Fantastic experience: Caitlyn has booked a couple of trips for us. One a bucket list Alaskan cruise and another a trip to New England. We are not experienced travelers but Caitlyn made the trips stress free and perfect. We will be contacting her again soon for our next great adventure. We couldn’t do it without her! Fantastic experience: Brian Sanchez worked with my husband, Rich, to plan a surprise vacation to Greece to celebrate our anniversary. The vacation exceeded all expectations! When changes needed to be made for the cruise portion of our vacation, due to earthquake concerns, he kept us apprised of the cancellation and then re-opening of Santorini. Fantastic experience: We have used Elm Grove Travel and Shelley Kavalary for over 25 years now. We just returned from 2 weeks in Croatia. We did the Country Roads of Croatia through Insight Vacations. Everything was setup and coordinated through Shelley. We went with 2 other couples. It is a gorgeous country with so much to see. The tour was run well with high quality hotels and great organization. We cannot thank Shelley and Elm Grove Travel enough for another fantastic trip.

Positive experience: We were in a scramble to find a fun Spring Break trip after our original agent ghosted us with very little time to spare. I called Elm Grove Travel and Shelley was able to help. It was pretty last minute but she found us a very reasonable hotel and flight, so kudos for that! She sent us a link to a website so we could choose a few adventures which was good because I could trust these were vetted companies. In hindsight I wish we had more time to discuss hotel options because ours, although quite nice, was located at the far end of a gated golf community with 1,000 speed bumps between us and any outings. I'd use them again though.

Fantastic experience: Jenny planned our trip to Spain and Portugal. It was perfect. The hotels were excellent and always located in the center of the cities for easy walking distances to restaurants and attractions. Transportation and drivers were also excellent and very accommodating. The Trip Plans app that we downloaded was a great and very useful tool as we traveled. We hadn't used a travel agent in years, but due to all of the moving parts with international travel and COVID, we engaged with Tracie. Fantastic experience: Amy helped us plan our honeymoon and WE ARE SO THANKFUL. She took two people who had no idea where they wanted to go, only 10 days off, wanted all-inclusive-like but with opportunities for self-guided adventuring, and whose only idea was "beach" and gave us the perfect trip. When we said Greece probably took too long to get to given the amount of days we planned to take off, she suggested a gorgeous resort in Spain (nearby wonderful Mediterranean towns) with day trips nearby. Fantastic experience: Shelley Kavalary did an amazing job of helping to plan a once in a lifetime trip for my parents, myself and my 17 year old daughter covering London, Paris, Rome and a cruise to the Greek islands in a span of 2 weeks. The execution was flawless. She recommended Monogram tours for London, Paris and Rome- and they exceeded our expectations in each city. It was just the right blend of making us feel comfortable, but allowing us to explore each city on our own. Every transfer, hotel, tour and individual we encountered was professional, prompt and of excellent quality. The locations of each hotel were very well thought out- and centrally located- making it easy to see everything we wanted to. We would definitely travel with Monogram again. Shelley also found us the perfect cruise to Greece- and thought of every detail down to the room location, dining plan and transfers. Again, it was flawlessly planned and everything we could have hoped for. She made our first experience in Europe one we will never forget- and we look forward to returning very soon! Fantastic experience: I booked my trip to Europe through Codie Richards at Elm Grove Travel and couldn't have had a better experience! All of our travel stops and transportation were so well planned out, we had no problem finding our hotel once we got off the train in London and Codie had so many great tips for us, from packing to where to eat!! Fantastic experience: I have used Elm Grove Travel on numerous occasions and have been very happy. The staff there is very knowledgeable. When my family went to Jamaica they paid close attention to what each person wanted to do and helped us plan our tours to make everyone happy. More recently when booking a business trip I had to change my flight around after it was already confirmed and Jenny was very helpful and got it done.
