Negative experience: Do not do a title transfer from a deceased parent!!! Or try to sell a parents car who is in memory care even if you have a DURABLE POWER of ATTORNEY! YOU DO NOT NEED AN ORIGINAL COPY OF THE WILL! How do I know this? I asked PennDot after I left your sorry place of “business”! I went to another place that actually knows what is needed!!! Guess what! Nobody lost their job lol BECAUSE an original will IS NOT NEEDED; look on the PennDot checklist! CLUELESS! The woman was mean, insensitive, and nasty! Plus she LIED saying she would lose her job if she used a legitimate copy of the will! She just had no clue what the heck she was doing and retaliated with nastiness! DO NOT GO HERE FOR THIS SERVICE! “For selling a car with a durable power of attorney and the title, you typically don’t need an original will, especially if your mom is still alive and you’re acting under the POA. A copy of the will is usually fine for reference if it’s even needed at all, since the POA and title are the key documents. Every state’s a bit different, but Pennsylvania’s DMV doesn’t list an original will as a requirement for vehicle sales under POA-they want the title, your POA document, and sometimes a death certificate if the owner’s passed.” OH REALLY INTERESTING

Negative experience: Spoke to someone on the phone about the arrival time being 5:58 got stuck at the red light and ended up getting there at 5:59. She heard my infant crying in the background. They locked the door in our faces and said “try again tomorrow”. I cannot “try again tomorrow” due to conflicts and working the SAME hours they are open. The person who answered the phone could have at least came to the door. Please take your service to the McKnight area. There have been countless time I have came into work outside of work hours to service personnel. Just unprofessional and lazy!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service to a non-AAA member. After dealing with my car company (after paying off my car loan) and waiting 2.5 months to receive my car title which never came -- I went to AAA. They solved my issue and I had my title in a week! Kind, friendly and extremely helpful. ☺️

Fantastic experience: This location helped me to get a camera card for my driver's license. They answered all of my questions and were so friendly! I was on a time crunch with my DL expiring, and they had me in and out in 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised! They also we're super nice to my boyfriend who just hit his done as well. They're fast and friendly! Update: THE LOCATION MOVED BUT IN SAME PLAZA PAST WHOLE FOODS.

Negative experience: Terrible went there to get title transfer they told what to do I did what they told me got it signed sent away returned to me after 3 weeks went back with notarized signature to aaa the lady was rude unprofessional and said she could do nothing with this which they told this had to be done before they could do anything what a complete joke this place is I also got a fishing license there it took almost a hour to figure how to do that but a least they were polite u went to notary done in like 20 minutes I have been aaa for over 30 years maybe they should stick with road side assistance. If you need anything. else I advise you to stay away from this aaa

Negative experience: This is a really shady company stay far away from them. Dealing with an agent getting some quotes when I told him that I was not going to move forward with the home Owner and auto insurance. He then called my mortgage company to try and change my insurance without me signing anything and clearly telling him I was not interested. This was a way he was clearly trying to pad his numbers. I emailed the manager of the agent to get my money back and he has not responded to me.

Negative experience: They incorrectly registered my vehicle as a bus instead of a van. Even though I told them that I believed that their analysis was wrong, they insisted. This will cost me about an extra $100 a year in registration fees. Now that PennDOT has confirmed my belief, I have to try to get them tk fix their mistake or pay another agency to correct it. I would avoid this place in Wexford. The location at 4790 McKnight Road in Ross Twp has always done right by me. Try that location instead.

Fantastic experience: This restaurant is a great place to grab a bite to eat. Their burgers are delicious! Also, their onion rings are light and plentiful. The staff is very attentive and the food is reasonably priced. Overall a great Pittsburgh restaurant!

Negative experience: They had me wait in my car almost 2 hours while pregnant, would NOT let me use their restroom, and then wouldnt let me be with my fiance while WE were buying a car because only 2 people were allowed to a party. If we missed our spot because I had to use the restroom we would be put to the end of the line again. Over all, the workers here are unbelievably rude and incosnsiderate to others who PAY to have a membership with them. Will NOT be coming back to this location again. Ill drive an additional 20 minutes to another.

Negative experience: Sweet devil is this place useless to call. After 15 minuted of holds and transfers and rude interactions, finally told they are closed. All the while I was asked for my AAA # about 8 times. Why would I ever pay for this service?

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the car registration / title transfer process at AAA. The staff was less than helpful and forgot to have me sign all correct the documentation, so it took two separate trips (and more than an hour in the waiting area) to complete. I have not been this disappointed and frustrated with any customer facing business in years.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. I had an appointment for TSA pre-check and arrived a bit early. The process is that they take walk-ins around your appointment and you wait and wait - I waited until 3 minutes before my appointment time and determined I would not be taken on time as they were using this pre-check activity as a chance to up sell you on a bunch of other stuff. I seriously am thinking about cancelling my membership. A very poor process. Looking at other review, the positive reviews get a response from the business, but no response on the poor review - crazy way to run a business.

Positive experience: Nice AAA office, conveniently located in Wexford. All staff members I spoke with were very friendly. Only complaint was the wait time to do a title transfer. We waited approximately 1 hour.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this branch multiple times for title transfers and notary services. Excellent service every time. Some days are busy and you wait just like any other place if you have a lot of people coming in at one time. I find the staff and management group great to work with and go here because I want the paperwork done correctly. I know I can trust the work they do.

Negative experience: We've had a number of experiences with this place for various reasons and with a number of people who work here. Somewhat of a mixed bag regarding the friendliness and the efficiency although my initial feeling whenever I walk in is that this is a toxic work place. Most everyone, especially the PA Dot handlers just seem angry and it inevitably triggers anger from the clients. Of course PA law regarding registration seem written in hell and the staff here is poorly trained in explaining and preparing the clients for the experience. I'm not sure I've had one attempt to register a vehicle go smoothly and in one trip. You'd think that an enterprising staff member would put together a handout highlighting what needs to be done in what order and for the individual type of vehicle and contact local realtors to help people moving into the state. (Did anyone else know that you have to have a pickup truck's wt certified by a third party before you even attempt to register it?) Actually between the staff here, the county taxes, the state taxes and laws I'm not sure why people would want to move into Pittsburgh let alone register a vehicle in PA. And I'm trying to figure out why the greeter/receptionist that seems to always be there on Saturdays doesn't like having customers. She appeared personally offended that my name instead of my husband's came up when she swiped his card the other day. I'm primary not him, though its his truck we want to register. Is that actually a problem? If the Wexford AAA is that put out by having customers, the Cranberry AAA isn't that far away. We'd be happy to work with them from now on.

Fantastic experience: I was surprised by the reviews but certainly pleased with my experience. Started with a receptionist that actually seemed like she liked her job and was very welcoming. Grated it was Monday morning so I didn't even get to a sitting position before my name was called. Callie did a very professional job and got me through the process and out the door in no time. Great experience.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with Stefanie in the Travel agency. Stopped in on a Friday about 5pm and immediately got the impression that no one wanted to be bothered. After going through 1 hour of her looking on websites with no suggestions what so ever we were ready to book a trip. All the sudden the flights were not offered for the package she put together. You would think at this time she would contact her supervisor or at least ask a coworker why this was. She told me that she could try to contact the airline if we wanted to wait? After sitting on hold for 10 minutes she said it didn’t look like she would be able to get a hold of anyone. She said she was off the weekend and would look into it on Monday! I guess she doesn’t realize that booking flights and hotel rooms are time sensitive and may not be available 2 days later? I ended up booking a flight and a hotel suite for 1 additional day more than the package she offering for about $125 more than her price! Honestly it was a waste of time to even stop in.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Let me start off by saying that I have never felt the need to write a bad review of any business until my visit with this AAA branch today. Stefanie, I'm not sure if she was a manager or not, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and acted as if I was bothering her from the second I walked in the door. After calling a "trainer" on how to complete the form I needed done, she sat back with a smirk and said I'm not doing anything without a notarized bill of sale which she knew I didn't have with me (it was for a kayak). Maybe if she spent less time avoiding work this place would have better reviews.

Negative experience: Went to transfer a title with my wife. We waited over 45 minutes because one of two people there wasn’t adequately trained and they were discussing restaurant options instead of helping customers. Shame on the manager for putting employee in this position, your branch needs some work.

Negative experience: Probably the worst AAA office known to humankind. They are worthless when it comes to helping us. The one guy told us that we should "Google" on our cellphones of what to do on our honeymoon. Are you kidding me!? What do you actually do all day? At another time, I had to call the AAA 800 number while in the office to solve another problem.

Positive experience: Although it's been very easy to get things done - such as registration and other services that would be done at the DMV - I've also had a lot of basic challenges. My name spelled incorrectly (and three subsequent visits without proper correction), changes to auto pay account that didn't go through, and a myriad of other little things. It's a mixed bag. I've since gotten past issues resolved by visiting another AAA in the area.
