but this is a nice, spacious, clean location with all kinds of stuff for your travel. I got my international driver's license here and my passport photos - which were rejected, due to the glare from my glasses (? looked okay to me) but they guarantee the photos so they re-took them for free. They sell luggage and I'm going to stop in for a guidebook for my upcoming trip to Paris.

Negative experience: Waste of time. Waited an hour and still not helped.

Positive experience: Clean and orderly. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also their was slit merchandiser to browse thru. We needed to register our out of state vehicles and found out the services wasn't available.

Fantastic experience: I never realized the AAA stores were a one-stop shop for everything travel- travel agents, car rental, luggage, wallets, travel books, guides, and maps. I went to get my international driver's permit ($20). They'll take your passport photos as well ($12.95 non member price, same as Walgreens). Tim, customer service counter, was excellent!

Negative experience: I have been a AAA member for several years. There are 4 members in my family and we pay $224. a year for membership. So imagine my disappointment when I went into this office today to have some papers faxed and was told they didn't do that service for members. I said to the young lady behind the counter that I had read on AAA website that this was a service they provided members for free. She argued with me and reluctantly faxed my papers. While she stepped away from the counter, I pulled up the AAA Web page and when this young lady returned, I showed her that faxing, copy & notary services are part of their membership services. This office needs to 1. train it's employees better and 2. give better customer service. I'm disappointed and won't be back to this business.

Negative experience: They charge you 15 bucks for a photo here. Get your photos somewhere. Krystie James sucks.

Fantastic experience: We have been working with Susan Gardner for several weeks on an overseas adventure. She has been most helpful in suggesting tours and trips as well as making reservations for us. I am very satisfied with all of her guidance and bookings. I want to give her the highest ratings for her professionalism and hard work. The other staff in the office has been helpful too. Plus, the AAA store in the East Metro location has great gear for travel. I suggest you use them for all of your travel plans, both within the USA and internationally.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Susan Gardner helping us to plan a vacation trip was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the options and helped us make a great selection. She was willing to take as much time as needed to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Susan and AAA travel to all.

Fantastic experience: Hilaria Davis has done an excellent job of finding the best combination of flight times and accommodations in our past vacations, and our upcoming trip this fall. While there are undoubtedly other package deals offered by Costco or Sam's Club, those cannot be modified or substituted in many instances. AAA gives you a face-to-face experience rather than a phone center. For us, this makes a world of difference in working out small details to tailor the trip. Happily, the final cost was very competitive with the Costco package when everything is added up.
