Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Simple Family Travel to help us plan our Honeymoon to Rhodes, Greece and Munich, Germany for Oktoberfest. We had just been married in Sorrento, Italy and wanted a destination that was relaxing and, most importantly, a direct flight from Naples. Muffy and her team suggested Rhodes which was a hidden gem! There were very few American tourists there and the island had everything we wanted. We stayed at the beautiful, five-star Elysium Resort and Spa and had wonderful day trips to Lindos and Old Town Rhodes. Without Simple Family Travels expertise, we wouldn't have even realized Rhodes was an option. After four days, we hopped on another direct flight to Munich and enjoyed a few days of celebrating Oktoberfest and stayed in the luxurious Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München. It was a once in a lifetime trip where we made lasting memories and all of that was thanks to Simple Family Travel!

Fantastic experience: Nothing is better than traveling with your whole family to another country! Going to Ireland with 10 people can be a challenge, especially when you have young children; so many places but lots of questions! Simple Family Travel made it seamless to navigate transportation, hotels, and endless lists of places to visit. Every question was answered from, "Will this place fit all of us together?", "Is this place 'kid' friendly?", "What is the best place to go in the afternoon before dinner?"etc.. Communication was open and constant, and when a suggestion or request was made, our trip was changed to accommodate all. Fantastic experience: We have used Simple Family Travel (“SFT”) for three separate European vacations. We highly recommend them! Their hotel/restaurant/activity recommendations have been terrific and they listen. They will work with your preferences and price range, so their approach is not cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all. We especially loved and appreciated their accessibility while we were away. In a cab in London and you want to know how much to tip the driver? Text SFT from the back seat and you usually get an immediate response. One example of exceptional service was when we were in Italy last year. We woke up the morning that we were scheduled to take a train from Rome to Naples and were greeted by a text message from SFT notifying us that there was a train strike in Italy that morning. Had we booked the trip ourselves, we wouldn’t have known about it and the day would have been a disaster. Instead SFT had already booked us a private car service and our day went off without a hitch. We will definitely be using them for our next trip.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time on the NCL Pearl in June. We worked with Kim over a 2 year period and she was very knowledgeable and efficient. She helped us with all our questions and helped book all our excursions. This cruise books well in advance so happy to have Kim's guidance. It gave me piece of mind to use the travel joy app to where everything was listed out nice and neatly and chronologically. Simple Travel has contacts in Europe too so if you have any issues you have a go to person. Luckily we didn't. She planned our Venice hotel and excursion which was the best experience. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were delighted with the service provided by Simple Family Travel. It all started with an hour long call with Muffy who listened to our thoughts/goals for a trip to Italy. This led to Simple Family Travel presenting a detailed itinerary for our month-long trip to Rome, Positano and Sicily. Everything worked perfectly - accommodations, transportation, private tours (particularly beneficial in Rome!) and suggestions for “things to do” in each of the locations. The entire team could not have been more helpful and having Natalia available, as boots on the ground, via WhatsApp for any issues that might have arisen while we were on the ground in Italy was extremely helpful. The Simple Family Travel App is absolutely terrific in terms of providing our entire itinerary in one place including items we booked on our own (flights, car rentals). Plus they included detailed information on each location with places to eat, hikes, day trips, etc. We used it all of the time. All of the transportation and private guides they handled for us went off without a hitch - train tickets (on the App), drivers were on time and courteous, Rome private guides, in particular, were outstanding. Bottom line - we had always booked trips on our own; however, we are now sold on using Simple Family Travel! They are responsive and helpful throughout the entire process (and after). We would not have changed a thing with our trip - which is a huge compliment to their team!

Fantastic experience: We used Simply Family Travel for the 1st time to plan a trip to Italy. They did an amazing job! They asked a few questions about our travel style and what we enjoy doing on vacation, and then developed an itinerary that we modified together. They have an app that has all the tickets and passes, and there is a local contact that helped us coordinate aspects of our trip (helped us when one of our activities was unexpectedly cancelled). Fantastic experience: We could not have been more thrilled with our 30th Anniversary land and sea trip to Italy, Greece, and Turkey which Muffy and her attentive team helped coordinate and integrate with our previously scheduled cruise! Fantastic experience: I have never used a travel agent before, but felt it was the perfect opportunity ahead of our honeymoon. Working with Kim and the rest of the team at Simply Family Travel was the best decision. We spent 12 days in Italy: Sorrento, Positano, Florence and Rome. We set up a few calls with Kim in advance to go over what we were interested in seeing and doing while we were in Italy, she listened to us and passed along some great recommendations. We were set up with an app that was so organized: it broke down the times of our flights, our car transfers and hotels, dinner reservations, it also had extra suggestions on things to do while we were visiting each location and suggestions for gratuities (this was SO helpful!) Having been to Italy before, I was aware that it can be stressful getting around. That was not the case here. Kim set up car transfers for us that were ready and waiting when we got off the plane, when we transferred from one hotel to the next, and when we were coming and going from the train stations. We had some of the best meals of our lives thanks to some of the dinner reservations that were planned for us. We also had some amazing tour guides, Kim and her team have the best contacts! When we were in Rome, we managed to avoid long lines at the Colosseum and Roman Forum because we had a private tour set up. In Florence, we also got VIP access along a walking tour thanks to our amazing guide. I don't think I can go back to planning a vacation on my own again. I would definitely recommend Simply Family Travel to everyone and can't wait to work with them ahead of our next trip!

She starts off with a brief assessment to gauge your dates, interests and budget and then she is off, planning an entire vacation for you! Simple Family Travel uses an app to give you all of your trip information and documents all in one place. This app is INCREDIBLE! It works offline as well and was a lifesaver multiple times during the trip. Kim made vacation planning a breeze! I asked MANY questions and Kim didn’t even flinch, so professional at all times. All of the people/tour guides/drivers we worked with were SO professional, punctual and all communicated very well via What’s App. We had a slight change in one of our tours but the guide messaged us well in advance and was able to offer us something different. If you want an amazing vacation, have the awesome app, have someone who deals with any issues for you AND not have to plan any of it yourself (just make final choices)… this is the place for you! Fantastic experience: We have taken 5-6 trips with Simple Family Travel and every one has been extraordinary. SFT pays attention to every detail .......we have never had a problem with any aspect of our trips. If we do have to contact someone at SFT, there is always someone to talk to here in the States or in Europe. I don't know how they are able to offer such excellent service but I do know that my wife and I will never use any other service or try to book anything on our own. Like their name, they keep it simple!

Fantastic experience: My family (including a 10 month old) used Simple Family Travel to head to Portugal. They set us up with a great itinerary. They were great with communication prior to the trip. During the trip they were very helpful. Our little girl got a cold and they were helpful with canceling and rescheduling things to ease the load and focus on our little baby. The transportations between locations was a huge help and they got every detail right with car seats and cribs. Our private guide in Algave was great, very informative, great tour and wine tour recommendations. He step us with with great food recommendations. I would highly recommend Simply Family Travel, they are great and extremely helpful!

My wife and I were wary of using a online travel agent -- I mean, it sounds kind of sketchy, right? -- but Simple Family Travel was simply the best travel agent we have ever used. We will be using them to book every future trip we take and we highly recommend them. We just returned from the best vacation of our life, a trip to Italy. While we were away, we were able to communicate with one of their agents via WhatsApp and they were so responsive. They planned out the whole trip for us, including all transfers, so that we really just had the follow the schedule we wanted and everything was taken care of. More importantly, when something went wrong, they were right on top of it. And I mean, RIGHT ON TOP OF IT! The best example of this is when we were leaving Rome to head to Naples. Unbeknownst to us, there was a railway strike in Italy. That meant that if we just followed through with our plans, we would have spent one day of our trip stuck at a train station and unsure what to do. No need to work. A Simple Family Travel agent sent us a message before we even woke up that day to not only notify us of the strike, but also to tell us that she found us a car service that would take us directly to Naples. They truly saved us. Along the way, moreover, we would be on a tour in a city and we were able to text them silly things, like, "how much do we tip this guy." And we would hear from them right away. I really can't tell you how much we appreciated their customer service. They take their jobs very seriously. What terrific people. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Simple Family Travel curated a trip based on areas that I was interested in and others I had never considered! Fantastic experience: We just came home from a fabulous trip to Italy which was perfectly planned by Simple Family Travel. Muffy listened to our interest in traveling there and put together an itinerary which was a perfect combination of exploring Italian history and culture, and relaxing on the Amalfi Coast. Muffy set us up with an apartment in Florence and a villa in Positano which were comfortable for our family of 5 but also ideally located. The tours she arranged for us were excellent. Fantastic experience: Kim and Muffy are simply wonderful! I should start this review by saying we originally booked our Italy trip with another travel agent specializing in Italy. That agency closed their doors and canceled our entire trip! After extensive research, I reached out to Kim and Muffy. They not only helped me get this trip back on the rails, they improved it. They suggested different stops, excursions, and many upgrades. I was shocked the price remained very close to my original trip with so many upgrades and private tours. And let me tell you their suggestions were amazing. Every hotel and room was simply stunning. I mean, beautiful rooms and breathtaking views. The private transports and tours were wonderful. We saw many people running to meet their group, on our private tours things ran on our time table. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to work with and what an amazing trip they planned! I plan on using them again shortly got our next European adventure!

Fantastic experience: We love Simply Family Travel! We've used Muffy to organize trips to Italy and Spain. We are not typical with what we like to do on vacation. Muffy is very creative in working withus to develop itineraries. Our trips have been very memorable. And the Simply Family Travel team is always available if something goes wrong. We had a flight delay force us to miss a connecting flight spend a night in the wrong city. The SFT team jumped into action and re-routed us to minimize disruptions. Fantastic experience: Muffy, despite the time difference for our Europe trip, was somehow available for contact each time we needed help (which was more than we would like to admit as a group of college girls traveling Europe for 28 days). Muffy is thorough about where she would place us for housing, and all of the activities she signed us up for were phenomenal. We could not have had a better trip -- everything ran so smoothly, as she also set up all airport transfers for us. We only had one flight mishap -- which is bound to happen when you are traveling for 28 days between 6 cities -- and Muffy was right there (on FaceTime) to work through the issue with the airline for us. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to travel as a group!! She is the best!!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from the best vacation of my life touring Europe on a river cruise through Europe with pre and post stays all arranged by Kim at Simple Family Travel. I wish there were 6 stars to give her for her efforts in putting together this magical trip. This trip was canceled twice due to Covid and the itinerary changes, booking and re-booking of airfare were all handled by Kim with flawless results. Her recommendations on things to do in each country shows her years of travel experience and insight and were much appreciated. The downloadable app she provided us before leaving had all air travel, hotels, excursions and tours all in one app on our cell phone for easy access and headache free travel. She has booked several trips for us before and will be booking many more. There is no simpler or more worry-free way to travel than a trip arranged by Kim.

We wanted to visit Portugal, Austria, and Germany, as we had never been to these places before. We chatted about the kind of activities we would like to do, and the type of hotels and travel arrangements we wanted. They came back to us with several alternatives for us based on our conversations and we made our selections with their careful guidance. Our entire trip from beginning to end was perfect. All of our air, train, car, and touring arrangements all went perfectly. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for, and the guidance they provided us in each city we visited was perfect. As an added bonus, we had paper copies, as well as a smartphone App that contained everything we needed for tickets, reservations, confirmations, etc. This is especially important in this time of "COVID Travel" Siskel and Ebert would give Simple Family Travel two Thumbs Up!!!

They secured hotel and airport transfers, meal and excursion reservations, as well as private air charters. And they kept it all in a handy app for easy access and reminders.
