Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful time in London. Joan planned our trip with the most exciting places to see. The ONLY downside was - I wish we could have seen Buckingham Palace from the front, but that may have been out of her hands. Our days were packed with the most beautiful and historically places. Our group of travelers would definitely use Joan to plan our trips in the future.

SANDALS EMERALD BAY, 1st time in 18 years we had no children and seen no children..... :) Our Beachfront Walkout Butler Junior Villa Suite right on the water and close to everything. According to our butler it was larger and closer than the more expensive rooms. Having someone be the go fetch and make all the arraignments was a little odd at 1st, but I got over it :) A true vacation for both of us. Always love all inclusive, lots of food choices, unlimited beverages, unlimited activities. Not to often everything in the scuba diving programs are 100% free, including, mask, tank, air, etc.... As soon as Bailey gets to 40" we will be ready for that Disney Vacation!!! I know I want to go more than the kids, I measure her weekly. It's an inches count down at the Sprouse House!!!

Fantastic experience: Joan I would like to thank you for advising my family to take the insurance out. My favorite saying"I'd rather have it and not need it". OMG...I needed it! This past January while we were in Cozumel, I was stung by a jellyfish. By the time we made it to Progreso, I was running a fever and had began to swell in the legs and in the face. After reboarding the boat, I was seen by the ship doctor and was immediately removed from the boat by ambulance and stayed 3 long days in a mexican hospital. Thank God for wifi, google translate,and 2 family members that were able to stay behind with me. The small fee that you pay upfront is well worth it. All my medical needs were paid for by the insurance. Our money was reimbursed for the flight and any other needed expenses by the insurance.They even sent over 2 representatives to help translate and make sure our needs were met.GET THE INSURANCE---YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

In August 2 months before we were to travel for the Alaskan cruise I broke my knee and leg. I was stuck in a wheelchair for 3 months. Luckily Joan had recommended we get travel insurance (we had never done that before) and I am so happy she did.. All of our monies were reimbursed. Thanks for being there time and time again, Joan. Fantastic experience: In 2013 Joan helped my husband an I with our honeymoon to Hawaii we went to Oahu and the big island I just have to say WOW it was amazing both of the hotels were we stayed at were beautiful but the one on the big island was a suite and we had the best view!! We also had a problem when we got to Oahu and totally forgot to get our rental car and she helped us fix that too and didn't have to pay extra for it!
