Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at the AAA office in Euless. Rosy was smart, efficient, and very professional. I went in with my filled form and two passport-size photos ready, and I was in and out in just 3–5 minutes for my International Driver’s License. Everything went smoothly — highly recommend this location!

Negative experience: Called after hours and talked to "Amira". Rude, condescending, and the reason I'll be leaving AAA

Fantastic experience: I needed an international driving permit so I downloaded the application and filled it out. I took the application with me to the Bedford office with my drivers license and for under $40 they processed my application and took my passport type style photos on the spot and handed me my permit. The whole process took about 10 minutes and the gal that helped me was highly efficient and friendly! If you are traveling out of country, I would highly suggest you get a driving permit in case you get the opportunity to ride, mopeds, motorcycles, or cars to explore areas more effectively.

Negative experience: I let my membership expire in January because I lost my job. I just called to sign up again but it seems I'm being punished. I can't pay monthly and the annual fee is way higher than what it shows online like double. Of course you get the standard response of this being company policy.

Negative experience: After being on call for more than 20 mins no one answered and hung up the call. What a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I had to call for a dead battery today. Placing the call was easy and updates were sent via text. The provider from Armada came quickly and was able to get it started and then changed out the battery. The whole process was fast. I was very appreciative for having AAA.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at the AAA North Tarrant County Branch when I needed an international driver's license. I arrived prepared with a printed application form and two passport-sized photos. The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. I was in and out in less than five minutes! Negative experience: It took 5 hours to get to an agent on the phone. I was suppose to have my insurance for my daughter. I bought her a car and the insurance was not sent to my house . I talked to someone and never received the insurance cards. It was my daughters birthday . My insurance is 1100.00. I think it is time to find another insurance company

Fantastic experience: Came here for an international driving permit. No appointment needed. Whole experience took 15 minutes - walked in, they took 2 passport photos of me ($15), I brought in the pre-filled application (just Google AAA IDP application), I paid with credit card (no additional fee), and then I walked out with my official international driving permit (no mailing or additional wait necessary) which lasts for one year. What a great experience!

Positive experience: terrible customer service, good luck being able to contact them after you sign up, numbers always redirect to "corporate" so you'll never get through. Edit: they're better but you have to drive up to the building.

Negative experience: We paid $10,000 for a trip to Deadwood, SD, and then were told in the middle of the trip that the Insight Vacations tour guide decided to skip Deadwood, SD this trip. Are you kidding me???

Positive experience: I found the website difficult to navigate. I ended up calling the toll free number and received excellent service I was looking for travel guidance.

Negative experience: Just remembered this when I was auto charged for the following year of AAA. Last fall we had a vehicle break down on 121 access road. Called AAA which this was around 10pm. After wtg an hour I called the actual wrecker company to see if they were on their way, in the past I had a map of the vehicle coming to my location. I was told they were coming, after more time called both AAA & the wrecker company & was told they cannot make it. AAA gave me another company which amazingly never showed up. Luckily this was my son and was able to pick him up & wait till the next morning. My mechanic Bills Half price auto in Keller which is about 17 miles away sent his wrecker service which cost the same as would have the AAA over and above the free 7 or 8 miles. For this reason I am canceling AAA. AAA was aware that no one came and received no real apology, luckily no one broke out the windows on the access road after all night. What if we didn’t live in the area and this was a single female they left stranded?

Fantastic experience: Best road service I've ever used or heard of! Have been a member for over 50 years! Can reach a serviceman almost anywhere in the USA..in my vehicle or anyone else's while I am in that vehicle! We had locked keys of a UHaul truck and called AAA did paperwork to locate VIN of trk and key needed..Their locksmith made 2 keys and cked to make sure they wud word..within 2 hours in mid Dallas/Ft Worth metro area! Great job!!

This insurance company Need to check the performance of their employees who handled auto insurances over the phone 877.... AAA coorporation Must Be grateful to Patrick Broadnax , his customer services is keeping this insurance business alive.

Negative experience: Overall with AAA I've had terrible customer service, which is extremely frustrating and sad since I love having their towing service and all that membership stuff and I love their pricing. But the lack of customer service, the lack of response (from this specific location and then the regular customer service phone number, etc) is extremely irritating. I literally have had multiple people just stop replying or not call me back so I know it's not just this location or just one person's issue.
