Negative experience: Es la peor agencia que e visitado en toda mi vida, te hacen perder el tiempo ya que no te explican lo que debes llevar. Pero eso no es lo peor, si eres de piel morena ósea no blanco/a te tratan de lo peor son muy racistas especialmente la 2 secretarias que quedan en frente. Si eres de tez obscura y no eres blanco te recomiendo que no vaya a este lugar pues te van a tratar como lo peor de lo peor. It's the worst agency I've visited in my entire life, they make you waste your time since they don't explain what you should bring. But that's not the worst part, if you have brown/black skin, not white, they treat you as the worst, they are very racist, especially the 2 secretaries that are in the front. If you have a dark complexion and you are not white, I recommend that you do not go to this place because they will treat you as the worst of the worst.

Negative experience: Worst service I have ever received in my whole life did my taxes last year and didn’t get my state check ! And did it this year and I can’t get my state check from last year ! All she told me was keep calling the number she gave me and they never gave me an answer and she didn’t either ! I wouldn’t recommend it to go here and do your taxes ! You’ll lose money and on top of that instead of being. Charge 150$ for the service she charged me 375$ and didn’t say anything !
