Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing experience in Costa Rica, thanks to Anne! She was nothing but great and super helpful with all of our questions and concerns. We were traveling international for the first time and she made the process very easy! We can’t wait to book our next one!

Fantastic experience: Anne helped me find a place for a long weekend getaway with my husband. She listened to the details I was looking for and suggested The Hideaway at Royalton. We really enjoyed the stay. It was exactly what I was looking for when I set out on planning the trip, but I’ve never been to an all inclusive or Jamaica so I wouldn’t have found it without her. The property was beautiful and the view from our room was spectacular. We really enjoyed the buffet dining room. The steak there was every bit as good as the steak we had at the steakhouse.

Fantastic experience: We recently went to the UK and Anne King at Vincent Vacations was invaluable in arranging our trip. Our flights were great, the accommodations were comfortable and centrally located to all we planned to do. Our tours were exactly what we wanted. Our private transport from the airport to the hotel and the hotel back to the airport were on time and personable. We will definitely use Vincent Vacations for our next big trip.

Fantastic experience: We adored our “Brilliant Bordeaux” UniWorld cruise. First time to take a river cruise and we want to thank Marla for guiding us to by far the best cruise line. We were able to see the other ships in person as we cruised and the Bon Voyage was by far the best. We have already booked our next journey with Marla and can’t wait for the Nile!

Fantastic experience: I was in charge of planning our family vacation this year for 7 of us which included twin 3 year olds. I was dreading it but then I got in touch with Chelsea and she took care of everything. She helped us book the perfect vacation in Jamaica that was family friendly and absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: I booked our first vacation for me and 9 family members with Chelsea to Jamaica for Christmas. I can truthfully say it was the best vacation ever!! Prior to selecting the resort, she sent several options for us to consider. Once we made a decision, she took it from there. She did everything for us from making sure we had all information we needed in the trip app, setting up club Mobay which made getting through customs seamless as well as keeping in contact with me on forms needed for traveling to Jamaica. Once our trip began, she checked in with me on each leg of the trip to see if there was anything that she could assist us with. I am already working with Chelsea on our first cruise in March. I not only consider Chelsea a great travel agent, but a friend!

Fantastic experience: Marla booked my Mayflower Tour to Mt. Rainier and Olympic National Park in Washington state. It was a beautiful tour with many interesting sights! Fantastic experience: Booked our 1st vacation with Ashley from Vincent Vacations and we couldn't have been any happier. We found her on Facebook, reached out to her about several vacation locations and she responded with multiple options within minutes. We are from TN & she is in TX but location was nothing for her. She was awesome!!! We chose one location & 2 weeks before we were to leave, changed our minds and wanted to go somewhere else. She made that change happen within minutes as well. Fantastic experience: I recently just spent 4 days at Walt Disney World. This is my first time using a travel agent for Disney and I cannot speak more highly of Chelsea. She responded to me within minutes of wanting to book the trip and had 6 different offers for me to choose from and made sure we had the best deal! She linked the reservation for me and offered to help book my food reservations for me. This was a last minute trip and she even made sure I would still be able to get the magic bands. She did all of this for us within one day. She checked in with me leading up to the trip and almost everyday we were there! I already have three other trips she is planning for us and will never plan a trip without her ever again!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I loved our Vincent Spring Break Vacation! Thanks to the ever efficient Marla Finley, we saved a ton of money AND got a room upgrade! We cruised on Royal Caribbean with two other couples and six high school seniors. There was something for everyone to see and do on and off the ship. Fantastic experience: My family and I went on an cruise that Anne set up for us. From the plane tickets, transport from airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port terminal, the cruise it self and the trip home. Everything went smooth for us. I wasn't sure and a couple of things but I shouldn't of because we had not problems at all. We enjoyed our trip and time together because it was all taken care of. Just too many things to take care, so it was great that it was all handled for us. We will use Anne again.

Fantastic experience: Every detail of our family vacation to Hawaii was a total success because of Anne! As a type-A traveler who takes relaxation very seriously, I would recommend Anne for anyone looking to get the most out of their vacation dollar. To start, Anne met with me to discuss my travel goals and "must have's". She then provide thorough options for varying price points that were ideal for our objectives. There was no pressure and she was always available for questions. I even had a last minute request that she was flexible in accommodating. We had a seamless airport transfer and even got upgraded once we got to the hotel, when I mentioned Anne and Vincent Travel! We ended up with the best room in the hotel. What I was most impressed with was the availability, time, and dedication Anne had to ensure our trip was completely worry-free. At one point, there was a miscommunication with a tour company and Anne immediately started working tirelessly to get it resolved in my favor. Although it may not always be the case, we were able to receive a $1K refund due to her efforts. All while me and my family never skipped a beat enjoying our dream island vacation. I will be contacting Anne for all my future travel and would recommend her for anyone who is looking to make the most of their travels!

Negative experience: I had inquired for a international travel package, denied my inquiry, said they ONLY work with US clients, we are all from the US. Bold of LIA to assume we aren't; simply because we need to fly someone into the US from a different country before our heading to our travel destination. Happy she acted this way, gladly taking our business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Returned from our amazing trip to Puerto Vallarta grateful for our travel agent Marla. Since we have begun traveling we have dealt with other travel agents from different companies, Marla is by far the best in the business. I had a scare and a series of events that lead me to have to wait by my mailbox every day leading up to our trip for my passport. Marla was constantly there answering all my panicked questions and supportive through the whole ordeal. We already had Marla schedule another trip for us and can’t wait for all of our future ones knowing her amazing taste and knowledge of the travel industry.

Her expertise and knowledge of the parks made my trip amazing! I had never been and had no idea how in depth booking and scheduling everything was and she was always available to answer any of my questions. Since covid has changed the way the Disney parks operate, Dori made sure that I had my park reservations scheduled otherwise if I showed up without a reservation I most likely wouldn't have been able to enter. I would not have known this without her help. She also helped me navigate the my Disney experience website/app and the genie plus service with daily recommendations on what to book at each park before the lightning lane reservations ran out. The anxiety and worry about certain travel issues are removed when working with Dori. Fantastic experience: Vincent Vacations helped up plan a group trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. We wanted it to be memorable and the team did a great job of working to understand how we like to travel. Fantastic experience: I recently planned a short trip for my wife and myself to Jamaica. I have never been and it was a surprise for my wife's birthday, so I wanted it to be special. I have never used a travel agency before and was unsure what to expect. I wanted to be able to say "Here is where we want to travel, here are the dates, what can you make happen for us?" .. I was not disappointed, it was literally that simple. Lia, my agent, asked a few personal questions to get an idea towards our personalities and what we enjoy and that was it. She checked in with me multiple times to make sure time lines & activities would suite our traveling behavior and sent me the appropriate booking info. I can't begin to tell you how much this helped take the pressure off. My wife and I had a great time with a well planned vacation. I can't wait for our next trip!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the most beautiful resort about 25 minutes from Cancun, MX. Lia was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We let her know our budget and she was able to find us something that was beyond our expectations. She was also super quick to answer and email back anytime we had questions.
