Negative experience: Rude rude rude! Older lady called me lazy because I did not put the things the way she wanted in the box and middle aged men when I asked whats the difference on price sending air vs economy he said price with a smirk on his face! Wow! Is this how You suppose to talk to clients? I was shocked how they handle things over there!

Negative experience: Szok ! Co się stało z tą lokacją a dokładnie chodzi o Harwood Hts. Lokacja ta była bardzo pomocna klientom pracowali tam bardzo mili i pomocni ludzie ale w ostatnim czasie zmieniła się załoga ,brak ludzi do obsługi klienta ! Największy problem ! Żeby wysłać pieniądze czeka się 45min , a o bilecie lotniczym możesz zapomnieć bo go nie kupisz nie ma nikogo żeby ci go sprzedał !!!! Jak wcześniej uwielbiałam to lokacje Polameru to teraz NIE POLECAM nikomu jak zależy ci na czasie !

Fantastic experience: Szybko ,miło i przyjemnie. Zawsze można liczyć na pomoc Pani z Czeskim akcentem. Podziwiam za wyrozumiałość i cierpliwość . Mój ulubiony punkt wysyłkowy w Illinois:)

Negative experience: Wysylam tam paczki od lat i zawsze bylam bardzo zadowolona, obsluga byla przesympatyczna i przemila, usmiechnieci zawsze pomocni i zyczliwi ludzie. Ale ostatnio z przykroscia stwierdzam ze zmienila sie zaloga . Za kazdym razem wchodzac czuje sie jak intruz, kobieta z mina jak z czasow komuny nadasana wrecz niezadowolona ze ktos wchodzi i zawraca jej glowe, i mlodzian ktory ( nam wrazenie ) nie za bardzo wie co robic. Juz nie ma przyjemności z wysylania paczek w tej lokalizacji. Niestety JUZ NIE POLECAM!

Positive experience: I used to come here because the personnel was nice and prompt now not so much. Visited twice last month to send packages out to EU. Both times was served by a middle aged men who were rude and/or ignorant. Please change staff

Negative experience: The worst place to go… rude, mean people. They stocked in 80’.

Negative experience: Very slow and confused people was repeatedly told to call back

Positive experience: It's ok. But I wish they not talk to you with loud voice yelling the packages are to big you need to split them in smaller boxes. I don't think is ok to yell at customer. That is why I give them 3 stars. Little bit of respect go a long way.

Negative experience: Najgorszy polamer , nie polecam , panie utknęły na etapie PRL jesli chodzi o stosunek do klienta , zero klasy i profesjonalizmu .

Fantastic experience: Very quick and modestly expensive package sending service to Europe, particularly to Eastern and Central Europe. Be ready to have cash, credit card machine was down 30 minutes before closing. People working there were very helpful and nice. Would recommend it better than post office for shipping small packages or cars to Europe.

Negative experience: Wysłałam paczke 16 czerwca i do dziś tj22 sierpnia jeszcze nie dotarła na miejsce Kiedy w biurze zapytałam o opóźnienie zostałam potraktowana bardzo niegrzecznie Pracownicy podniesionym głosem tłumaczyli o opóźnieniu a na koniec stwierdzili ze jeżeli zależało mi na szybkim dostarczeniu to mogłam wysłać lotnicza . Calkowity brak profesjonalizmu Myśle ze chyba nie wrócę już do tego biura i wszystkim będę odradzać korzystanie z tej firmy

Negative experience: Absolutne zero . Poziom obsługi jak za czasów PRLu . W GSach i PGRach obsługa była lepsza . Proponuję unikać , zwłaszcza jak obsługuje Jessica , jak sama się przedstawiła . Czy ona tam pracuje za karę ?

Negative experience: Obsługa średnia, obsługiwał mnie Pan, któremy zwroty grzecznościowe są obce, chyba pracuje tam za karę. Zdecydowanie lepsza obsługa jest na Belmont.

Negative experience: That place is a joke. She calls my Chicago ID a fake and disses me out loud. Last time there. There is other places to go. Not like they are the cheapest or anything. EDIT: Chicago ID is a valid form of identification. Nie pamieta wol jak cieleciem byl.

Negative experience: I should not even give them one star. I was there twice, second time yesterday and it is incredible how this place operate , people working there are rude and behave like there is a punishment for them to work there , if you don’t like your job just change it as simple as that , It looks like time just stop there, and whole team looks like people without a higher education thinking that they mean something. Sad but true . I truly advise polamer management to send this people to other places so they will be able to see how they suppose to work with clients.

Negative experience: Nie wiem dlaczego zadna ze starszych osob pracujacych tam nie zwroci uwagi tej malolacie w okularach ktora tam pracuje. Poziom jej kultury i szacunku do straszych osob graniczy z zerem. To jak odzywala sie do klientow ktorzy stali przed nami i to starszych osob przedstawia najgorsze hamstwo jakie widzialam mieszkajac w tym kraju klikanascie lat. Szkoda ze tak psuje wizerunek tej firmy i osob strszych ktore tam pracuja (do nich zarzutu nie mam bo naprawde przemile osoby, ktore nam pomogly z usmiechem na twarzy). Jezeli stracicie klientow w tej lokalizacji to mozecie podziekowac tej dziewczynie. Ja juz napewno tam nie pojade. To dziewcze nie nadaje sie nawet do pracy na zapleczu z takim nastawieniem do klientow i wspolpracownikow.
