Fantastic experience: We used Gulliver's Travel again to help set up a nine day tour of Great Britain. Sarah Parmenter was the agent who guided us and set up our trip. We used CIE to tour England, Scotland, and Wales. The trip and tour were better than our expectations. We are thankful for the help Sarah did to make this trip happen.

Fantastic experience: We worked with a lady named Karen, she was very helpful the entire honeymoon planning process! We ran into a handful of issues with flights being cancelled and reservations needing to be moved. We called Karen & the Apple vacation number (sometime it was after hours in the US) & every time we were met with excellent service. And every issue was handled with no doing of our own. They really allowed us to relax on our honeymoon and even hooked us up with some surprise extras once we arrive to our resort (bottle of champagne & a photoshoot on the beach) . 100% would recommend to anyone!! Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I developed a Baker's cyst (knee) two days before the end of our vacation to Mexico. I could barely walk. I contacted Teresa, and she contacted the front desk at our resort. She made sure a wheelchair was available for me, not only there so I could get in the van to go to the airport, but also waiting at the airport to get through customs and TSA and then to get to my terminal and onto the correct airplane. And she had someone waiting for me to wheel me off the plane and through customs and TSA when we landed back in the States. I would have had no idea how to handle this without Teresa's help. She was truly a godsend and an answer to prayer.

Fantastic experience: Theresa Gonzales was very patient with us. The airline changed our flight. We were traveling with small children so the new flight didn't work. We had to change the dates and our rooms and Theresa was very helpful. We have used her in the past and will use her again in the future.

We were two weeks away from going on our honeymoon to St. Pete Beach, Florida when hurricane Helene hit. I was panicked! Two friends of mine use Teresa as their agent regularly. One of them suggested I give her a call. Thank goodness!!! She was like an angel!! I called her crying, and by the time I was off the phone with her, she had put me at ease. She planned our entire vacation to the most wonderful resort!!! She got us a direct flight, got us the seats we wanted, and all for a great price! She took care of absolutely EVERYTHING for us!!! I had a few questions I was a little panicked about, and she responded very quickly. I had never been to Mexico before. She was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be using her again!!!!! She turned our nightmare into the absolute best honeymoon!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Teresa is the best travel agent ever. She helped us out tremendously over our fall break when our flight got canceled last minute due to hurricanes. Fantastic experience: Just returned from a fabulous Alaskan cruise on Princess Grand. We cannot thank Teresa Gonzales enough for planning. I am not a planner so having someone who knows what they are doing is invaluable. We have had Teresa plan several large trips for us so she knew us well enough to plan appropriate travel for air, transfers, lodging, etc. There were a few minor glitches that were because I didn’t have the necessary computer skills(), but Teresa took care of them immediately. If we had questions about the cruise, and she didn’t know, she would contact Princess and find the answer. I definitely appreciate Teresa returning call/texts/emails in a timely manner. Helps keep the anxiety down when planning a trip. I can’t say enough positive things about Teresa and Gulliver’s. Definitely a quality, caring and knowledgeable travel agent and agency.

Fantastic experience: The true value of a travel agent is revealed when things go wrong with a trip. Recently, our flight from Quebec, CA, to Toronto, then connecting to Chicago, was delayed for over 8 hours, and cancelled at midnight, local time. Teresa at Gulliver's Travel swung into action and had us booked on a (non-stop) flight the next day, and into a nearby hotel for that night. While most of the other passengers were lining up to see the one gate agent on duty for Air Canada, we were hopping into a taxi to get a good nights sleep. Teresa, the manager, came to our rescue when we were stranded in Canada, and handled everything in minutes. We also get great service at GT from Sarah P., who has booked two cruises for us in the last year, and answered all our endless questions. We had to cancel and rebook the first cruise when I came down with covid, and Sarah handled everything. They have a great team there, and are always there for you when things go sideways.

Fantastic experience: The BEST vacations are when you have no concerns or worries and Teresa made that happen! It was my first family vacation with adult children and I wanted to savor every moment… Hurricane Beryl had other plans! Teresa reached out to me before I reached out to her and already had a plan in motion to get us out before the storm! I did not have to spend hours on the phone and try to navigate the travel system! The peace of mind knowing my travel agent was three steps ahead was priceless!! I HIGHLY recommend them for MANY REASONS! Although we had to cut our trip short, it was nothing short of amazing with absolutely no stress thanks to Teresa!

All of our hotels were absolutely perfect - from our room categories to the hotel locations, we were so impressed. Fantastic experience: Teresa was absolutely amazing and we will be using her for all of our travels from now on. We booked our honeymoon with her where we were able to get special packages and perks through her. We were first time travelers that didn’t know much about airports/going out of the country etc. The booking was a breeze. All we had to do was tell her we were looking for an all inclusive resort somewhere warm. She gave a list of places and broke them down into how much we wanted to spend. She had set up transportation to and from the airport. When coming home, our first flight got delayed. When I tell you Dee is the absolute go to, the sweetest, most patient agent I've dealt with. The others were good too, but Dee is a standout. We panic, she remains calm and fast acts to come up with a solution. I can't rave about her enough. I'm very satisfied in this moment and the trip has barely started. The folks there really help you navigate what can be some difficult travel arrangements. Even though you might try to make arrangements online, there always seems to be issues that take a pro to sort out. Teresa and the rest of the staff do that, making things go smoothly. Negative experience: I will never use Gullivers Travel in Bettendorf Iowa again. We booked a trip to Mexico for a wedding. I contacted our agent, Dee Boyd to see if we could add one more person. She said she would get back to me and NEVER did! We got a travel alert for our flight back to Dallas. We were in panic mode. Dee told us to call her cell phone day or night if we had any problems. We sent her a text and she didn’t answer for a day and a half. Most of the 45 people in our group booked through Costco and had absolutely no issues. We wanted the one on one contact with an agent and that proved to be not what we expected.

Negative experience: Went there thinking they would of been more knowledgeable about cruises, but the agent that helped us was just the opposite. Ended up going directly thru the Cruise Line.

Fantastic experience: Teresa and the rest of the team have always steered us in the right direction for our vacation choice. We give them an idea of what we are looking for, they come back with a few destination recommendations, and we always end up having a great vacation. We recently returned from the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana following their recommendation, and it was a great experience for us and our two boys (6 and 4). Pricing was equal to the best deal I could find online, but came with Gulliver's expertise and recommendations.

I only had one problem and that was finding my ride from the airport to the hotel and that was mostly bc all the venders were really distracting and confused getting to the driver's. Funjet guys were great when I got to them at the far end of the taxi area. The trip timing was great so much elbow room on the beach and dining and most every where. Negative experience: I was trying to book a river cruise thru Russia. The agent said she would get back to me. I called back and emailed and never got a response. I had previously booked a cruise through her. I have moved on. It's awful when you are trying to get something done and receive no call backs.
