Fantastic experience: I was able to work with Sam on our upcoming vacation in Italy. The process was very easy and he gave us ideas to make the flight more comfortable. We are traveling with 2 young children and I thought it would be best to break up the flight with 2 stops, however, he said that he has traveled with his 2 small children and the long flight is actually better for them. They can sleep, and in addition, just making 1 stop does actually shorten the flight, in our case, by at least 4-5 hours. That was helpful information, and also the long flight turned out to be a bit cheaper. Sam was very easy to get ahold of and answered my questions promptly. I highly recommend this site and am sure I will use them again.

I had to do a little extra work with American to get my flight miles to post to my Advantage account, but that just took a phone call to AA custmer service. In the end I purchased 4 flagship business class tickets from CLT to London and back from Franfurt to CLT using Sam at CheapBizClass. Negative experience: You reach out, and respond to Anthony's generic email (29 January 2023) providing added detail options, then bam, no response (3 February). Quoting from the generic email "Throughout our companies history we have earned a prestigious reputation which has been awarded with the Better Business Bureau's highest rating of an A+." How? Poor customer service is not okay Anthony. Update, Anthony did send me an email (3 Feb) acknowleging his lack of response. Alas, his deals presented were more expensive than published. I don't change the rating because I also sent him an email which is why he responded. The one star rating has nothing to do with the presented flight pricing.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. I wanted to buy business class ticket and my old contact was no longer work there. Another representative name Anthony wanted to help. Never return my email nor call, till finally got hold of him His quote was high and not the matching my date. When ask to speak with manager he was giving me the run around. till I got a hold of his so called manager Brian. At first Brian was very apologetic and promised to take care of me and help. Then he send me a long email with same story that he is sorry. Then send me 2 more email The next 2 days stating he is working on my flight. After 2 days which I called him and email him. He send a quote with 3 stops and horrible price, then took him 24 hours to respond back to me. This company is bad in customer service and pay a little more and go elsewhere. When it comes to customer service they are in different planet.

Negative experience: Absolute ripoff company. Flight did not occur due to COVID and airline returned money to them. They will not provide the money they received for my account. Promised the money they were sent but keep stalling. Appears from other reviews this is their standard practice. Would never use this company!!! You are a fool if you do!!

Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND! Due to CO-VID, our flight was cancelled by the airline. They will not give us a credit or refund. The said they would, but we are still waiting. Airline refunded to them though. They also deleted their Facebook page to hide their reviews.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service!!! One agent sent me a quote and never replied back or acknowledged me after I emailed her several times. Then I contacted another agent and he gave me the run around for several days and also never got back to me. I definitely do not recommend them, especially if you are in a hurry. There are many better business class consolidator companies out there.
