Negative experience: First come First serve doesn't mean anything here. Got here 8 minutes early for my 2pm appt. Was told to sit and wait. Man arrived at 1:55 for his 1:50 appointment and he was told the same thing. Then man was called back BEFORE me. Now it is 2:02 and I'm still waiting
Negative experience: I had an appointment to get my fingerprints for identgo, I had told her I had to go get payment and only walked out for 3 minutes , and came back in and she already had grabbed the next person waiting, saying I had to reschedule for another day, I already am 8 months pregnant, I’m have no transportation already, they had horrible customer service , they lost money and did not even try to keep a customer. I am not happy with this place.
Negative experience: The costumer service is lacking. When you enter the office even though it is not busy the front office staff seems bothered that you ask for help. People are eating and talking amongst the workers like if they didn't have anything to do. It is sad to see that they are not willing to help the costumers out.

Negative experience: We switched from Geico. HORRIBLE mistake! Husband spent 30 mi utes taking pictures of our home. We then spent 2 hours at the office setting up auto and home. Too many details, but after being quoted $1700 for one car, we were charged $2400! We didn’t receive an ID card, didn’t receive an email with our paperwork, nor, Thank God! did we receive a quote for my son’s insurance. On 6/11, the day after we got the policy, I left a voice mail and sent an email to Lindsey with a separate question - never heard back! On 6/28 when I cancelled the policy I tried again calling and got a call center. I was assured my concerns would be sent to Lindsay and her supervisor - still nothing! Please DO NOT do business with this company! We are trying to retire and was advised to go with AAA. Now, I lie awake at night, crying because of the mess I’m in now, and getting no response. I hate to bring an attorney into the picture, but I’d rather do that than go sit in Their office again for hours and being lied to. Also, to make matters worse, I can’t go back toGeico. AAA doesn’t “report” and it looks like I had a lapse in insurance. I ended up with some Allstate plan with my previous, wonderful agent, who has ALWAYS helped and had our best interest at heart, but am paying close to $1000 more a year. Again, please don’t ever, ever get AAA insurance. It will be one of the biggest mistakes in your life. And, I haven’t even begun to see what a mess my homeowners is in. I’m afraid I might seriously have a nervous breakdown. This debacle has already put me close to the edge.
Negative experience: The employees are beyond rude and dry!!! I mean clearly we need their services but the least they could do is have some basic customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: Came here 20 mins before closing and the two ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful (I believe one of their names was Shawnte). I came for an international permit & was in and out in less than 15 mins. Thank you ladies!
Fantastic experience: Super friendly and helpful. I came in for an IDP for an upcoming trip to Europe and was taken care of efficiently and promptly. In and out in about 20 minutes! A+ experience all the way!
Positive experience: Employee seemed a bit bothered and dry towards me. Must've been having a bad day I suppose but the process icame for was quick and easy.
Negative experience: I came to get fingerprints. The front receptionist had a nasty attitude saying they only accept apts. I tried making an apt but the system didn't let me. Then I tried to call but AAA does not pick up calls. So my next step was to come in. Which I did, and she was so ugly with me giving me attitude saying I needed an apt and that they have no access to the system. If they would answer their phones it would have saved me driving up here. Then she wouldn't help me make a future apt saying to do myself online. Which was my original issue. I'm not a AAA customer but you could of earned one just by being nice to customers.
Negative experience: Unexprienced staff being with them for 5 years bad customer service might change my insurance some where else
Negative experience: Identigo: The woman at the front desk on the date of 07/24/2024 was incredibly rude. She had a small sheet of paper with names on it. This appears to be her ONLY job to sit and cross off names. Had zero interest in helping. She displayed zero interest of any interest in doing anything the epitome of mediocrity. Good luck with this cancerous employee.
Negative experience: Identogo wasted my time by starting my appointment 20 minutes late and not accepting cash or my wife’s debit card even though the email says nothing about the payment method having to be in your name.

Negative experience: THE WORST INSURANCE.... NEVER LETS YOU LOGIN AND EVEN AFTER SETTING UP AUTOPAY .... MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED. IT MANUALLY FORCED ME TO PAY$6 MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP... EVEN AFTER PAYING IT DOESNT RESTORE MY account..... ughhhhhhh... I hate this insurance soooooo much

Negative experience: I tried to Renew my Auto plus renters insurance. The first renewal for first year was good but for the second renewal there seems to be glitch in the app and it wont collect my aaa onboard driving score so I did not received any discount for renewal. I have clean record and no incidents or tickets on my DL. but still the renewal amount increased 20% and there is no discounts applied, when I tried to contact customer service regarding it . (I called them multple times) 2 out of 4 said discount will be applied in 24hours but nothing happened other said it cannot be applied as they do not have my driving score record. U guys need to fix your app for capturing drivng score and Consumers cannot keep track every day to check there record. So I am planning to quit this insurance. Hope it helps for any if youre looking for long term from aaa

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with AAA for a few years now and I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at this branch. Claudia Buruca, one of the representatives here has been nothing short of professional and courteous during that time as well. The only con, if any, is sometimes the turn around time for services or the like is slow. That may be just a short staffing issue. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this agency to others.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this location twice in the past few years to renew my international driving permit. The young woman who assisted me today was prompt and polite. They were not busy. The whole process takes about 10-15 minutes. If you plan on traveling internationally and considering renting a car or motorcycle, you will need to get one of these if you want to avoid any hassle.

Fantastic experience: The best travel agent is actually in Irving,TX Jen S is simply awesome. She is very knowledgeable and has traveled all over the world. When i first walked in the office i was little hesitant because i never used a travel agent and i was not sure where i wanted to travel. Jen walked me every step of the way and presented many options to me . My experience was awesome and honestly she is really good at what she does. She is very professional, humble and honest. I booked four trips with her and honestly I don't ever want to use another agent. I never met someone like her. My family and friends will continue using her.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY!!! I really do not write reviews, ever, but this time I just had to, and I wish I could do NO STARS. My husband and I joined AAA last year because we thought we were getting a good deal. The year wasn't bad, but everything went down hill once the year had to be renewed. I went in to speak to someone to renew our yearly deal, but the guy I worked with for a year wasn't there. I ended up working with another guy just to get my husband and I back on track. I explained to this new guy, Kevin Vinson, that I usually work with the guy sitting right next to his cubical and although my original guy was great, I sometimes had to be patient to hear back from him. Kevin right away started bad talking about his coworker, and that was not what I was looking forward to or trying to start. After an hour, Kevin than said my husband were good to go and he asked me "What are you and your husband ready to put down as a payment today? What you don't pay now will get automatically withdraw by the end of the month." The end of the month comes, and I notice the rest of the amount didn't get withdrawn because Kevin didn't explain everything to me. When I called Kev, and he finally decided to answer, he then blamed me for not paying the whole amount when I went to talk to him the first time. I explained that he never said we were required to pay the full amount. His response was, "I mean were you really ready to pay $900 on the spot." This is the most disrespectful thing I have ever heard. When my husband told Kevin that we will write this review, Kevin's respond was, "You don't even know my name to write the review." He did not take blame for what he did wrong. When his manager got involved, the manger even admitted that I was given the wrong info. and that Kevin should have explained the whole situation to me. He even admitted that the way were got treated was absolutely unacceptable. I ironic part is that Kevin was no better than the guy I worked with for a year. I did not have this issue with the first guy. I recommended that the manager gets KEVIN VINSON some customer service training. I am more than happy to say that my husband and I have moved on to another very well known company and we are paying HALF the amount we paid with AAA. We have the same cars and even more coverage than AAA, and we are paying less. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! or at least, stay away from this location!

Negative experience: I havent had many problems with AAA but the towing company's they use are terrible. And do not take care of customer needs. The tow truck driver lost my car key and went ghost now I'm stuck with my car having no key! Be carful of what company you trust with your belongings.

Fantastic experience: I visited this location a few weeks ago. I was very surprised to see an elderly lady who needed assistance on locating public transportation. This is not the job of any staff working there. However, the lady @ the front desk placed many calls, sat on hold, & even stayed late til her ride showed. I worked with another agent & this individual was informative and assisted me with a smile. Very stand up office of folks. I highly recommend this location for good service and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: I received an amazing customer service, I stopped by this location just to ask about an international driving permit and they were able to provide all the services I need. They took the pictures, you don’t need to bring a money order(you can pay with debit or credit), and I was out of that location in less than 10 minutes. The place is a little hard to get to, but if you look for it on Google maps you’ll be able to get there with no problem. Susan was very helpful, friendly, and one of the best service representatives that this location has.

Negative experience: sarcastic workers, rude! and bad customer service. i would recommend NOT going here, they will only waste your time.

Negative experience: Came to sign up for auto insurance, and got Claudia. Worst experience ever, she DID NOT know what she was doing I was adding the numbers up for her and she was trying to sell me the highest coverage ever and when I told her no, she said oh it does matter it's only 10 dollars more. And when I told her I just want to focus on auto and renters insurance she kept trying to sell me life insurance, for a free water mug....what idiot she was, she was the WORST, if you ever go into this office make sure you do not get her, she could care less about you she just wants her commission.
Positive experience: I came in to get notary service, in & out in less than 10 min. The lady even offered me an ice cold water bottle with outside temperature at 101 degree. Looking at other reviewers on this office, I must be very lucky. I agree with them on one thing: this office does NOT answer the phone. In fact, there is no option to speak to someone at this office. I called through the headquarter of Texas AAA & asked to connect to them but unsuccessful because I was told "the office had a high call volume". Therefore, I had no choice but to stop by. I was the ONLY customer walked in during peak lunch hour. How ironic? I gave them a high 4 star rating for how I was treated. For sure, I will stop by when I am in town next time
Negative experience: I have had this insurance company for a little more than 2 years. I recently had an accident with another driver, did a claim and ends up that's it's my fault! Even though she hit me by behind! Now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix my vehicle which is a 2016 model! Have never had such and experience with an insurance company

Negative experience: I have always been a fan of triple a but this place. . . They never return your calls and you can call literally 10 times in one day and always leave voicemails and nothing. I waited 2 days and nobody ever returned my call. I went into a different branch and just cancelled my policies and went elsewhere. I can't believe an insurance agency doesn't return calls and or return emails. Ridiculousness !
Negative experience: They used to offer nice to decent service about 2 years back but since then I have just noticed the service standards to be very very low. As other commenter have suggested the agents are really lazy. I went to renew my insurance and asked the lady on the front desk and she asked me to wait. After 15 mins I asked her since the office was all empty on "how much more I will have to wait" -- The answer was "I have emailed them but they have not replied to it yet" ?? I mean emailed the agents sitting beside you !! cum on ??? R u kidding me !! On my re inquiry she went and asked the agents sitting idle if they can attend to me and the answer was "we are waiting on someone". The worst experience I have ever had they should hire better agents. I do not blame the lady on front desk as she was just doing what she has been told to.
Negative experience: Worst place ever. People here never pick up phone. Even at office no one ask if you need any help if you walk in. Better to contact online customer service than this place. Horrible service and rude people. People here enjoying time to gossip/lunch and wait for their pay checks. Owner will lose this business soon for sure. So don't waste your time and go to better place.
Negative experience: WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! AGENTS ARE LAYZZY AND DONT WANT TO DO NOTHING FOR YOU. THEY ARE JUST THERE TO GET THERE CHECKS.
