Fantastic experience: I’m a returning customer to AAA Insurance and recently purchased auto insurance with agent Erick Alcala. Since I was busy at work, I sent multiple emails with questions and requests for quotes. Erick replied promptly each time with patience and clear explanations, making the process very smooth. I really appreciate his professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Erick to friends and family for excellent service and reliable insurance guidance.

Negative experience: I called to update my address agent said she can do lower premium and new insurance policy And gave me fake number to agreed on turns Out when when monthly payments come out it was double the amount I have to pay I was surprised why would she scam me and gave me false information regarding monthly payments I asked her to cancel my all of the policies everything I submitted with her but she didn’t cancel everything! I got to know rode side still charging me I requested refund for 5 months they denied my request

Negative experience: Very bad place and wasting members time . Tried to call but did not answer the phone .after coming to the office did not care

Negative experience: Claims is the worst ever. The adjuster never returns my call or answers my email, her supervisor is out of the office with no one to follow up up and the phone menu system will not let you speak to a real person. They just don't care!!!

Fantastic experience: I called AAA in a time of need and they said they could send a tow truck in about an hour.. The best part is that the tow truck driver actually arrived within 20 mins or less. Great Job AAA. This is why i always will have AAA on my side.

Negative experience: Worst insurance company ever! They will pass you along to numerous people for any claim, always get message machines and no call backs. Stay away!

Negative experience: Absolute TRASH for insurance. If You are insured with AAA they'll scoop your car up before the police arive (20 minutes)to get rid of evidence. If you are a victim and need to file a claim they take their time and wont call you back. They'll put you in a vehicle thats not equal to yours and skimp on vehicle repairs and cheat you out of your lost wages.

Negative experience: Don't buy auto insurance with this agency! They lied to me and my husband about our policy! Now they check credit scores, based on your credit score that's how you get your montly bill if is a low score it affects how much you have to pay every month, every month they check your credit score and we never knew about it. However, they never send us a bill. The only thing we had in our mail about AAA insurance is a cancelation policy. Additionally, I've never been able to have my proof of insurance either, even after I waited 3 days making the monthly payment! I constantly asked for my proof of insurance and never got it. Most horrible experience I ever had with this company! Very bad, poor, and unfriendly customer service! I recommend State Farm insurance! They are the best! Friendly and professional! They gave us a great price policy! And I got my proof of insurance the first day!

Negative experience: I'm ONLY giving them 2 stars because Maricrus is such an incredible customer service agent. I'd give them 0 if it wasn't for Maricrus' impeccable customer service! She is so dialed in, so kind, so knowledgeable, and I give her 5 stars individually. She deserves it! I'm giving AAA 3 stars, generously because I've been a member for 12-15 years. I'm only giving them 3 stars because my insurance doubled from last year by 50%. 220 dollars a month to 440+ per month for the same coverage! No tickets! No accidents! Completely unacceptable.

Negative experience: This location is now closed on Saturdays. Update your hours so people don’t waste time driving here and then another 30 minutes to the next open location.

Negative experience: I'm new to Texas ... called to update my address ... went online to check for an office and "services" ... no luck!

Negative experience: I would avoid going to this location, as people sitting on the front either wants this AAA branch to close or do not know anything. On every occasion I have visited this branch, I have been given a reason on how they are not authorized to do a job. Recently they made me visit their branch twice only to tell me that, "they are sorry" for not able to service my request. I have never seen such an un-efficient staff for a long time.

Negative experience: This AAA Round Rock Texas. Their service is POOR. No adécuate Castumer service available. You leave them messages and hardly call you back. My auto policy expires a week ago. And I am still waiting for this people to call me back for my renewal! Dont shop this AAA Round rock texas. You ll become another frustrated Castumer! Ya

Negative experience: DO NOT BUY AUTO INSURANCE THRU AAA OF TEXAS. DO NOT PURCHASE THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Being from California I can clearly say dealing with AAA of Texas is NOT the same experience as it is out west. The Texas team is rude and impolite and if you call in for assistance you will sit on hold forever, and do not ask for an employee to call you back because they won't return the call. My in office visit was to rectify an insurance issue, when I opened my policy they excluded a key coverage and the fact that it was left off the policy came out after Noone had hit my parked unattended vehicle in a parking lot. Fast forward to my in office visit to the Round Rock office where I met with insurance agent Maricrus Medina. She understood the issue I thought but said there was nothing she could do at her level and she would " escalate " the issue to her boss, Jim Hockenhull. She also gave r me her word he would call back within 24 hours. Big surprise, he never called. I ended up calling the office two day after the deadline and big Jim told me he called me and left a message. I had to remind Mr. Dummy that my cell phone would show a missed call and thru the miracles of technologies allow him to leave a voice message, which again he did not. He also did not understand my issue because obviously inter office communication does not exist. And needless to say, because no one at the office level can handle a customer complaint once again my issue has been escalated. We had an awesome local office in Calif. And they were always more than helpful and took very good care of our insurance ends etc. Still awaiting a call from yet another supervisor butnot holding my breath. Now the issue with roadside assistance. It can take multiple calls and in several hours to get a tow truck response. Summing up, customer service is horrible, hold times are excessive and nobody at the branch level has the authority to fix a complaint, and the one that do have the authority are as rare and elusive as a unicorn or a sasquatch. With AAA Texas my 25 years of loyalty to their brand means nothing. ☆ UPDATE☆ Received a call from supervisor Shashana Fletcher. Again rude and condescending has absolutely no listening skills or customer service skills and no juice to rectify a complaint. Escalated to her boss, can't wait for that call.

Negative experience: Customer service is atrocious at best. Manners are pretty much nonexistent amongst most of the call center representatives. There are a few individuals who genuinely care about the customers needs and or overall safety.

Fantastic experience: AAA can't be beat for peace of mind. Not only can you get auto assistance with them, you can get vacation planning, renters and auto insurance. My vehicle is a 2019, with an extended warranty. However! I refuse to not go with AAA. I have traveled in other persons vehicles which had problems along the way. As the driver was in a panic, I calmly called AAA to give us a jump start and check the alternator. We were back on the road! AAA helped me plan the perfect Disney World trip and gave me Trip Tiks for the drive. I now have given AAA memberships to my niece and nephew as gifts.

Negative experience: I had confirmed an appointment for my dog the day before Christmas. Went to drop dog off found out they gave my appointment away. Spoke with the receptionist to fix it. She was rude and unhelpful. Finally was offered a 4 pm appointment, when I picked up the dog she had two cuts on her from the scissors. Do not take your puppy to these groomers.
