Fantastic experience: ISHA Travel did a fantastic job for us. My wife and I needed to get our 15 year old daughter from Nairobi Kenya to Dallas Texas as an unaccompanied minor. We wasn’t able to do this online. Someone suggested calling a travel agent. I googled “travel agent near me” and they came up. I called and spoke to Abe. Isha managed to search and get me the best rate and ideal route considering she was traveling alone. Fantastic experience: Isha Travel accomplished an extraordinary job for me. I had trouble with one travel agency and also with Expedia. Out of frustration I looked up one of the best travel agencies in my area. I gave the information that I wanted for a round-trip ticket first class with lodging and rental car. Isha Travel had the e-Tickets, travel, lodging and rental car confirmed within a couple of hours. The employees I dealt with were friendly and very knowledgeable, but more importantly they provide superior customer service and an excellent product.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my experiences with Isha Travels Highly recommend I am taking help from Isha in booking the flights since 2013, and I could able to know the value of the top notch Isha travels quite recently- couple of weeks back I was in India My flight got canceled in the 3rd week of April, Isha was in the call with the airlines to find the alternative dates etc she spoke to them all the way and finally they would give me a ticket after a week or so which was not at all feasible since the situation in India was changing every 30minutes- Then Isha did good thing of starting the process of cancellation and refund of the one way ticket - great Job Isha Secondly, she helped me to find the other alternative route and adviced to book the flight ASAP and check in too. Point here is I was under pressure and exhausted due to lack of sleep and Isha guided me all the way which is very commendable and very helpful Without the help of Isha, I could not have come back in the correct time to US. She spent almost 4-5 hours through out. I am very great full to you Isha And one more quality that she goes extra mile is she was finding out my status throughout my travel as that helps customers to build confidence and she was ready to help at any given point of time Way to go Isha, keep helping the customers and I highly recommend Isha Travels

Fantastic experience: ISHA TRAVEL has been taking care of my travel needs for over a decade now. I get a response within minutes with practical and reasonable flight options to choose from. I think I picked up the best deal on Etihad Airways to India this Spring. Their friendly and professional service is always the core of my booking experience with them.

Negative experience: I called to see about pricing for traveling to Ireland and was greeted in a mildly rude manner. She told me she was on another call and would get back to me. Totally fine, I get it. When she called me back her tone of voice was very off putting and mostly rude. She kept asking questions, which is normal, but would get frustrated when I didn't have a straight answer. We lost service, and she didn't call me back. I guess she didn't really want my business. I called another place and received way better customer service. This was flagged as fake, but it's not.

Negative experience: Very bad experience... I booked a ticket for my mom, I requested for a aisle seat... She forgot to block the seat and saying that emirates is not allowing to choose the seats before 48 hours, which is not correct... After I checked in , there are no aisle seats left :( . The way she communicated with me so bad, very rude. Disappointed to book a ticket this travel agent... I do not refer ISHA TRAVELS to anyone...

Fantastic experience: Provided excellent service with a smile. Isha was very helpful, gave me options regarding my flight to Dubai UAE. I wanted a specific flight at specific time and date and she worked with me and gave me good and competitive prices. I live in Los Angeles and there are many agents and I called and asked a few of them if they can beat the price and they all said "it is impossible". Will recommend for sure as phones were attended to, text messages were replied to, emails were replied to and that is the service I was looking for.
