Negative experience: Have tried to get someone on the phone to help me plan a trip .I left messager but no call backs. i made the 45 minutes to get there but the person wasn't there left message to get a call back nothing as of yet. That office should be closed for the poor service.

Fantastic experience: I loved Chelsea Hughes. She was AMAZING… I just came for a passport picture and my experience was outstanding. I strongly recommend this agency. The manager was also there with all the help.

Negative experience: worst office I ever dealt with, unprofessional, don't answer calls, calls get switched to other offices and no one is accountable, typical Murfreesboro mentality

Negative experience: My family and I were shopping for car insurance—my husband, my father-in-law, and myself. First, when you go online for a quote, you go through the whole headache, and then they ask to call you. Fine, I received the call and while talking to the representative, he told us that having my father-in-law covered on our insurance policy was illegal because his car wasn't in my or my husband's name. I asked him questions, and he tried explaining, but his explanation didn't make any sense. Why would we have no problem with so many other insurance companies, but AAA is suddenly telling us that what we are doing, 'just trying to save a few bucks,' is illegal? So, I said fine, and asked for a quote on two other vehicles my husband and I own. The second question was, 'Do you own or rent your home?' I said we rent. Another 10 minutes of going through the quote and getting our information, he then tells me, 'Sorry, we have to deny you because you don't own your home.' Then why did you even waste my time? Now my time is wasted and I have my father-in-law freaking out, thinking he isn't covered under our policy. So, I called our current insurance, Allstate, and they had no idea where this man was getting his information. They said very old policies were set up this way but current policies are not. She then had to calm my father-in-law and myself down, reassuring us that we are indeed covered and nothing we are doing is illegal. I dislike dealing with insurance agents already, and to get stressed out by some ill-informed person is absolutely unacceptable. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: We had a Mazda Miata I broke the key in the door I called a bunch of locksmith’s they all said they would have to wait Two days before they would have one but triple AAA came same day with in the hour we highly recommend them over anyone

Negative experience: The past three times I’ve used AAA they have let me down. The wait times are terrible, over three hours each time! They lie about when they will be arriving and then they also lie about which wrecker service is coming and how long they will take to get to you. Basically, ever since 2020, they don’t seem to have enough wrecker services available even in busy towns and surrounding suburbs nearby. I am very disappointed and not sure I will renew my service or not next year. This is very sad because I’ve used them since I was 15 years old, and they used to be a great company and helped me many times through the years. Not sure why they’ve gone so far downhill. ☹️

Negative experience: I called to notify them of fake ads using their name on Google. This fake ad leads to AAA members being charged up to $300 out of pocket for a jumpstart, lockout, or tire change. This company identifies as a 'partner of AAA'. AAA clearly couldn't care one bit. I would advise against using this once great company. The capital investment firms / greedy shareholders have corrupted it too much.

Negative experience: Booked a hotel on 07/06/2023 in Chattanooga. The person that helped acted like they did not want to help us to start with. Maybe we were not specific. We wanted a hotel near Rock City and Ruby Falls. When we got there, the hotel was in what was a disastrous part of Chattanooga. Usually when someone books a vacation or hotel for a place that is known for tourist attractions, you usually want a hotel close by. Also, the person that helped us did not ask too many questions anyway.

Negative experience: Can't even call the local location to confirm that a notary is available so have to waste my time driving in when I tried yesterday in Cool Springs and they didn't even have a notary on site, very sad customer service. All calls go to a call center :(

Negative experience: I'm from out of town and was waiting for a tow truck for 6 hours because my car's battery died. At first when I called at 11am, it said the tow truck would be at our destination a little later than 12pm. I waited until 1:16 and called again, and thought a tow truck would be here soon. When I checked the site it said 5:07pm. They said about an hour and a half. I waited 5 more hours for them and cancelled the service. Called Ford, they gave me a number for a tow guy, and he was here in no later than 10-15 minutes. We were told that AAA has no tow trucks in the area. I wish AAA could've told us that themselves. Thanks.

Negative experience: I'm writing this at 12:30AM right now because we waited for over *six hours* for a tire change that never came. My fiancée has the Premier Membership, which means that he has full coverage for everything. On your website it says AAA arrives 20 minutes earlier than other tow services, which is just a joke. Every time we've ever used AAA it takes them about 2 hours to get there, but this time, we called initially at 5:51PM. They said they would get there at 7:00, so we figured that was fine. At 8:00, when nobody has showed up or communicated with us, we called again. The dispatcher said that no drivers were answering their phones, but that somebody was en route and would be there very soon. We waited until 9:00, still no communication, and the ETA on the website still said something like 7:30. At 11, we called again and they said somebody would be there soon. At about 11:30 we called another tow company, who quoted us 20-30 minutes, but arrived in 15, changed the flat and left in under 10 minutes, and for only $60. Save your time, money, and nerves, and just call a local tow company. Literally anybody but them.

Fantastic experience: Never had a negative experience there. The staff always very helpful with passports pictures, vacation plans, information etc. My daughter & I have used the locksmith & flat tire services many times with excellent results. I highly recommend AAA Murfreesboro.

Negative experience: Waited over 6 hours for AAA to locate someone to dispatch to me for a simple jump on a dead battery. 3 hours was during normal work hours and they still couldn’t find anyone available. I was in the city of Murfreesboro, not even out where it would be inconvenient to get to. I finally canceled since I had family and friends that could easily help. I do not know why we are members. The company has become useless and the fact that they are signing up new members daily only makes me think they have run the business into the ground and only running a ponzu scheme at this point.

Negative experience: ugh, gets worse and worse each time. Today on a Monday afternoon at 350 my 20 year old called for a tow. Exactly FOUR 4 HOURS later at 803 the tow just pulled up!!! Better off to save the membership fee and just pay if something is needed.

Fantastic experience: Just returned with family and friends from a two week trip to Yellowstone, The Tetons, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. The trip was completely orchestrated by Rebecca Kinne (Travel Counselor) at AAA Murfreesboro on Old Fort Parkyway. What an unbelievable experience. Not one single glitch occurred and the recommended accommodation and side activities were spot on. Thank You Rebecca Kinne for the trip of a lifetime. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: With additional disscounts and road side assistance you can't go wrong with AAA. They saved me over $150 every 6 months on Car Insurance!! They are way more than just R.S.A.!!

Fantastic experience: They were very helpful with what I went there for. And they were able to help me straighten out issues I had with deleting people out of my system that had been on my AAA in the past and no longer. I recommend AAA and this was a good place work with. And they still do the old-timey trip ticks, which I love.

Negative experience: I joined them last year and at first the staff was very nice and customer service was great but over time things went down hill. After a while I couldn’t get anyone to answer emails or calls. I think in general AAA has a customer service issue not just in the branches. I have a only talk to a couple of a hand full of people companywide that didn’t sound like they hated their jobs. Not to mention the app sucks and the rewards aren’t that great. If you like Consistency and at least the illusion of not being treated like just another caller then this probably not the place for you.

Negative experience: I just called for tow service because my car wouldn't start early this morning. I left the car in the driveway at home, and drove my other car to work. My husband, who works the night shift was sleep at home. We are both on the same membership. The representative, Cecilia, asked if I would be able to show a photo id when they arrive. I told her my husband has his photo id, as I am at work and he's at home. She said she would have to talk to him in order to send a tow truck to OUR house to pick up the car. I told her we're on the same membership and he has his id. She said there has been a lot of fraud so therefore she has to talk to him first. How is it fraud if he shows his photo ID when they get there? So she wouldn't proceed without talking to him. It wasn't a hard thing for me to get him on 3-way, but it's just the principle of the situation, giving me a hard time about ID and not proceeding until I get my husband on the phone. RIDICULOUS. AAA needs to do away with this silly policy, or make an exception for families on the same membership!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff that is very helpful. A great place to take care of all your needs. Travel, insurance, driving directions, hotel or car reservations, gift cards, and travel accessories. You can even stop in and pick up a brochure to tell you where you can show your card and save.

Fantastic experience: Brittany Johnson is simply amazing! She answered all of my questions (several times). She broke down all of insurance policy, Home and Auto, and got us the best rate! She even looked at other quotes I had and was 100 percent honest with me about everything! Finding someone who takes the time to explain everything line by line and who cares truly about you as a customer is hard to find! I can’t thank you enough! I’m so glad she is now our new agent going forth!

Negative experience: They close before 6PM. Why advertise office hours if they won’t operate accordingly? I had to rush to get to their office by 6PM and got there by 5:53 and they already locked the office. I have to leave work early tomorrow again to make it here. But who knows what time they would close?!?!

Fantastic experience: Gosh, I feel badly for the review from someone 2 months ago. I personally have had nothing but wonderful, friendly and helpful service from this office. I did have a couple issues with my booking to Disney World for this coming October, however, they were very efficiently resolved. I've even checked on all my reservations and everything seems good to go!

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MY MOTHER AND SON'S TRIP BOOKING TWICE, MULTIPLE CALLS AND NO CALL BACK. PREPAID FOR HOTEL AND GET THERE AND NO RESERVATIONS OR ROOM BUT IT WAS PAID FOR THROUGH THEM. AGENT ON "EXTENDED LEAVE". TERRIBLE FROM PRODUCT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
