Negative experience: A friend booked a trip for a group of us, we all payed up front once that was done, our travel agent did nothing, didn’t fill us in on important details when flying to Jamaica, screwed up the transfer to the resort by only putting two names on it, we ended up paying twice for our transfer!!! Of course we could have called her BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER!!! Or return a phone call!!! So we were told to get a taxi if we wanted to get to our resort!!! Figuring we would get a refund on our credit card, but if u don’t have a receipt ur out of luck !!! Ok so they didn’t have receipts!!! Just terrible service, she never even apologized for her terrible job as a travel agent all she did was take our money!!!!!
Negative experience: Type "Drivers License Renewal" into google this place comes up. Website says "Drivers License Renewal". They don't do drivers license renewals. Change your website if you don't do them. Nobody on earth wants to go there just to get a form to take to your other locations.
Fantastic experience: Marie is one of the best travel agent that AAA has. She is caring, knowledgeable, and actually travels quite a bit...which means she can give you actual experience. We have been with her since 2012, our first WDW vacation.
Negative experience: real nasty lady at the front desk. came in to inquire about a license, and this woman started yelling at my partner and i as soon as we came in… i’m sure it had nothing to do with the fact that we are both trans.
Negative experience: The place never answers the phone when you call. And when you stop in person they treat you horribly. They don't listen to what you're asking they're trying to do at least work for possible. Don't waste your time going here they will not assist you or you might be lucky and they do
Fantastic experience: Kim Kyle was extremely helpful and kind .She never got upset with me when she had to explain a second and third time because I didn’t get it the first time.She is an excellent person and patient with and older person like myself. I would recommend this office and Kim to anyone without hesitation! Thank for making this old man’s experience easy enjoyable.THANK YOU KIM KYLE !

Positive experience: They werent the easiest to work with. It was hard to get agent to return calls. I guess she was super busy. I cant say I would use them again for r next trip. When we walked in the door didnt get a hello or welcome but the first words out of the lady behind the counters mouth was "are u here to make a payment?" Wow!!! What a way to greet a customer. Seemed to be alot of confusion.
Positive experience: Good service and fast . Just don't be obvious when you see a latino walking in.

Fantastic experience: Went to transfer tags and register a car I bought from West Virginia. Smooth easy transaction and very fun friendly employees! I never expected to have fun transferring title and registration for a car when I walked into this location because I've done this many times at the Monroeville location but I totally enjoyed myself! So this will be my new go to place for all of my car needs.

Positive experience: Went here because my oldest son bought himself a vehicle. Woman notary was very nice and thorough. The insurance agent that was there did print out insurance card that has his name on it. Although she was still there after we got paperwork done, when asked if she could add the additional vehicle onto my AAA auto insurance policy, I was told that I would have to call information into the same company.

Negative experience: Apparently notary closes at 5:30. Call ahead so you don’t waste time like I did...
Negative experience: Terry, the notary, could not have been more dismissive and disinterested in helping us to navigate the paperwork required to complete a real estate transaction. She was quick to hand it back to us and had no interest in actually looking at it and advising us what we needed. When we asked her questions her response was pretty much she didn't know and she should have just said "and I honestly don't care". Went to McKeesport Messenger Service who helped us and was very courteous.

Fantastic experience: Everything went smoothly with my vehicle title transfer transaction. Terri was friendly and efficient. I will say I was surprised that she had to do it by hand and there wasn't a program in the computer. However, she was very pleasant. Nice office to visit.

Fantastic experience: I wish there is two notary people...I was the first in the line before the door is open at 10am but then they help the guy who is in front of me because the lady is still helping other customer and she is the only one there who do the notary. I was late for work 45mins...it did not go as I planned. Horrible day and service!

Negative experience: Not too helpful and very expensive. Auto insurance @ more than $1000 for 6 months was over my budget. Membership is a recommended need for all car owners.

Negative experience: You can’t return anything here. Ever. There are so signs or papers stating this ANYWHERE....yet I bought something, it didn’t work. I went to return it, the employees in the store were rude. I asked to speak to the manager, he said no refunds. It says that on the receipt. But ummmm how are you aware of this policy until you have already paid. (annnnd then no refunds oops!) This is the slowest triple A I have EVER been to. It took the woman a half hour to ring up my purchase in the first place. Go to the one in Pleasant Hills instead. They actually know what they are doing!!!
Negative experience: Tried to call this White Oak office only to be put on terminal hold. When I called back and was asked to be put on hold again, I informed her I had been holding a long time already(over 8 minutes). She then tells me she is the only one there and is with a customer. What is the point of a AAA membership if you can't even talk to anyone? Isn't 250pm a peak time of day for a business that closes at 6p?
