Fantastic experience: Excelente atención e información , muy buena coordinación y organización de tours..

Negative experience: My wife and I were scheduled to visit Israel Oct. 20-29. Our airline has cancelled all flights during this time due to the terrible war. We have been waiting for some sort of communication from Israel Travel Consultants but have received nothing. I advised this company (thru Mary) of that fact that we would be unable to travel to Israel, due to the airline cancelling all flights and asked for a full refund. I was told that we would be charged a $200 fee each (total of $400) PLUS a $170 credit card fee! Communication has been extremely difficult with this company and frankly, I've wondered about their legitimacy. We will NOT be using them for ANY travel in the future and I would advise anyone considering them to do your homework. Just to update. ITC did refund the credit card fee. The responder below had incorrect information on communication with Mary. I had trouble from the beginning with communications. I would write with a question or other detail and get zero response. On the point that Mary responded immediately, that is simply not true. I wrote an email days beforehand stating that it appeared my airline was going to cancel and asking for information. No response. It was only after I wrote another email and copied a co-worker and asked for some sort of confirmation of receipt that I got a response. If the management of ITC would be interested, I can provide all emails. We are heart broken and very sympathetic to the war in Israel. I would assume that a simple group email, sent to impending travelers, explaining the process moving forward could have prevented all of this.

Fantastic experience: What can I say my trip to Israel was absolutely. It was truly a pilgrimage , and a journey with so many meaningful moments and special time in the footsteps of Jesus . Who sheparded us through this journey was Jerry , what a kind soul and a brilliant mind ! He shared the story of Israel in a compelling and intelligent and reverent way , at every step . He was an amazing host , I am would absolutely suggest Jerry when booking a tour in the holy land !

Fantastic experience: Just returned from Israel and Jordan recently with my group of 16 Christian believers. Our pilgrimage was Israel Tourism Consultants signature package “In the Footsteps of Christ Tour II and Jordan for 12 days which provided participants a life changing experience at an affordable rate without sacrificing quality. We have all day touring to the all the historical, archaeological and Biblical sites with English speaking guides most experienced in the industry. We were provided in depth narrative of each of the places we visited. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the company representatives, provided air conditioned luxury motor coach-assisted us for check in and out of first class 4-star hotels amazing array of amenities and elegance, we enjoyed the wide array of Israeli delicious cuisine for daily buffet breakfast and dinner. All sightseeing and entrance fees included. Our guide efficiently assisted our group for entry and exit from Jerusalem to Jordan and back to Jerusalem. We’ve visited all the unique places of significance like the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the Basilica of Annunciation the Church of Nativity in Bethlehem Mount of Beatitudes the Baptismal site in Jordan River boating on the Sea of Galilee float in the Dead Sea Mount Zion Upper Room the Stations of the Cross via Dolorosa the Garden Tomb, UNESCO world heritage site uniquely preserved Masada representing the Israelites struggle for freedom and oppression and the fun ride to via cable car, excavations in Caesarea, ruins in Magdala, the Western Wall and tunnels plus a lot more in Jerusalem. Our journey to Jordan was spectacular from Wadi Musa to Petra, a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the 7 wonders of the world as well as our visit to Madaba and the awesome ancient Mosaic map and the land promised to Moses in Mount Nebo as well as the remains of a Byzantine Church with mosaic floors at the Greek Orthodox Church of St George. This is a powerful and meaningful way to connect with our faith with the rich cultural and spiritual immersion at the Holy Land and Jordan. Truly it was a transformative and enriching experience of our lives. I highly recommend the services of Israel Tourism Consultants and our Israel guide Roni for his expertise and professionalism in handling our group in Israel as well as Fadi Mikel for a fun and wonderful trip in Jordan. We had the blessing of traveling to Israel and Rome. The tour was very organized with their schedules and visits, the stay we had in the hotel was good as well as the food. The tour guides and the drivers were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this travel company.

Negative experience: No one ever answers the phone

Negative experience: Our tour representative was very hard to get a hold of and didn't communicate with us or reassure us when we had questions. It was hard to even get our itinerary and then there were inaccuracies and information left out. We had no one to pick us up at the airport in Egypt, the emergency number we were given didn't go through and when we finally paid to get driven to the hotel our reservation wasn't accurate even though we paid for the extra night since we were arriving after midnight. When we finally got hooked up with our tour guide we had a wonderful experience but it's hard to get past the initial problems.

Negative experience: The worst customer service, I've been trying to reach out since las tweek by phone, email, facebook and NO ONE has reached out to me

Positive experience: Israel Tourism Consultants fue la agencia elegida para brindar el tour que planee para conocer Tierra Santa con mi familia, y esta cumplió con las expectativas, desde el inicio la Srta Mary mostro disposición brindando la información necesaria para el tour; y luego en el proceso del tour el Sr. Yubal como guía tuvo un muy buen desempeño, mostrando conocimiento, paciencia, disposición para la atención de las consultas y solicitudes del grupo. Se cumplió lo prometido y lo único que no estuvo a la altura del pago fueron los restaurantes donde se paraba a almorzar, el costo era muy alto respecto a lo brindado, fuera de eso todo muy correcto, incluso los hoteles estuvieron a la altura de la calidad esperado. Recomiendo Israel Tourism Consultants.

Positive experience: The tour we went was In the footsteps of Christ. The reason we are giving 3 stars is because our tour guide Roni give us a bad experience not respectfully delivering what was this tour all about which was Jesus Christ. Instead we felt he was mocking and making fun of Christ life. For example, the itinerary of this tour included sites and churches however we hardly visited some of the chuches because we notice Roni was not interested and skip as many as he could. One of this churches was Magdala, he wasn’t planning to go but we end going because we left the group and we went to the church while he continue to lecture about the archeological history. He clearly wasn’t planning to go that beautiful church, he even said so to the group. He was arrogant and imposing his way in this tour. The other sad moments for us was to hear him joking after coming back from touching the Nativity rock ,he said things like “how it feel to touch that swearing and oily rock from every body else touching it…” We did not have a good experience in this tour with this particular tour guide. I wish nobody else goes through this. We recommend Israel Tourist Consultants to change the name of this Tour because is misleading and don’t use Christ name or make sure the tour guide has respect to Christ and us who are paying for this tour. We do like Israel Tourist Consultants and Alex assistance to get this tour, great communication and he worked with us to reschedule our tour after the pandemic. The itinerary is very good and we had a good driver, but again please make sure do not hire tour guide like Roni that do not believe in Christ if the main subject and reason of this Tour is Jesus Christ, and this is not all our experience but we will leave it there because we can write a book. Fantastic experience: My friend and I just returned from a 10 day tour in the Holy Land with Israel Tourism Consultants using 4-stars hotels. It was way more than I anticipated. Mary and Luiz were awesome providing us with needed info during booking and afterwards. Our guide Gerry was the best, very knowledgeable and we did not have to deal with packed bus or buses for that matter. ITC uses small group enabling people to have the best possible experience. I will do it again by God's grace.

Fantastic experience: I just returned from Egypt, Jordan, and Israel on their "Where it all began" tour. It was amazing! My apprehension of booking such a significant vacation for our family of 5 (youngest was 15 yrs) was put at ease with the patience of Alex as he answered every question. Once booked and the deposits made, I continually asked questions and researched the sites up until the moment of our departure. Upon arrival in Egypt, we were greeted by the agency's rep who guided us through the enire Visa process. My stress of getting to the hotel that first night and meeting up with others in the tour quickly vanished. I was so grateful for the organization of everything. The 4-star hotels were VERY nice at every place. The food was incredible, too! We had a police escort throughout Egypt and Jordan which provided security during checkpoints and sped us through to keep us on schedule. They were very nice, and the countries appreciate tourists and treat you like VIP. Even in Israel as we drove through parts of the West Bank, we never had any issues. Once we arrived in Israel, the days were long with nonstop Biblical sites to see from 7am-5pm. We were exhausted, but it was nice to see everything listed in the brochures. We even had a few bonus sites when we were ahead of schedule due to lower crowds this time of year. My tips for anyone looking to travel this tour include: - Ladies, use the restroom prior to getting on the ferry (or as soon as you get on) from Egypt to Jordan. The ferry passengers are 99% men who will use the ladie's restroom and it will get uncomfortable/unsafe quickly. - Buy a small bottle of red wine with a twist cap while in the land of Cana and share with the group (along with a bread roll from breakfast and small plastic cups) when you go into the Upper Room. Very memorable! - Phone service is free when connecting over apps like Whats App or FB. Most hotels and transportation buses will have Wifi. - Bring very comfortable shoes. You'll walk 5+ miles daily. - Dress in layers (tshirt, crop pants, outer shirt, scarf, hat). You'll sweat a lot, but the air is dry and it's tolerable. - Introduce yourself to others on the tour and exchange #'s. They can take pics of your family while you take pics of theirs. Share photos afterwards. Don't give your phone to locals. Overall, one of the best trips of my life! The highlights were our camel rides, the hike up Mt. Sinai, the wooden boat ride on the Sea of Gallilee, sharing bread/wine in the Upper Room, and walking the Via Delarosa.

Positive experience: From the moment I landed in Cairo (on my own) to leaving Tel Aviv, the 'Where it all began' tour was excellent! Good food, decent 4 star hotels and everything was properly timed, minor adjustments by the tour company and guide made things even better for us, and a group of 12 of us was just the right size to not have to wear those headsets to hear the guides (we had Momen in Egypt, Fadi in Jordan and Jerry Lepre in Israel). The vans were comfy and cool enough for the most part (I went in late May). The only unfortunate thing was the tour company in L.A. was short-staffed trying to get back into the swing of things after Israel lifted the restrictions on visitors post-Covid 19 so they were overwhelmed. My travel agent managed to get a hold of the after my attempts that were not responded to a got my e tickets just in time.

Fantastic experience: "Where it all Began" Tour was terrific with a small pleasant group, great accomodations, excellent schedule and experienced guides. Alex kept me up to date with changes during the two year COVID delay.

Negative experience: If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have booked an Egypt, Jordan and Israel tour which is to leave in 8 days. The office does NOT respond to emails or voicemails. There is NEVER anyone in the office. The excuse is COVID, but if they can't take care of their clients they shouldn't be operating tours. We have not received any final iteneraries or information about the upcoming trip, other than what was given to us in the beginning 8 months ago. I am very anxious about the upcoming trip, and I think it is unacceptable for clients to have no faith in the company they are touring with. I would advise anyone to go with another company that is attentive to their client's needs, especially considering the cost of the trip and the fact that it is half-way across the world.

Negative experience: Be wary of this company. We had an Egypt, Jordan, Israel trip planned for late December 2021. They took my deposit a couple of months ago, at a time when (unbeknownst to us) that Israel's borders were still closed (they still are), which means they were NOT operating the tour for which they took my deposit. As my cancellation date approached, I got worried looking at reports about Israel's borders being closed and reached out to the company to either get a clarification about extending my cancellation policy or clarity on the trip details. They initially responded saying "no, we are not currently offering that tour." I requested the extension or a refund, at which time, they stopped responding at all. I have reached out at least 5 times over the course of a couple of weeks with NO REPLY. They took a deposit in bad faith without advising me of any of the issues with the borders. I should have done more due diligence, but since this is what they do, you'd expect they'd let people know when taking their money. This is not a way to do business with integrity. The COVID restrictions are a challenge, but if you're up front and honest about it, we can work through it. These guys are not, look elsewhere. FWIW, I ended up having to get Amex to do a chargeback on these guys after explaining the situation in order to get my deposit back as they intended to just keep it.

Fantastic experience: My name is Tony Pruitt my wife and cousin and his wife made this trip with Israel Tourism Consultants in Mach and April 2019. Everything went better than we could have asked for. Professional, knowledgeable, punctual. I describe it like this, it was the most eye opening, life changing, exciting trip I have ever taken. Negative experience: Es de reconocer que en la vida todo tiene su lado bueno y malo; los tours no son la excepcion, tiene sus ventajas y desventajas. Esta es mi experiencia con ITC y no los recomiendo en absoluto. La mayoria de visitas eran deprisa, por ejemplo, la visita a Nazareth nos bajamos del bus, caminanos hacia la iglesia, explicacion y luego de regreso al bus. No hubo tiempo para ver alrededor del templo, o comprar algun detalle como recuerdo de Nazareth, disfrutar el lugar, etc. El Mar Muerto, llegamos tarde y salimos a las 9:15 no tiempo para disfrutar el hotel, bañarse en el mar (que es el punto principal del lugar) o ir al spa. Ofrecen mucho y en 6 dias no se puede ver todo lo que dicen, talvez si se puede ver pero no se aprecia. No, no recomiendo la compañia.

Every person I interacted with ITC, from the travel adviser to the bus drivers, were nothing but professional. Each person's attitude was to make sure we had the trip of a lifetime, which we did. Fantastic experience: Where it all began!!!! Overall, it was an amazing journey; Egypt, Jordan and Israel. A trip of a lifetime indeed! Fantastic experience: The Israeli tour guide was exemplary good and knows everything and even read bible verses as we visit the different holy places. Only problem was we didn't get the chance to see the cave inside the Church of Nativity in Bethlehem because the Tour Guide brought us first to a Bethlehem souvenir store. Everything else was good especially the Boat Ride at the Sea of Galilee. Yair also plays the trumpet which made our tour truly fun as well.

Positive experience: I was very pleased with my experience with Israel Tourism Consultants. I definitely saw more than I ever would have on my own and with no hassle of planning - plus wifi on the bus and good company to share. They arranged pickup/drop off from the airport which some of my counterparts who used a middle man agency did not get so I definitely recommend booking directly through the agency.

Positive experience: We had a wonderful trip on the "Where it all Began" tour. The company was very reliable and organized. When we arrived in Cairo at 12 AM, there was someone there to meet us and take us to our hotel. Our time in the city was great, but we wish we could’ve had more time visiting the pyramids and Sphinx and more freedom to do a little shopping on our own. I don’t believe we were able to visit all the places listed in the itinerary. As we traveled from Cairo to Jordan, we were supposed to have a tour of Saint Catherine’s monastery, but our arrival happened to be at a time when it was closed, which was disappointing. When going to cross the border into Jordan, we had to pass through Israel,. We were met by an Israeli guide and van that took us just a short distance to the border crossing into Jordan, so there were no problems getting across, and there, we were met by our Jordanian guide. Touring Petra was amazing! Our guide took us to the border crossing back into Israel, where we met our final guide and bus driver. Isaac was a very informative and knowledgeable guide, who filled us with a wealth of information. One bit of advice, if you wish to visit the Museum of the Bible and the Holocaust museum in Jerusalem, spend an extra night, or book a late Sunday evening flight so that you can spend Sunday touring the museums.

Fantastic experience: I would just like to say thank you to Mary Ramirez for everything. She did an excellent job in getting us to Israel. This trip was very impressive. We had a life changing experience. The service was superb and exceptional. Our bus consisted of about 41 passengers and from the first day we all felt like family. We all got along very well. Our tour guide was Jerry Lepre and our bus driver was Bar and they were with us from start to finish. Bar was an excellent driver and Jerry was very kind, warm, humble and friendly and very well knowledgeable about the history of Israel. It was as if he lived there all his life. Jerry treated us like family and he made sure that we all stayed together from start to finish always taking a head count before we pulled off ensuring that everyone was accounted for. He also gave excellent tips about each area. Jerry gave us his contact in case we needed to contact him after hours. We could not have asked for a better tour guide. The 5 star hotel accommodations and the food was great. Diesenhaus Unitours and Israel Tourism Consultants gives exceptional and exemplary service. I recommend this company and Jerry the tour guide for Israel tours.

Fantastic experience: Israel Tourism Consultants did an outstanding job with our flight and land arrangements to the Holy Land. Our daily schedule went as planned and the transportation was excellent. The first day for the tour, we met our tour guide Isaac and bus driver Shlomi, very nice gentlemen. These two gentlemen made our stay in the Holy Land very enjoyable by keeping the group on schedule to different sites, and giving us biblical and local history on the culture. Hotels we stayed in were comfortable and food was great! Away's felt safe while in the Holy Land and the group we had was great, looking after each other. Thank you for a very memorable trip!

Fantastic experience: In the Footsteps of Christ Israel Tour. We had an exceptionally knowledgeable Tour Guide (Jerry) who gave us a great tour. The 4 star Hotel package was even much better the rooms very clean. The food was great buffet dinner and breakfast.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this agency for your next vacation tour. Since the first day I spoke with Gabrielle Mervat , I knew I was in good hands, she helped me step-by-step in all the tour's process, flight reservations, schedules, and she answered all my questions. It was my first time traveling to Israel and I was concerned about the safety of the country but is all the opposite, it is a very safe country, we didn't feel worried or pressured by any means. Is a very well organized tour, they are waiting for you at the airport and a taxi takes you to the hotel where they are waiting for you. Immigration in Israel takes a while, we were late for dinner at the hotel, but they fixed cold sandwiches, fruit, water for us. 4 stars hotels are great! Food is excellent , they have buffet for breakfast and dinner. You eat lunch out. We visited holy and non-holy sites, Dead Sea was beautiful, hotel Daniel is awesome! Jerusalem is a very safe and clean city, Jordan River is delightful. Nice and clean beaches in Tel Aviv. We traveled to Belen and Jericho in Palestina, is safe to go there. Our tour guide Isaac was a very elocuent and knowledgeable about the history of the sites we visited. This is your trip of a lifetime, I will visit Israel again. Roma was beautiful too, we enjoyed each day. Thank you so much Israel Tourism Consultants for making our trip smooth and stress free. Again, this is a very well organized tour, they take good care of you, don't be scare o nervous. Our tour guide in Rome was a very kind and friendly young guy. Fantastic experience: The booking process was excellent and I had a wonderful time in Israel. The hotels were very good with nice food both breakfast and dinner. If you decide to shop, please buy from the market places and not the stores to save money. The quality of the items are the same. I will definitely recommend Israel Tourism Consultants.

Positive experience: I booked the 5-star package for "In The Footsteps of Christ". I chose this company for the fact that the itinerary matched scripture. My first disappointment was arrival into Israel. The instructions we vague as to where exactly we were going to meet. So I was unsure if I was to see our chauffeur right when we got off the plane, at or after customs. We went ahead with customs and grabbed our bags and we saw no one there for us. I decided to call the emergency numbers. The first number was to the chauffeur and was not going through. I dialed the second number and an elderly woman stating she was the chauffeur's mother confirmed the first number I called and instructed me to call that number back. I did several times and about 30mins later, the chauffeur answered. He asked me who I was and where I was located as if he wasn't expecting us. Upon meeting him he was also snippy and perturbed. We where handed off to our driver. Upon arrival to the first hotel the took our bags out of the vehicle and sent us on our way. We had 3 hotels where we had to ask for double beds cause we were given rooms with king beds. Also we had a room that wasnt cleaned and we were switched to another room. When we met the people in the same tour that said they we greeted with signs upon arrival and the driver showed them into the hotel and made sure everything was okay. Next were the hotels. They were not the 5 star I was used to and I should have investigated them before paying for this package. Then for the 4 star individuals/groups to be upgraded for free to the 5 star, I honestly felt cheated. I understand there was no availability in the 4 star hotel selected they selected, but I paid more for a better hotel than what the 4 star offered and for individuals to get it free to me is unfair. It was also disappointing the limited hours of the gym and pool in the 5 star hotels selected. In each hotel the gym wasnt open early enough to go before the tour and after the tour. Seriously disappointing. I didnt see a business center in any of the hotels. Also to laundry service was lax on when you would get back your laundry so we ended up hand washing our clothes. The tour itself great. We had Mark as our guide. But we were at a disadvantage because the schedule was changed so much. I honestly wish that a newly updated one was sent to us to make it easier to follow along. Also the shops we were taken to in order to do the honest shopping for quality items I think it was a sham. When I tried to buy gold, they wouldn't being out a scale to weigh the gold which is a res flag for me. Another individual from our group said he went a block down and bought some gold at a reasonable price and they weighed it. I would not recommend a tour like this. Outside of the issues listed above, it was just alot crammed into a short period of time. If I could have we would have extended for another 3 days just to take more time to absorb things. I write such a detailed review so that you can limit your exposure to the things I experienced. I would advise you to book flight, hotels and private guide and complete this tour so you can have best experience and try to avoid most of these issues as much as possible. As far as the sites and guide... wonderful and once in a lifetime experience.

Fantastic experience: Incredible trip. We did the12 day Jewish Heritage II. Everything went smooth and perfect. Our guide Ido was raised in Israel on a Kibbutz and could not have been better. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of insight about all aspects of Israel. Accommodations (Carlton, Kibbutz and Oriental) were outstanding. The sites and activities setup kept us busy. The other travellers in the group meshed well together (13 total). I pushed my wife in a wheelchair (lot of hills but doable ) and she didn't miss a thing. ITC communicated great. Highest possible recommendation and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: This tour was by far the best trip I have ever been on. Our tour guide Isaac was incredible. His knowledge of biblical, historical and archeological research and discoveries was fascinating and he was always very engaging. Our bus driver was fantastic. It was always a very smooth ride and we felt safe throughout the entire trip. The food was great and the hotels we stayed in (4 star) were very nice. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone. Don’t wait! My fiancé and I are already talking about going again in 5 years.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from our Adventure in Egypt, Jordan and Israel. The tour exceeded our expectations. Our guide in Egypt, Moamen became as much a friend as guide. We learned so much about the country he loves. Our accommodations were adequate, and we saw and experienced so many things. In Israel, our guide Shefra was a gem, and made the experience very meaningful. We all appreciated not being grouped with other people on buses, boats, and tours. It made it so intimate and meaningful to be with just our group. I would highly recommend Israel Tourism Consultants for anyone wishing to fulfill their "bucket list" by going to Israel

Positive experience: Israel Toursim Consultants is a great company to go with to Israel! You will experience a lot of sights for a very reasonable price!! Tour guide, bus driver, hotels, food all wonderful. Sometimes we saw so many sights that you didn't get to spend much time at some but I am very grateful that I got to see so much. We did not have a pastor in our group to add that extra touch but our group were so amazing that we would pray and sing together anyway, our tour guide even went out of his way to find a pastor to baptize us at the Jordon River! I will go back to Israel someday! Would recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We had lots of questions before our trip. Every time I called I got in touch with friendly, helpful staff. We chose to arrive in Egypt 2 days early and leave Israel 1 day later. Ahmed met us at the airport. It was during Ramadan and our plane arrived around 8PM. He was very helpful to us and kind, and to our surprise, he spoke fluent Spanish. After getting us settled at our hotel, and helping us arrange optional trips for our extra days, he left to go home and finish his prayers and eat since he had been fasting all day. When we got to our room, we realized that we had been double booked at the hotel. The hotel staff wouldn't change anything because they said they needed Israel Tourism to cancel one room, or we would be charged. Ahmed came back to the hotel to get things straightened out. He didn't leave until it was completely resolved. That took until about 11pm (and he still hadn't been able to eat). In the morning he was there to see us off on our first tour with a smile. In Egypt, Mo, Mohammed and Ahmed were GREAT. Mo was so knowledgeable and passionate. We felt safe and blessed with a wonderful group. We all got to be friends very quickly. Alexandria, Islam Tour, Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Mt Sinai were all awesome. Don't skip the midnight walk up Mt. Sinai. In Jordan, Ahmed was another guide that was very knowledgeable. Petra was AMAZING! We were so excited to get to Israel, and our guide Tito made every day count. Another EXCEPTIONAL and IMPRESSIVE guide. He was able to pack in a few extra stops, and was a true Master of knowledge on Muslim, Catholic, and Jewish faith and history. The whole experience was unforgettable and fabulous. Almost a year later, we're still talking about that trip and can't believe how perfectly the whole trip went.We would go back in a heartbeat, and hope to do so.

Fantastic experience: We took the fifteen day tour to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. Everything went according to plan. We had great hotels and excellent tour guides. All three places were beautiful and interesting. We really enjoyed this trip and never had any complaints. We truly recommend this tour and this travel agency. They are all very professional.

Fantastic experience: The tour was amazing for our family. My mom, all 7 siblings and everyone had a great time. Unlike the places you go in Europe, Israel is a different experience, the ancient history and the biblical places you will see. Israel is beautiful, clean, developed, progressive and very safe. The place is truly a miracle. The food, meat and fruits are incredible, we are eating local produce, fresh and organic every time. Our tour guide, Jerry was very informative and always look after everyone's welfare. Thank you also to Alex, our bus driver for driving safe and keeping the bus clean everyday; Gino for being very patient with the reservations. The tour went very well, very organized.

Fantastic experience: We went on the footsteps of Christ tour and it was fabulous. We stayed at the 4 start hotels and they were amazing. We had asked for two separate beds but only got one, that was my biggest complaint and a small one at that. The tour was wonderful, our guide was funny and kept us entertained. Except a full week of non stop busy as they take you everywhere they can! I really enjoyed the boat on the sea of Galilee, seeing all the ancient ruins, but mostly they took us on a tour below the wailing wall and it was amazing. I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic experience: I toured “Where It All Began” Oct 1-14, 2018 (Egypt, Jordan and Israel).I had a wonderful time! The best destinations! Visiting the crown jewels of each country is fascinating, awe-inspiring and priceless! It is really a once in a lifetime experience. We (with my cousin and her husband) booked in 5 star hotels, some were better than the others. Buffet breakfast and dinner outstanding. Tel Aviv (Renaissance) was the best. – amenities, location, food, etc). Tour guides were exceptional, special mention to George in Egypt who has a good historical and biblical background. Rami (Jordan) has a great sense of humor which made our tour more enjoyable. Gerry, thank you for extending your help on your weekend off when we were unable to visit the Church of Nativity. We met a friendly cab driver and a guide who took us down to the cave during our free time. Moses (Mt. Sinai) thank you for providing me with a fast camel-we were one of the earliest to arrive at the station. If planning to climb Mt Sinai, hiking shoes are highly recommended. Moustafa, thank you for welcoming us in Cairo on our arrival and transfer to our hotel. Though crossing borders is not that easy (dragging your own luggage, walking some distances between security clearances). It's like going through an obstacle course. At the end of the day…..the whole tour experience still far outweighs this little inconvenience. Thank you Gino for being so patient answering all my questions before the trip. Thanks also to all the bus drivers and security guards (Egypt and Jordan). All you guys are wonderful! I might return in the near future, who knows? I highly recommend this package from Israel Tourism Consultants to friends and relatives. It's really worth it.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a very inspirational experience in Israel with the Footstep of Christ II tour. It was my second time and his third time to Israel. This is the best one so far. Our tour guide, Isaac, is very knowledgeable and organised. He knows the Bible in and out, almost better than my husband who is a minister. We had a very comfortable tour with 5-star hotel rooms and wifi equipped tour bus. As a whole, it was a memorable tour! We would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Late August we took the 10 day “In the foot steps of Jesus” tour. It was absolutely wonderful! Our English speaking guide, Isaac was the best I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable on the history of Israel as well as the Bible. He never read from notes and always answered all our guestions. We took the 4 star hotel package and were impressed with the rooms & service. The buffet breakfasts & Dinners were out standing, with many choices of dishes in a white table cloth setting. Upon our arrival in Tel Aviv no one was there to greet & take us to our hotel but to us that was minor, a little studying & we figured out the rail systems & arrived safely in our hotel. I would rate this tour 5 out of 5 star rating. Will recommend this to all our friends thinking of going to the Holy lands. Hank

Fantastic experience: Gino (my agent) at Israel Tourism Consultants was very helpful and patient with my questions, mainly about hotels, and what to expect in general for my first trip to Israel. My tour guide Issac was absolutely FANTASTIC once there. The kindness, patience, and wealth of knowledge was just incredible. I highly advise using this company, and will also be utilizing them in the future.

Positive experience: The 'Footsteps to Christ' in both Israel and Rome was a dream come true! Israel was beyond imagination! The people were friendly and welcoming, the sites were very inviting, the tour guides were very knowledgeable and engaging, the hotels were excellent, and the food was superb (if you like healthy eating!). Rome was fast pass and intense (26,000 tourist daily!)...much to see but very little time! The hotel was adequate for a 4 Star with continental breakfast (if you like hotel food!). In the center of it all with good transportation hubs, stores and restaurants! Didn't like the hotel charging commission on the required Roman hotel tax! Overall, the Israel Tourism Consultants did not let us down! They are the go to people for this tour!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my tours of Egypt, Jordan and Israel. Our flight was delayed 4 hours out of Houston. It was an immense relief that the tour representative was there to meet us at the airport in Egypt. Our five star hotels had beautiful views and the food was excellent. It was wonderful seeing things with my own eyes that I have only seen in books and tv. We needed more time in Egypt, but what we saw was enjoyable. Petra in Jordan was a delight. It was so cool seeing the thing in Israel that I have read about in the Bible. Walking where Jesus and the disciples walked and Old testament people lived was outstanding. I would recommend that everyone take this tour.

Fantastic experience: Our family just completed a tour with Israel Tourism Consultants in Israel. The Christian Tour of the Holy Land was full of wonderful sites and experiences. We greatly appreciated our guide's experience, wisdom and insight into historical and modern day Israel. We have rarely come across a guide with more in depth knowledge and understanding of the places, history and culture of a land. We were looking for a tour that would cover a lot of the biblical sites and one that would be informative and educational. This tour was perfect for that goal. We also hoped to come away with a greater understanding of both Jewish and Christian faith and history in the land of Israel. The guide's in depth knowledge of the history and the Bible has given us a much greater understanding and appreciation of the biblical and religious history of Israel. Now that we have experienced a truly excellent introduction to Israel and the Holy Land, we would certainly use Israel Tourism Consultants again if we return for another visit.

Negative experience: Have not gone on tour with this company but if there service is a copy of there customer rep and the on line service it really is bad service support. I’ve completed the on line forms requesting tour booking quote info but after few weeks of non response. Decided on a Call to cus service and spoked to “Gino” ; related to him all of my tour interest. He assured me he would get email out to me in day or so. Week went by no email with quotes. Called n this Gino; never worked my request was too busy. Did not have a glue as to my request. When I questioned companies commitment to customer instead of being apologetic he was very rude and hanged up.

Fantastic experience: Just back from a wonderful 15 day “Where it all Began Tour” arranged by Israel Tourism Consultants. The trip started in Egypt, then onto Jordan, finishing in Israel. The days were full but our guides always managed to compete the itineraries. This is a really great way to see these countries and some of the major must see sites. While described as a Christian tour, and yes many of the sites had religious significance, I never felt an overwhelming religious theme. We’re Christians but saw this as an opportunity to see 3 countries and many sites that were of interest to us. A question we had as Americans was how safe was it going to be. I must say we never felt at risk. The tour companies and guides were always watching out for the group ensuring we were informed and always accounted for. If this is something you’re interested in then I would definitely recommend this tour and this company. This was a very complex tour with many stops, multiple border crossings but all went off without any issues. I give Israel Tourism Consultants a 10 out of 10.

It is impressive to me that the owner of Israel Tourism Consultants (DBA of Vacations For Less Inc) has taken the time to read these reviews and comment on them. The most significant part of the owner’s comments is that he passes along the comments to the tour guides and other personnel. Thus, faults or criticism can be addressed. Also a little recognition and praise goes a long way to raise the performance of any employee. It is rare that employees receive input especially praise. This demonstrates to me an owner that is interested in excellence in his business and from his staff and tour guides!

Fantastic experience: The experience was wonderful and priceless. The tour guides Maury and Ashaaf and Omar were excellent. They knew their history very well. They were very accommodating and they were protective of us and looked over us. They gave us tips on safety and shopping! They also arranged of our airlines. Fantastic experience: What an amazing adventure! So much history, archeology, current events. Larry and I had a great trip. Mark was an exceptional tour guide and Raffi was our driver for the entire trip. Dead Sea, Masada, Megiddo, Bethlehem, Shepherds field, Ein Gedi, Western Wall, Communion in the Garden of Gethsemene, Garden tomb, Mt. Olives, baptism in the Jordan River, Danced on a boat on the Sea of Galilee, Mount of Beautitudes, etc, etc. Always on time, safe and informative. We made lifetime friends during the 10 day trip. Positive experience: I went on the September 2017,16 day holy land tour. Egypt tour was great and the tour guide George (christian)was very passionate and his knowledge of the region and kept me very engaged. Jordan guide Rammie (Catholic) was just the same knowledgeable and Great! I can't say the same about Israel (Jewish) guide. I felt that he was dismissive to the christianity side of the history that he was suppose to be giving. Traffic was a nightmare but the drivers throughout the trip were the best. The security teams were qualified and confident which made me feel secure and comfortable. Other than that I had an awesome time and did I would love to go and explore more of the regions with the Queens of Egypt.

These tour guides have exceptional historical knowledge of Israel, and they are very energetic. Of course Israel it self is amazing.
