Fantastic experience: I have been using Traveloni for years and I am still in awe of how great they are. I truly appreciate the time, concern and consistency they have when helping plan a trip. The customer service is stellar. I appreciate Ms. Patsy & Ms. Dana for their help in planning my last adventure. We all had a BLAST!!!!! Stay who you are in this world of change and don't change a thing...you are valued. I value you and feel like royalty when I travel.

Positive experience: I have used this travel agency for the last 10 yrs. They never disappoint. They are great at recommending the perfect hotels for your vacation.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful time in Paris celebrating my 60th birthday! Amanda helped plan our itinerary and everything from flights, hotel, ground transportation and excursions were perfect for us.

Negative experience: Recently returned from a 7 day Hawaiian vacation and Paula was our travel agent. First, I will say the package she put together was great! The view from our room and the direct flight were greatly appreciated. However, the level of service we received was subpar. Paula did not verse us on what to expect from the Island as this was our first time visiting. We were not informed about the reservations needed prior to arriving, which left us with very few (fine) dining options while at the resort and NO excursions. We had no idea about "Island hopping" or the excursions that we could have signed up for before arriving (tourist attractions, hiking, dinner cruises, etc.) Had we been educated on these things, we could/would have planned better and had a more enjoyable experience. This is the 3rd trip my mother and I have booked through this agency and it will be our last. A word of advice: provide your clients with ALL necessary information when presenting a vacation package and don't simply assume the client is well versed. For such a long journey and to be on such a magical island, we spent most of our trip on the resort grounds and left with eating mediocre food. By day 4 we were ready to return home. For $7K we definitely expected a lot more.

Fantastic experience: We contacted Paula Publicover to book a trip to Mexico last month. She was very easy to work with. She got us a very good price. Her service is exceptional. Paul’s sense of humor is a bonus! This is our second experience with Traveloni having worked with Katherine, who has since departed, previously. Fantastic experience: Paula helped us with our trip to the Dominican Republic for a destination wedding. The resort and accommodations were beautiful. Paula our agent was so helpful despite the fact that we had to make changes three times due to family issues. Paula thought of everything and everything went smoothly flights the transfers our stay at the Hard Rock was all perfect.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with my rep at Traveloni, Paula P. She assisted me with organizing a large group of family with flights and resort bookings for my parents' 50th anniversary celebration in Cancun in July. She was very responsive both by phone and email, and answered all our many questions with patience and grace. We are definitely planning on working with Paula and Traveloni again.

Fantastic experience: Our trip to Alaska on a Princess cruisetour from Vancouver was wonderful. Both the cruise and the land tour exceeded our expectations. The scenery is beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife. Thanks to Paula at Traveloni for handling all the travel plans.

Fantastic experience: I have used Traveloni for many years, and have never been disappointed with their service. I just came back from a trip to Poland. They had arranged everything, and it was great. One of my flights was supposed to be on Ryan Air, but it got cancelled two days before I was to fly due to their workers going on strike. I was contacted by text from Traveloni telling me of this problem, and got me new tickets on another airline. Great service, I will use them every time I travel in the future.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with your travel agency! Every summer, I book a trip to Cancun and some of the other “nearby short flight time” beach resort areas. I need to escape the Laredo, Texas desert heat. I usually search the internet for the best deal. Unfortunately, finding the best deal has always meant sacrificing customer service. Traveloni is different, they specialize in both low cost and top service. They are now the first place I go to when booking a trip!

Fantastic experience: Unico 2087 was everything Kathryn told me it would be. It was small and cozy with only 4 restaurants. all very good. Really, 4 is all you really need. The average age of the guests was probably 35ish and they were mostly couples, some newly weds and some celebrating their wedding anniversary. The pace was slow, easy with soothing Latin and Indie music softly floating in the air. Choose all types of adventurous activities to partake in or stay put and enjoy the lovely resort. Beautiful pools (3) and lobby bar to hang around and sip on a delicious specialty drinks made by skillful mixologists. The staff is friendly and always asking you if you need anything and how your stay is going. You are always witnessing the cleaning crew cleaning the floors, the pools and all the grounds. They turned down the bed every night and set the mood lighting. Fresh towels twice a day! Thank you Kathryn for suggesting this gorgeous resort and for helping make the celebration of our 6th wedding anniversary special. We will definitely go back there! Just right...perfect!
