Fantastic experience: I just completed two weeks in Italy with Chris Cutler. This was my third trip with Chris. I love how she plans the trip, arranges hotel & air b & b accommodations, purchases train tickets, golf cart tours & food tours and tastings. We had a wonderful driver in Lucca who took us to a family winery on the way to Montepulciano. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. She also arranged for me to visit the villages of my grandparents last year. I look forward to traveling with her again soon!

Fantastic experience: Chris Cutler is the most amazing travel agent! She worked with a group of my family and close friends to visit several parts of Italy. The reason for the trip was to celebrate my brother’s priesthood ordination, where we had the opportunity to say mass at several historic churches and basilicas in Italy. I, personally, was going to have to miss out on this big trip due to a business trip for work. When my work trip was unexpectedly canceled 2 weeks before my family’s Italy trip, I contacted Chris immediately. She sprang into action and worked to be able to fit me in. This was a lot of work for Chris due to the extremely tight time frame and large capacity of our group, but she worked her magic and got it all done - all while keeping it a surprise from my family! I arrived in Rome one day after the group, and Chris found me and guided me over to them in St. Peter’s Square. The reactions from everyone - but most importantly my parents and brother - were absolutely priceless, and are memories that will truly last a lifetime. Looking back now, I know I was meant to go on that trip and cannot imagine not sharing those experiences with everyone. NONE of it would have been possible without Chris - I truly owe it all to her! Our time in Italy was absolutely amazing. We saw Rome, Assisi, Perugia, Bologna, Florence, and Venice. Chris was with us the entire way as our travel expert, translator, and historian. We ate, drank, and experienced the best Italy has to offer. Chris made our packed travel schedule as easy to navigate as possible. She was always happy to assist us with questions and requests for whatever was needed. Our trip would never have ran so smoothly if it was not for Chris. If you are planning a trip to Italy, there is no better person to work with than Chris Cutler!

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to travel with my sister to Italy, having put our entire trip into the very capable hands of Chris Cutler. Her knowledge of this country, paired with her fluency in the language and the contacts she has made with expert local providers made this a trip that went beyond our expectations. Every accommodation, every excursion, every means of transport were planned with precision, keeping my sister’s and my wishes in mind. And when my sister and I did not agree on an activity or must-see sight, Chris’ planning was able to make divergent, perfectly-timed parallel tours, assuring we both got to see the Italy we wanted to see. Milan, Lucca (and excursions to smaller surrounds), Assisi, and Rome were all made possible using either local trains, bullet trains or a private driver (who was also a wonderful local tour guide) and were authentically experienced. If you are considering a trip to Italy, I cannot recommend anyone more enthusiastically..

Fantastic experience: I recently toured 2 weeks with Chris Cutler arranging an amazing fun-filled trip to Italy!! She planned the travel arrangements for 5 people, including tour guides when needed, wonderful restaurants, winery visits, and a hands on cooking class!! Her knowledge and love of Italy is contagious…I hope to return with her in the future.

Fantastic experience: What a great 2 week adventure we had in Italywith Chris Cutler at the helm. We felt like a local being able to navigate trains, planes, trams, and waiting lines with her experience. The smaller towns we visited were charming and an immersion in culture. The places we stayed were fairy tale with Italian tradition. The food and wine tasting were worth the travel by themselves. Her knowledge of the language and tourist traps helped us avoid unnecessary time. Most of all after the trip, I miss the little off the beaten path caffe, (no cappuccino after 11), pastries and aperitivi and Hugo's. Personally, at home when I had trouble paying shipping for my wine I bought, she knew who to contact and after trying for a week, I had problems solved in 24 hours. Thanks isn't enough for a fantastic journey through Italy. 2 coins in Trevi means I will be back!!!

Fantastic experience: We've just returned from a bucket list trip to Alaska, British Columbia & Canada, and we were delighted with the incredible planning skills of Alexa Olsen with Adventures by Jamie. Our trip included a visit to Juneau (Alexa reserved a hotel for us right in the heart of the city...just a few blocks from great restaurants and the cruise port), a luxury small ship cruise south to Vancouver (on which Jamie was able to secure a portside balcony room for us!) Once we arrived in Vancouver, BC, she gave us recommendations for a food & wine tour and a visit to Bouchart Gardens. Then we took the Rocky Mountaineer (glass top roof train) to Banff. The transfer to the train station & check-in was a breeze, thanks to Alexa's tips. In Banff, Alexa selected a new hotel for us with a world class restaurant, just on the outskirts of the hustle & bustle of high season. She arranged an AWESOME full-day private tour of Banff, Bow Lake, Lake Morraine, Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon & Bow Falls...eight stops in all. I can highly recommend Alexa's skill set in helping you plan YOUR dream trip!

Fantastic experience: Being 77 years of age, never expecting to travel overseas, this trip was a wonderful experience. Seventeen of us, led by Chris Cutler, made a 2 week pilgrimage from Milan to Desenzano to Bologna and then on to Rome. We traveled by plane, train, bus & taxi but mostly by foot. Walking is the best way to experience the true atmosphere of a city. Our trip was very well organized despite time changes, cancelled rides, & a trip to the ER, Chris handled everything in stride and very professionally. The best thing I can say about our trip is I would love to do it again but only with Chris Cutler as our guide.

Fantastic experience: We just got back from the most amazing trip to Portugal and Spain thanks to the great planning and advice from Kyle. When flight delays affected some of our plans, Kyle was responsive and acted quickly to coordinate with the hotel and rental car companies. Kyle suggested and arranged a Tuk Tuk tour in Lisben and that was one of our favorite parts of our trip. It was fun, educational and we were able to see more of Lisben in four hours than we would have been able to see in four days. We will certainly be recommending Kyle's services to friends and family as well as utilizing his help on future vacation plans.

Fantastic experience: In April 2024, we undertook a great adventure planned and guided by Chris Cutler of Adventures by Jamie. Some would say a blind one, but I would say a good one. After a few months of emails, texts, and phone calls, we flew halfway around the world, from Houston, Texas to Rome, Italy to finally meet Chris Cutler who arranged the whole two-week trip through northern Italy, and two other members of our group. After we made introductions all around, we took a regional train to the small city of Orvieto. Charmed by its mountain top view of the valley around it, we spent a couple of days wandering the streets near the Duomo of the city and getting used to the feel of the food, the aperitivo and the wine of the region. Then we transferred to the hustle and bustle of Firenze, the major city of northern Italy, where we shopped, took in the statue of David in the Uffizi, enjoyed more aperitivo and wine. I took a major detour from the group to climb the steps to the top of the dome of the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Flower, the Duomo of Firenze. I made it to the top, all 464 stone steps. Fantastico!!! Then we spent a day of travel on the high-speed train to Pisa, with another climbing trip up the steps of the Leaning Tower for me, a motorcar trip to San Gemignani, and a couple of days in Lucca, another small town. Adventures in pasta making, gelato making and tasting (at least once a day), several wine tastings, and a trip to a secluded country winery with aperitivos! We adjusted our tour because of the weather to take a trip to one of the Carrera marble quarries, although we were able to experience the snow of the Apuan Alps along the way. We also tasted lardo, a traditional food of the quarrymen in Colonnata. Then down to the coast, lunch at a seaside restaurant and back to Lucca. The next step of our trip was by highspeed train to Milan for a few days, where we stayed near Milan Cathedral, or the Metropolitan Cathedral-Basilica of the Nativity of Saint Mary. A tour through the Galleria Vittorio Emanual, the original Galleria, needed dancing on the bull floor mosaic and, of course, shop! From there, we took a motorcar trip to Lake Como (hello George and Amal Clooney), with more wine, cocktails and aperitivo. Then a walking tour of the Cimitero Monumentale di Milano, one of the largest cemeteries in the world, noted for its abundance of artistic tombs and monuments. Of course, we had reservations to see the original of the Last Super and take a tour of the La Scala Opera House, a favorite of mine. We capped off our tour with a day trip on the Bernina Express to St. Moritz, Switzerland, a winding ride up the mountains starting in the green valley below and ending on the snow-capped mountaintop ski resort. We spent 15 wonderful days with Chris, and vowed to take another trip with Chris next year!

Fantastic experience: Our multi generational and multi-ability family weekend in Minneapolis was outstanding because of Kyle Friar’s creativity, experience, and personalized care. We needed wheelchair accessibility and equipment (Sara Steady) to allow seamless care for our family members and make HAPPY memories! Kyle was able to identify a high quality, customer focused medical supply company deliver the needed equipment directly to our hotel. We needed multiple rooms with a variety of accessibilities. Our rooms needed to be near one another to support our loved one’s needs. We initially wanted to stay at a certain hotel and Kyle priced out several. We relied on Kyle’s experience to identify the hotel with the best accessibility. We booked with Kyle seamlessly. THEN I realized we booked in the wrong area three days before the trip! Within 2 hours Kyle had rebooked the same hotel chain in the right area and coordinated with the medical supply company. I could not have done what Kyle did for us. His professional abilities and communication allowed me to have an outstanding family trip! Thanks Kyle!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to make a quick mother son trip to Orlando for a passholder Preview of Penguin Trek. I contacted Jamie to book my hotel room. I have always booked my own rooms before, but I decided to give Adventures by Jamie a try. I picked a hotel that was the sister property to two other hotels I had thoroughly enjoyed. Their website neglected to let me know that they were doing renovations. My son has sensory challenges, and this was not going to work for us. Jamie requested a quiet room, which they said they honored. I was unhappy and unsure of what my options were. I contacted Jamie and explained what was going on. She worked her magic and was able to get me transferred to one of the sister properties. I was going to have to pay a small difference, but that was removed too. I was able to relax in our much quieter accommodations. I have previously worked in sales and customer service. I would always tell my customers that anyone can have great customer service when everything is perfect. It is when there is a problem that you really find out. In my case, a miscommunication from the hotel caused a hiccup in my trip. Jamie came through like a superhero to save our trip. I will definitely book through her again.

Fantastic experience: Hi! I wanted to be sure to write a review of Jessica and her business. Jessica doesn't plan JUST Disney trips, she can plan anything! Our first trip with Jessica was a trip to Disney about three years ago with my husband's family (party of 10). It was still required to wear a mask in some areas after COVID and the fast pass stuff just came back on the scene. Jessica is literally the best! If/when we had an issue or question (both before and during), she was RIGHT THERE to get us the information needed. So, when it was decided that our family (party of were going on vacation, I immediately reached out to Jessica for ideas! She came back with recommendations, pricing, examples, reviews and a very solid recommendation. We were going to The Barcelo Maya Palace in the Riviera Maya! We planned for an October 2023 trip. A few months before our trip, we learned my dad had stage 3 skin cancer. We had to reschedule our trip and guess who was RIGHT THERE with us? You got it, Jessica! Jessica not only got to work getting any new dates and prices, but was also very patient and compassionate with us. We were in a state of worry and Jessica took the planning stuff right off our hands. Fast forward to April 2024 and we land in Cancun Mexico. Jessica had made this vacation become a reality! We were excited. We were so thankful and we were white as ghosts on that beach, but we didn't care! We were having a blast when three days into the vacation my mom started to feel odd. We thought she had food poisoning or she hadn't drank enough water. By Friday (2 days before we were to fly home), my mom was rushed by ambulance to an ER in Playa Del Carmen. From there we went through a literal hell on earth. Our vacation suddenly took a turn that I pray NO ONE has to experience. I immediately contacted Jessica to see if our travel insurance covered anything that we were experiencing (by this time, my mom had been intubated and sedated). Jessica was again, patient, compassionate, hardworking and went above and beyond for us from the US. At one point my mom was taken by ambulance again to a larger hospital in Cancun. The next morning, we'd learn my mom passed away. The first person I called was Jessica. I knew she'd be able to help us reschedule our flights (2 of the 8 of us were flying back on Sunday). I don't know how to express the thoughtfulness, support and truly amazing human that Jessica is - aside from knowing her business, listening to what her clients want and so forth! When we got home two days later than scheduled, Jessica had a card and gift dropped by for us AND she went above and beyond by sending a gift to mom's funeral. Since our return, Jessica has reach out numerous times to check in as well. No other travel agent would do that for people! Jessica takes care of her clients like they're family! I have a few points of advice for those that travel out of the country (not just Mexico - every where) 1. Don't go....just stay on our own soil, 2. BUY the travel insurance....I know your odds are slim that you'll need it, but TRUST me...buy the insurance! 3. Be sure you have a large limit credit card available in case something does happen. 4. ALWAYS book your trips with a travel agent. I will NOT ever leave the country again, but I'll never leave home without Jessica in my back pocket. 5. Please for the sake of your loved ones - make sure you have life insurance. NOT just through work, but a big personal policy - you know, the one that follows you even if you change jobs. Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Adventures by Jamie enough! Jaime has worked tirelessly to make sure that our cruise wedding would go perfectly! Jaime has been a saint when it has come to communicating with our 13 guests, us and corresponding back and forth with the cruise wedding company (which is no easy feat!!) Jaime has made sure we are on the best ship, with the best amenities and she has worked so hard to get us the best price and add-ons possible! I couldn't imagine going through this travel and wedding process without her! I know our week-long cruise and wedding day will go so smoothly because of all her help! We look forward to planning our honeymoon with Jaime’s help!

Fantastic experience: I have now worked with Jamie of Adventures by Jamie on two trips. The first was a mother/daughter carnival cruise for 6 and she made the planning aspect so easy! She set us up in adjacent rooms, and was so knowledgeable from booking to boarding. She even followed up with us ahead of time on traveling tips like using the airside app (I use this for all international travel now), and other things we would need to make our boarding process smooth. She is now helping me plan a 35 person family reunion trip to Margaritaville in Orlando and I would be lost without her recommendations and guidance. Being a fellow power wheelchair user like my son, Jamie understands the challenges and stress of traveling. She put together a fabulous long weekend trip to Naples,Florida for my son and I including flights, an accessible hotel room at a hotel in a great location and a rental car for far less than I could have done on my own. Jamie made the experience so easy and stress free. I just gave her all the specifics for our vacation requests and she got back to me so quickly with everything I asked for and more! We had a little snag with the flights and I was unable to choose our seats and I told Jamie about this and she immediately went to work on it and worked relentlessly for 2 days to reach the airlines and was able to choose our seats and without any additional charges! I have an eight year old daughter who has Fragile X which can limit where we go, what we do, and how long we can stay places sometimes. Emelia is so brave and has been my travel companion since she was in my womb! She has overcome many things and will continue too! Jamie told me all the necessary resources that Disney offers and how to use them. I love that she makes herself available even after the trip is booked. I love that she shares in our excitement for the trip. I get nervous anytime I have ever traveled since I was young. Her guidance and expertise make the parks so less scary to figure out. We tried to plan our Bucket List train trip across the US and were confused and overwhelmed by the websites we visited, not to mention the "Your call is important to us" phone responses we kept getting (you almost want to give up-I run an online business and was appalled at the lack of service everywhere). Fantastic experience: Jamie worked diligently and with a smile through a very difficult booking and vacation. We had unfortunately started late booking (my fault), which meant it was hard to find a hotel room. With some work Jamie was able to do magic and got us into the exact resorts we wanted for the trip. Then unfortunate events occurred and the day we fly down to Florida everything shuts down for the hurricane. Our second resort decided to cancel our stay (because of the hurricane), leaving us in the middle of a hurricane without shelter. This was not okay and Jamie went to work. She again made magic happen, through her diligence and persistence into the wee hours of the night while her home and family was in the midst of the oncoming hurricane heading next for us. Not only did she negotiate with the resorts to keep us safe and sheltered she adjusted all the events which were scheduled and worked with the companies for refunds related to the events we could not reschedule. Without Jamie this vacation would not have happened. In the end, we were able to stay at amazing resorts, have wonderful experiences at the theme parks, see Cirque du Soliel, watch 3 different firework shows at Disney (from amazing seats), and feel safe knowing someone was there for us. Thank you Jamie!!!!
