Negative experience: Extremely poor service. They kept lying every time and still haven’t delivered my order. I even called yesterday and stressed how important it was to deliver today, yet no action was taken and the delivery never happened.

Negative experience: I sat on hold for at least 30 minutes on the phone, multiple times someone obviously picked it up and then clicked it right back to hold without speaking with me. And then the call was disconnected and I started over. I have still not been able to speak with anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was locked out in a motel parking lot. NOOOO ! This man was the quickest to respond lock -smith I have EVER dealt with ! From my request to door open in 20 minutes ! He was nice and efficient, took all of my stress off. THANK YOU !

Negative experience: We dropped several months ago and they keep harassing us. Noew I get an email tyoday with a buried threat that they will charge my account for their crap service. I'll sue!!!!!!!

Negative experience: I would give AAA 0 stars. Horrible service. Last year left my daughter on a road in another state by herself and never came until the next morning. Trying to rent a car today, states it doesn't recognize my zip code. Chatting on line with AAA member and was told someone could help me with my problems for 5 dollars. Really!

Negative experience: AAA screwed me over last summer by making me wait for 4 hours before I called a different towing company. Then I had a problem last week. Not only did they want more money to renew my membership. But the wanted to charge me an extra $60. Never again

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in Triple AAA. I have been a member off and on for the last 5 years or so. I recently received a letter stating they selected to non-renew my membership. I have received vague responses as to why, they won't respond to phone calls, tweets or FB posts or any direct messages. I spoke to 2 reps from the escalation teams. With no use of abusive language or nasty comments, one rep still threatened to hang up on me simply because he couldn't directly answer my questions and kept giving me the run around. They stated they don't have to give me a reason for canceling my membership. The letter says it was due to disproportionate services and yet no one can explain what exactly it means nor can they tell me how it is the case with regard to my specific membership. Apparently Triple AAA is doing well enough they don't need to keep their members and cancels them whenever they feel like with no rhyme or reason.

Negative experience: I called their 800 number 3 times. I followed the prompts, and I was discounted both times. Next I tried their app online. That was very difficult too. I ended up calling a tow company. Why doesn’t AAA Auto Club have people working their 800 phone line.

Fantastic experience: We went in to get information for our trip to Mt.Rushmore and Yellowstone. Mike Niece did a great job helping us plan our route and offering suggestions for the national parks. We received maps, brochures, and our own personalized TripTik travel planner. Great service! Thanks Mike! We appreciated your amazing service.

Negative experience: There were 5 people in the building and none of them were underwriters. I had to work with a guy over the phone. I told them I needed car and motorcycle insurance and they assured me they handled both although farmed out the Motocycle. Fine but then the dude only got my car done; put me on some program I did not ask for and forgot about my bikes. When he did send a quote it was insane...no reason for the cost of the policy with no accidents and no tickets. I prepaid the car insurance for 6 months but going to switch to another insurance as soon as it's time to renew. These guys don't care about doing things right.

Fantastic experience: I have never written a review before - but I have also never received such quality, comprehensive service from an insurance agent - or possibly anyone! I met Jesse Graves when I called in a panic needing AAA coverage in Iowa, our car had broken down and my husband and I had just relocated. Jesse took care of us then, just as he has ever since. Four years later we have our home and both cars insured through AAA. I should also mention that when we switched from State Farm to AAA Auto Ins we saved a lot of money. Once or twice a year our mortgage broker will reach out wanting proof of coverage. I simply forward the email/letter to "Jesse" (we are on first name basis now) and he handles it on our behalf. I had to file my first claim with Jesse this week and he has been a huge help. He follows up every step of the way. Kudos to Jesse Graves!!
