Fantastic experience: What a great experience to renew my driver's license at the AAA store!!! I've been a AAA member for more than 20 years, and always get the best service available! I entered the office and was directed to a desk where a lovely lady helped me renew my license! After our business I was pleased to find several items in the store which were perfect for my traveling! Thank you AAA!

Negative experience: Walked in told , the lady at the front desk we where looking for a hotel in (blank) city. Then just proceed to hand us a book and a map of the city. Instead of just helping us book a hotel like we wanted to. And apparently the lady who does do that was sitting right next to her and they didn't feel the need to help us out on this. Sadly Will was not there today and Will is the only person that makes going to the West side AAA worth anything.

Fantastic experience: I went to AAA to check on insurance on my house. Manny looked it up for me; and got house insurance for $527 per year less than what I had with Progressive Ins. What a savings for simply changing to AAA. Thanks Manny

Negative experience: Took 2.5 hours to get help and even though I told them 3 times it was a F350 long wheel base dually. They could not pick it because the wrecker was too small so we had to wait again.

Negative experience: I ran out of gas and they left me sitting on the highway and ended up getting arrested by the highway patrolman for a crazy charge that was from Colorado for driving under suspension that was already been taken care of

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience getting my license replaced. Very friendly and efficient, I was out the door with my temporary license in less than ten minutes and I just received my read one in the mail today....just 8 days later.....pretty good considering the covid 19 mess. Thanks to all at the AAA West location. What a awesome addition to the Kansas licensing department!! I rate my time with them a solid 5.0

Fantastic experience: I have always had a good experience with AAA.. I was disappointed when I found out that I could not buy maps or tour guides. My membership recently expired and I thought this was something I could still purchase. The maps and tour guides do have prices on them but evidently they are for members only. I still recommend.

Positive experience: Nice ladies there to help you with your traveling needs. Very knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't care for was one of the women is VERY pushy about getting a AAA credit card, they must get commission? Building is located on an incredibly busy corner, so getting in/out can be tricky. Please be careful. Parking lot is narrow and busy due to multiple businesses.
