Negative experience: Called to have a tow truck to pick up my car. Called at 6:00 p.m. they didn't call back until after 4:00 a.m. The next day. Now they want to bill me

Fantastic experience: Evidently I need an international driving permit to drive in Italy. This AAA office was super efficient, friendly, and the process was seamless. The whole concept of a IDP seems pretty useless and I don't see a point, but whatever. You do what you gotta do.

Positive experience: I just went in to upgrade my membership and found it frustrating that 3 employees were at the front counter but didn't help me. A very pleasant lady (cashier p94587) came from the back, asked if they knew a guest was waiting (they said yes), and she did a great job. I briefly discussed how personal cellphones should NOT be out when someone is waiting.

Negative experience: Can't get through to an agent, need to check and update my policy, may add a vehicle. on hold for longer than 30min, called again left a voice mail have not received a call back. Have called again and again and can't get though (4 days). Called a different agent and they are unable to help be because of policy reasons they can't help me because I am their client. I have to change insurance to and then change back to go to a new office. Looks like am leaving AAA because they can't pickup a phone, return an email, or even return a call. This office is horrible

Positive experience: First they told me wrong cross streets and the guy I work with was very scattered and it took quite a while to get everything in place. I did have concerns while working with the agent

Negative experience: Very frustrated attempting to reach this office by phone. Long long wait to talk to someone at this office. No indication while on hold how long you will still have to wait or where you are in the que. Thinking about dropping my membership of over 50 years. This is not a one time experience. Good customer service at AAA is failing me

Negative experience: I no longer have an agent because he retired. I can ‘t get an agent. No one would answer the phone or answer my messages. I needed proof of insurance to pick up a new vehicle. I DID NOT get proof of insurance from the local office. I had to call the 800 number. I got proof of insurance about 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the car. Very poor service.

Negative experience: Now they are charging a 4.00 fee per month for paying monthly on car insurance. What a joke! You already take advantage of the public with your outrageous bills. What person in their right mind can afford to pay car insurance up front in full fir 6 months. I will be contacting master card and visa and filing a complaint because it is against the law to charge a surcharge when using a debit card.

Negative experience: I pay $80 a year for road service and tonight my doors were frozen. I called for service and I was told AAA doesn't unfreeze doors!?

Negative experience: The service and lack of representation is disgusting.

Negative experience: Not my insurance company anymore, (over 35 yrs!) way too expensive! Found insurance for same coverage for half the price! My agent retired and I was never informed, and nobody could care less!

Negative experience: Went to this branch to get my International Drivers permit as AAA is the only place was suggested to do from the .gov , waited in line for almost 15 minutes ( one person to serve everyone) she approached me with the question if I have a membership, which is I don’t have for millions of reasons, she asked if I am interested and I replied no , she told me to set aside until she serves the member’s first Really, is it first come first serve?? There is no sign stating if you are not a member we don’t appreciate your business!!! It’s sad to see businesses have this mentality, she could convince me to join the club with her kindness but she chose petty .

Negative experience: I was in the office last week to buy 3 tickets to the Magic Kingdom. Me and my daughter was on the phone for 2 hours after not being able to register our tickets by the computer. My daughter was on one phone talking to My Disney Expience, I was on another call with AAA, only took me 5 calls to get to the right person to help me. The reason why we couldn't register the tickets the vouchers didn't have the right bar scan number. I lived with a disability. I was having anxiety because I couldn't get the help that I needed until I got the right person and told her how I was feeling. If you never had anxiety you wouldn't know how I was feeling. It's easy for your office to take my money and tell me I'd must go on line to register my tickets. I am very disappointed in your service. Been with AAA for years and years. No happy at the moment with AAA and the stress you put me through. Not all elderly with disabilities can go to the computer and register without having problems.

Negative experience: Tries to blackmail you into purchasing a membership to get an International Drivers Permit. Called 3 other locations none of them require membership.

Negative experience: I would leave zero stars if that was an option. Worst customer service ever. I can never get an agent on the phone, they put me on hold for extended periods and then hang up on me. Response time is unacceptably long. Their app is outdated and useless. Must speak to an agent to accomplish any policy changes but can never get an agent on the phone. Run don't walk to a different insurer!

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and accommodating! I called this branch (accidentally) after multiple calls to the AAA hotline to try to make an urgent change to our policy. Laura Shurson helped me out and she was incredible! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient! Solved my problem while we were still on the line and I had the documents I needed in less than 20 minutes. I would absolutely recommend. :)

Negative experience: I stopped in to get information for planning a trip to Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone. The first clue that things might not go well was when the person waiting on me had no clue who or what Jackson Hole and Grand Teton are. Yellowstone as in Yogi Bear? (that's Jellystone!) In the end they gave me a Wyoming map and a AAA guidebook... after specifically asking for these. Let me be clear. I received little of value in this part of my AAA membership. Sticking with TripAdvisor from now on.

Fantastic experience: We visit the Livonia office only sparingly, mostly for maps and related travel information. But, when we do, the staff is always friendly and responsive.

Positive experience: We have used AAA - Livonia many times for maps and travel information and they always met our expectations. Just got more information on up coming travel and better priced air fair for summer vacation.

Fantastic experience: Went in to get maps and trip books for a motor home trip. As usual, got excellent help. I've been going to this AAA office for years, am always pleased with the help and responses I receive.

Fantastic experience: I went in there to get passport photos for my toddler son. While I could not get out with perfect photos, thanks to my son's stranger anxiety, it was not because of lack of effort. Both the ladies that were helping, tried their best with whatever props they could find to get my son's attention and smile. I gave up before they did. I appreciate their effort and patience and hope they can keep their customer service efforts at the same high level always. Thanks.
