Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with AAA thanks to Jamie. He was professional, friendly, and very fast. He changed my tire quickly and also took the time to educate me about driving safely on the donut, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Negative experience: Your services in eastern North Carolina suck for lack of a better word. You left me alone in the parking lot for five hours this week waiting for phone call that would never come and all your agents would do is text but then they stop texting. Just left me hanging. Call the next day after having the trailer towed by a friend to my daughters house in Raleigh and it was rescheduled for pick up. I had to wait a full day and after driving all the way back to Beaufort, I got the phone call. They will not pick it up because they had items on the trailer two days later after calling many times. I will never use AAA again. Please cancel and refund my membership fees immediately. This is the first time I needed you guys in several years and you failed me. Never again. Ron S

Negative experience: Showed up to this office at 5:20 pm and the doors were locked. Apparently they close early without any notice. Horrible experience since I drove 50 minutes one way for nothing.

Negative experience: What happen to AAA? I have a flat tire and I need a tow. Two hours and still waiting because there's a glitch. Tow driver arrived but there was an error with the ticket so they had to re submit. Had a great experience with lock outs and another tow experience. I'll be looking for other options after this experience.

Negative experience: I have had at least 2 or 3 occasions where I needed roadside assistance. The first time I called AAA, they took down the wrong phone number and after 1 hour I called them back and they had turned the tow truck around because they could not reach me by phone. I ended up getting assistance from a good Samaritan that stopped by to help. The second occasion when I needed to be towed, it took over 2 hours for someone to come. The third time I was stranded on a very busy dangerous interstate, and they were going to tow me to a business that I did not approve of, and they would not tow me to the garage that I wanted my car to go to. I have been a customer with AAA for 5+ years and have yet to benefit from their services.

Fantastic experience: Service tech came out within about 45 minutes of the initial call. He called to let me know he was on his way and gave a good estimate for his arrival. Once there, he checked to be sure the donut was good, then swapped out the tire in a few minutes. He was friendly, took care not to damage the car, or scratch anything. He identified where the hole in the tire was for patching and had us on our way.

Fantastic experience: Car insurance that insures your car with coverage that covers all at a price everyone can afford. Finding this agency didn't just make my day it saved my day it made a way for me to stay on the road. Nobody Does it Better, went good ain't good enough.

Negative experience: Pitiful service. So thankful I didn't have animals or children with me. Called for service at 6.36 pm. Rec'd 2 calls saying they were running late. Last call was 7.46 pm. No one showed up. They contacted me at 8.15 am the next morning. I had to borrow a vehicle to get home to feed my dogs. I asked if they could come between 1 and 4 because I had church on Sunday. They told me no.

Negative experience: This location is permanently closed. It is currently a Bridal shop. Do not bother driving here as there is nothing AAA related. They have also listed a new location on the AAA website by Fresh Market but that also is not open and won't be for many months if ever. Google needs to update this as it is not accurate and the response about 'working from home' doesn't apply as the listed services are not offered.

Negative experience: Waited in a scary place for 3 hours no one came kept adding to wait time. Called my insurance company and they were there in 20 minutes. Canceled AAA when I got home.

Negative experience: My husband called at 1030am I had to call it was 240 pm to see what happened and he tells the dispatcher he was moving a car be here in an hour smh . They used to be dependable for years but they slacking bad ,I decided to just call my insurance company and get it towed.

Fantastic experience: My car overheated while driving and the car literally coasted into a parking lot. The AAA response using their website was quick considering there are only 2 AAA tow trucks in our city. I truly appreciated that as well as the quick thinking tow truck driver as I had my 91 year old mother with me.

Negative experience: Honestly I don’t even know where to start! I’m a recent college grad and I commute to work I wake up for work at 6 every morning get ready and hit the road to be on time. I’m leaving this bad review bec the poor level of service and understanding I was given I felt belittled and made as if I wasn’t important. As a paying customer and someone in the customer service field those are the two bad things to make someone feel like. I noticed my flat and pulled over at a gas station called AAA was told I only had one service call when I should of had two remaining and that problem didn’t get resolved Between lack of communication between the tow trucks and the yalls company. I was told 3 different times 8:08... 8:27... then 89 minutes after the last time that was given. I don’t pay money to be sitting on the side of the road for hours or two have my dad come up so I’m not stranded sure enough my dad got a change tire for me because AAA failed me as a customer then was told by a supervisor that I was “complaining”. Like I said multiple times I’m paying for a service and just trying to be told accurate information so I can get to work I would like someone to reach out to me about this issue I have the lady’s name and employee number and I would like my past service call back seeing how I didn’t use it and we only have 4 a year and y’all don’t even allow rides with the tow truck driver due to COVID which hurts us more than y’all as a Conpany. Soooo...with all that being said I’ll wait and see what happens. I just pray that whoever finds themselves in a situation with your car and you use AAA as a service you have a plan b and c because they are not reliable at all.

Negative experience: 10 day hold for 200 mile tow. After fully paid up front premium full year of towing. Quoted 4500.00 to tow from cost. I rented a uhaul for 59.00 completed tow. The advertising only states up to a 200 mile tow for the year nothing about a 10 day hold only after calling, and questioning the call center did I finally find out it would be 4500.00 instead of the premium membership. 4.00 a mile after 2miles.

Negative experience: 4/19/2019-Ordered new battery service and B and D Towing (1518 W. 5th Street, Washington, NC)shows up with a young kid. He cant get my battery out. Next thing I hear a loud decompression HISS with vapor. I quickly go around the vehicle and ask him what he is doing. The vehicle was in my garage and he has very limited tools. He stated the air conditioning pipe was in the way and Too rigid and by releasing the pressure he could get the battery out. WEIRD-YES! I immediately called the owner of B and D and asked why he would do this. He stated he had to get back to me. They never did, so I called several hours later and he states the kid said this never occurred. They came to look at my vehicle several days later. At this point I have no air conditioning. They give me the run around and essentially tell me they did nothing to the vehicle. I call AAA North Caroline, they docum,ent it and tell me I will recieve call within 48 hours. No call for 2 weeks, then I get a letter that states they investigated and they deny responsibility. I NEVER received a call from them. Now I have to pay $130 to refill the freon they vented out. Watch out for B and D in Washinton, NC.(1518 W. 5th Street).

Negative experience: AAA is a wonderful service when you can be present with the vehicle. Looooong wait times to connect with a representative. I caught a ride from a family member to get to work. AAA would NOT pick up my vehicle without me present. I've had multiple cars towed over the years and that was never a requirement. I understand there may be liability issues, but what a major inconvenience. So I pay for AAA services but had to hire someone else to tow my vehicle. I'm definitely questioning my membership at this time.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were helped by Travel Sales Specialist Marybeth Jones at the Greenville location this morning. She was very cordial and extremely knowledgeable and efficient.
