Fantastic experience: Very nice people willing to help you with whatever your needs are we got passport applications and best info on where to turn in completed applications for an upcoming trip a new road atlas and passport photos. They also helped connect us to one of their insurance agents to get RV insurance and that was a great experience as well

Positive experience: Very nice and helpful, but it gets a 4 start because very little information for travel. The travel books are gone and every where you go the changes get blamed on COVID. No trip ticks for overseas.

Negative experience: Would NOT recommend road side service, 2 occasions on the last 2 weeks 1st time waited 3 hours to be told there were no tow trucks available. Called Dans towing they responded in 20 minutes!! 2nd time were told 25 minutes after 85 minutes Called back and were told it would be at least 90 more minutes!! Again Called Dans towing and they responded on 30 minutes. The money spent on AAA was a total waste of time and money!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Went to AAA to get a triptik for a trip we are planning. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took my info and gave me books for the states we are going to. We use them for every trip we go on. Glad we can.

Fantastic experience: AAA of Springfield was very helpful. The dispatcher was polite, helpful, and friendly. I got a call 10 minutes before my driver arrived with the status update and when tge driver arrived he was professional and friendly. My battery was alive again and I was on the road within am hr of my service call.

Negative experience: I called the numbers to schedule a time to come in and schedule an airplane trip. Finally one call was answered and told me to HOLD! After 5 minutes of waiting I gave up. I will have to go in and schedule a time to see someone about my trip!?Are all AAA as inept as this one?!

Negative experience: I called and was told a travel agent would call me back...3 hours later I hadn’t heard anything went to my local Springfield office to be told that someone was on lunch and the gentleman there was leaving when the person got back so he couldn't help us either I would need to schedule an appointment for another day to come to schedule my vacation... Travelocity was more than willing to help me when I called....This was the worst service I’ve ever received from AAA

Negative experience: Worst experience with AAA EVER . I have been a member for 25 years and not sure it will be 26. I had the misfortune of having membership in another area but when I moved here I didn't get enrolled here, still at old club which has different benefits. Was told I can't get into this club until my membership expires in July. So basically although I am not in that old club's area, and I am not getting any service from them, I'm stuck with their "benefits" till July. I was told I'd get a free battery by the original AAA person when I called on the first day but he couldnt verify the only problem was the battery so he couldnt put it in without a mechanic looking at it first. So I wait for tow truck driver to take it to the nechanic. The next day the mechanic says it WAS only the battery so I try to get my vehicle, the free battery and myself all at the same location. Then the fantastic news that the plan I had, in the club that no longer gives me service, doesn't have the free battery option. It has been 2 solid days of calling and being transferred because it seems this also a club that is in some weird zone no one can find....but they know it's not them. Received multiple "direct " numbers to this club....none of which were the same. Only a nice lady named Terry made any effort to help. I gave up and just let the mechanic put in the battery.
