Fantastic experience: Traveled to Peru in Oct 2025 with my husband. There were 11 in our group, including the Legit Trips leader, Mandy. Mandy was a ray of sunshine, empowering all of us to work hard, laugh hard, and listen to our bodies. Definitely take a trip with her if you can! She listened to each of our feedback throughout so that she can continually improve upon the experience! She was positive and kept our energy and morale up even at the most demanding points. The trek was challenging, especially at first with getting used to altitude, but by the end was an epic adventure with great people, accommodations, food, and scenery. I have never done a trip like this before so I am incredibly proud of myself for being able to experience it! I would definitely do another legit trips journey! It was well organized and every little detail was superb and worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Working with Megan was a dream! This was the first time we used a travel agency and it won't be the last. She created a very personalized experience and, since we hadn't worked together before, invested in getting to know us and our style. We went back and forth many times to curate the perfect trip and it was 100% us and the best vacation we've ever taken. I love that Megan can make the trip anything you want it to be and work within your price point. I am hooked and can't wait to work with Megan again!

Fantastic experience: I recently went on my first adventure with Legit Trips and it exceeded all my expectations! The trip was well organized, the communication before/during/after was great, and I enjoyed being able to opt in for a full-send vacation without having to do all the research and leg work! Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Legit Trips enough!! This was my very first time out of the country, and to go to Tanzania was an absolute dream. Kristen was incredible every step of the way, answering my girlfriend and I's questions both before, during, and after the trip. From the moment our plane landed, we were in safe hands, and the travel group that we were with were amazing. We all learned so much about the culture of Tanzania, and had so many animals walk right up to our trucks when on Safari. To go from never having flown out of the country, to doing so, and making new friends along the way is a dream. I cannot wait to book another Legit Trip in the future!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone on two different trips with Legit Trips, and have a 3rd coming up in December. I recommend them to anyone who will listen! The best thing about LT is they make everything SO EASY. They curate the best trips, the best experiences, they do all of the research, and you just show up! Fantastic experience: Just got back from Legit Trips Lapland trip. It’s was a DREAM. Legit Trips made the whole thing possible by taking care of all the moving parts of planning and coordinating such a big trip. I had the most wonderful time and our trip leader, Kirsten, was amazing! Fantastic experience: Legit trips made this whole experience in Lapland, Finland so easy! Everything was planned out, and well organized. Every night Kristen would send us a message on the plans for the next day, what was close by, things to do, and what to expect. I loved that all I had to do was sign up, buy a plane ticket, pack and go! Literally! Everything is planned for you. I would recommend Legit Trips to anyone and will definitely be signing up for another in the near future.

Fantastic experience: I went on this trip because I didn’t want to wait on other people to start traveling. All my friends are married and starting to have kids and I’m just not at that place in my life right now. However, the idea of solo travel to a country that I don’t speak the language was nerve wracking. I am so happy to have found Legit Trips! My experience exceeded all expectations that I had going into the trip. I’m a Type A personality but everything was meticulously planned without feeling stiff. If there were any issues, they were extremely small and resolved almost immediately. For me, the best part about traveling with Legit Trips is that everything is planned for you, with the options of down time or to add more activities. The activities that were included with the itinerary were approachable but still adventurous. I never would’ve booked an activity for dog sledding or sleeping in a literal igloo in the Arctic for myself, but I will never forget these experiences and I’m so glad I moved forward with booking! I can’t wait for my next trip with them to Japan, and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to travel without the desire to research and plan the itinerary! I felt 100% comfortable as a solo female traveler and made some awesome friends along the way.

Fantastic experience: I just got back from the Lapland trip and it was so incredible! Every day was filled with new adventures. From staying in a glass ceiling hut and being able to see the northern flights from my bed to dog sledding across the snowy North Pole — this trip was one of a kind! And one I will never forget! The trip leader was able to make all things possible, if you ask, you get! I am already signing up for my next Legit Trips the day after getting back!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Legit Trips could not have been better. They organized every aspect of our holiday to Egypt, and we were incredibly impressed with the whole journey -- the knowledge of our guides, the standards of the accommodations and restaurants, the ease and organization of everything. We're coming home with so many fantastic memories, so much learning, more than 500 photos. Just amazing, and all without having to worry or even think about a thing except enjoying it and soaking it all in. It was our first time using a travel agent rather than just planning and booking things ourselves (we're quite experienced travelers), and we'll definitely be coming back to Legit Trips in the future :)

Fantastic experience: I just got back from the 2025 Antarctica trip and had an absolute blast. The trip leader, Lauren, did a fantastic job, and as a group we meshed so well. As a solo traveler, it was really fun to have a paired roommate and to not have to travel alone. We are all already considering taking more trips with Legit Trips!

Fantastic experience: Lundy recently helped me put together a trip to Vietnam with my family. I have done international travel in the past, but this whole experience was the most memorable and enjoyable to date! With the help of Lundy and her contacts in Asia we were able to experience new foods, see historical sites, really connect with the locals in each region and have seamless travel throughout! The guides that we had really felt like friends and added to the overall experience. If you haven’t used Lundy, or Legit Trips, to help you curate a trip I recommend you to do so! Our trip leader goes out of their way to make sure we're comfortable and the itineraries are steeped in local culture. Fantastic experience: Legit Trips is awesome! I’ve just come home from my 2nd trip through them and had the best time. The first trip was to Lapland for a snowy Northern Lights adventure filled with unique one-of-a-kind experiences that would have been a logistical nightmare to book on my own. We also went on their New Zealand campervan trip which had the perfect itinerary to see the most amazing sights on the South Island. I’ve traveled a lot and NZ is in my top 3 favorite trips now! We loved it so much that we already booked our 3rd trip before we even got home! Both trips were so stress free thanks to LT planning all the details. I’m in my early 40s and don’t really care to do a lot of planning anymore. I just don’t have the time for it. I love being able to just sign up for a trip I want to go on and have everything taken care of. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into all their itineraries. They have planned group activities and also suggestions for things to do in each area you visit. Easy peasy! I love that LT only caters to small groups. We’ve met some great people and had so much fun traveling with new friends. Lacia happened to be our trip leader on both trips and she is so great! She made sure everything was smooth sailing from start to finish and figured out any hiccups as we went. She is super friendly and a pleasure to hang out with. We hope to travel with her again! If you are on the fence about booking a vacation with LT, just do it! You wont regret it. You will love the personalized small groups experience and not having to worry about a thing. Fantastic experience: Our New Zealand camper van tour with Legit Trips was absolutely unforgettable! The itinerary was perfectly curated, taking us to incredible places like Franz Josef, Wānaka, Queenstown, Milford Sound, Mt. Cook, and so many other breathtaking spots. A huge shoutout to our amazing trip guide, Lacia, who made the experience even more special. Her knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm brought the group together and made every moment enjoyable. Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of joining Legit Trips on their New Zealand camper van trip of the South Island in November 2024. Legit trips crafted the perfect itinerary to see the incredible beauty New Zealand has to offer. There was a ton of logistics Legit Trips had to coordinate for this trip. Between the Legit Trip owners and Lacia (our trip leader), everything went smoothly and our group traveled 1,300 miles together over 10 days! While the views and camper van life was amazing, the highlight of the trip was meeting the people in our group and going from strangers to friends. Fantastic experience: Megan and Legit Trips provided us a customized family tour in Rome and Florence. We saw all the attractions we wanted with amazing and knowledgeable guides and Megan added activities we never would have considered that ended up being some of our favorites! For example an evening driving tour of Rome in a vintage Bentley convertible! Our trip surpassed our expectations and we can’t wait to plan another European vacation with Legit Trips!

Fantastic experience: JUST DO IT!!!!! I know the I know can be scary but This was my first trip with legit trips to the Maldives and I had the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful people ever. I loved every second of it all the way up until I left. The communication was great, everything was planned nicely, I also love how welcoming everyone was. While on this trip though we had things planned Lundy made sure we had time each day to do what we liked on our own time and just enjoy ourselves and relax which i loved. Another reason I highly recommend legit trips is because I had a 10 hour layover and thought Lundy didn’t have to. Fantastic experience: If you are thinking about going on a trip, please sign up! You will not regret it! It sounds somewhat nerve racking to show up with strangers and explore foreign lands together. I was nervous prior to experiencing it as well, but I’m so glad I went on my first trip! Yes they are strangers, but they do not stay that way for long! Everyone has at least two things in common and that is their desire to travel and an adventurous spirit! The group is so inviting and warm! The trip leaders know their stuff! It’s such a cool thing because the days are already planned out! The three trips I’ve been on have had an itinerary but you can do your own thing as well, which is a nice option. I have been to Belize, Guatamala, Argentina, Maldives with Legit Trips, I would never have been able to plan an experience like they provided! Owners, Kristen and Lundy were nothing but kind and patient with all my questions prior to me committing. That really made me feel at ease and so much more comfortable traveling. Fantastic experience: Did the inaugural European wine tour. It was amazing! Starting in the Champagne region of France, we then went to Burgundy and finished in the Tuscan region of Italy. All of the details were thought of and the chateaux and castles and food and wine!!!! highly recommend this tour and Legit Trips

Fantastic experience: This was a memorable trip of a life time! To hike from a glacier to the Amazon forest in one day seemed unreal. Our local guide Fredy and Lacia - Legit trips host, were committed to the teams success and from day #1 brought our team of strangers to “ family “ and we really were woven together from that point on until tearful goodbyes at the end of the 5 days. So grateful for “ opt outs” at just the perfect times as my husband and I are 66 and 68. We enjoyed them as much as the hike as they had a different perspective and allowed us to the final destination! The food was AMAZING and I never longed for more! The sleeping accommodations were fun and we slept well. Our tour host Lacia was extremely organized, kept all 14 of us well informed and her sense of humor had us all laughing many times! I highly recommend Legit Trips and am already planning our next adventure with them!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the most amazing experience!! It was great meeting such a great group of women with very different personalities and experiences. Made many new memories. The lodging, tours, transfers were great and everything flowed smoothly. My only complaint is that the time in Split was short. I stayed for an additional day so I was ok, but had I not done that I would not have had enough time in that city. Our group lead Val Gilbert was awesome. She was upbeat and interacted with us the whole time. Very organized and so much fun!!! Great job Legit Trips. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My trip to Machu Picchu could not have been better or easier! Legit trips took care of EVERY detail, our trip guide was amazing and every single bit of food and lodging was very well chosen. I recommend them and thank them for a once in a lifetime trip to Peru but I will definitely travel with them again!

Fantastic experience: I traveled to Costa Rica in 2022 with Legit Trips, and had such a relaxing time! We spent a couple of days in the jungle, with spa treatments and lots of swimming/ hot springs, followed by the beach for a few days. Everyone in the group was really nice - and our guide was Dani! So sweet and fun to travel with. A couple of travelers in the group recommended the Norway and Cuba trips, which I would definitely look into!

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best trip in my 54 years!!!So many small details about this trip that made it so special. Legit trips is the only way to travel if your thinking about going on a trip out out the states. They have absolutely everything covered from the hotel to the transportation to all meals . The people that helped us on our trip was so well equipped I always felt like I was well taken care of and totally trusted out group leaders. I would recommend Legit trips to anyone they go above and BEYOND.

Fantastic experience: I have taken 4 trips with LegitTrips: Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, and Colombia. All of the trips have a been with different trip leaders and each of them were well organized. The guides are well informed and very thoughtful. Throughout all of trips, I felt safe and very well taken care of as a solo female traveler. At the time of these trips I didn’t know everyone that was going, but you definitely leave with life long friends and amazing memories. I cannot wait for my next Legit Trip!

Fantastic experience: I have been on two legit trips now and they have been the best travel experiences I have ever had! My first trip was in 2019 to Machu Picchu. This was their first trip to this destination but you would never know it. The prep and information they had was amazing. I even threw them a huge curve ball and ended up 5ish months pregnant when I went. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and ready for the trip. They found every possible option in case I was unable to hike the whole trip. And made sure that I was cared for the entire way. Even when I broke the hiking sticks, because I am extremely tall, and the hiking company told me I had to pay for them I went to my trip leader Valerie, who was amazing and took care of the whole situation. Seriously top-notch service. My second trip was just recently for 2023 new years to isle Holbox. I waited too long to get my flights so I was unable to get a flight home on the correct day of the trip so I reached out to Lundy and she was able to extend my night so that I could get home and still was able to stay with the group because I was planning on just getting my own little hotel next to Cancun airport, but she made it even better by allowing me to stay with the group my extra night so that I didn’t have to be by myself.

Fantastic experience: My 1st experience with Legit Trips was to Cuba in November and it was hands down one of the best trips of my life! Everything was perfectly curated from the best food, best hotels and most importantly surrounded by amazing people. Fantastic experience: We joined Legit Trips in New Zealand. As an avid traveller, I appreciated the amount of effort invested to make our trip seamless. The very complex trip was completely painless. I loved the well-curated recommendations for each destination including free or paid activities and restaurants. The itinerary included a combo of both preplanned group activities and make your own adventure days. It was a great mix so you felt like travelers instead of a tourist on a big bus. Our guide, Kristen, even told us the best towns to get gas for our campervan so we weren't surprised with an empty tank in a remote location. Would definitely recommend Legit Trips if you want to travel the world but want someone else to do all of the hard work of planning and researching.

Fantastic experience: 10000% recommend Legit trips! Just experienced my first trip with LT to *egypt* and had the most incredible time. Megan Lundy, co-owner and our lovely trip leader, did such an amazing job finding unique experiences, beautiful hotels, the best Egyptologist out there, and delicious food. In the past I’ve always done the planning for my travel but knew Egypt would be a bit more difficult so I turned to Legit Trips for their small group travel. I was joined by 9 other women, and 1 lovely guy, and the sense of community right off the bat was something I’ve never experienced so quickly, and so authentically before. I am so grateful for how much better this experience was than what could have been if i planned this on my own and went with 1-2 other friends like i usually do. Bonus, legit trips prioritizes identifying and partnering with local and women owned businesses whenever they are able to. They genuinely care about lifting people up and creating great experiences and opportunities with everyone they encounter whether it’s a traveler/guest or vendor. If you’re looking to travel with passionate, kind, warm, and fun humans then you’re in the right place. And with so much activity there was still plenty of time for downtime or catching Sun-rays at the pool, and there’s always time for a glass of champagne.

Fantastic experience: I have been on 4 group trips with Legit trips, and each has been an amazing experience. These trips have ranged from 4-day long weekends in Mexico to 2 weeks in New Zealand. The service is consistent in providing airport transport, accomodations, and activities, and allows the space to go off and do your own thing if you so desire. Fantastic experience: I was one of the lucky few to go on the inaugural trip, and since then, they have only blossomed in the best possible way. I've done a couple trips with them (Belize, Honduras, Mexico City) and what they have to offer has improved so much. They truly curate each trip to provide the best possible experience, while still allowing the freedom to make the trip your own. Fantastic experience: In 2018, I went to Thailand with Legit Trips. It was my first time leaving North America. To say the least, I was incredibly nervous. Traveling to another country was something I was always a little terrified of doing. Megan and her staff made my experience absolutely wonderful! The nervousness went away completely, and I had the time of my life. I’m happy to say that I’ve booked another trip with Legit Trips to Cambodia and Vietnam in September! So excited to get out and see more of this world, especially with this team!

I’ve always wanted to travel and see the world but, as a female solo traveler, the idea of planning an international trip on my own was super intimidating and stressful. With Legit Trips, they take care of all the details around planning, logistics, etc…all I need to do is book my flight and be ready to have an amazing time. I know the term “group travel” makes some people cringe thanks to the stereotypes tied to it, but traveling with Legit Trips feels like a community. Fantastic experience: I went to Belize with Legit Trips, it was an amazing trip! They were able to meet me on the mainland and make sure I got on the correct boat to go to the island. I was introduced to local vendors, food, and great places to spend my spare time. What I really liked is that their schedule gave me my own time to explore and relax by myself. We went on a beautiful snorkeling boat ride that was optional. But after hearing all the wonderful reviews I couldn't say no! We saw manatees, 100s of sharks turtles, and so much more! Totally worth it! Our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to give us options and opinions on how to spend our free time each day, which was VERY helpful. I would 100% book another trip with Legit Trips!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful time in Belize. The trip details and itinerary were taken care of by Legit Trips way ahead of time to ease my mind of having to plan outside of what bathing suits I needed to bring. Lundy and Kristen were super responsive to any questions I had before the trip and made sure we understood what to expect once on the island. Fantastic experience: Went to Machu Picchu with Legit Trips - it was a trip of a lifetime! Already signed up for my next one.

Negative experience: Legit Trips is anything but legit. Towards the end of 2021, I signed up to go on the 2023 trip to Lapland with a group of friends. The trip was advertised as “a better price than ANY other travel company out there”. I guess you get what you pay for. My invoice due date was originally January 7th, 2023. However, on December 12th, 2022, I noticed that the invoice due date changed to December 15th, 2022. I asked the owner why the due date changed. Her response: “We had to pay in full to our hotels and partners so that’s why it changed but no big deal. Whenever you pay is ok.” LOL! So because your company did not properly assign a correct due date, you tried to, on the sly, change my due date so that you get your money quicker? NOT ok. I also had some other issues with them booking me for a hotel room that I did not confirm and then attempting to charge me for it months later. Our group did not receive the official Legit Trips itinerary until January 9th, and our trip began on February 4th! I should also mention that me and several other girls were frequently told that we could just schedule any extra activities upon arrival. This was absolutely not true. Activities and transportation required advanced bookings. On the itinerary, we were given horrible clothing suggestions. Some were cheap items from Amazon. I would think that they would provide suggestions for proper, quality clothing items that protect you from the extreme conditions of the Arctic. Because if you are not dressed properly, you can become hypothermic. Our guide for the trip was a girl from Brazil. She did not arrive to Helsinki until the first evening of our scheduled trip, so she was incredibly jet-lagged. Additionally, the poor girl’s phone was BROKEN. She was expected to use her own personal phone on the trip to communicate with us, and she couldn’t even make phone calls from her phone. Our group was an odd number of people. So instead of giving one of our friends a room to herself, Legit Trips put the guide in the room with the her. I have never heard of a tour group that rooms clients with the guide. FYI: the showers in GloArt Hotel (in Helsinki) are only separated from the bedroom by glass and, for the most part, are see-through. The fact that one of our girls had to shower in a see-through shower with a complete stranger (the guide) in the room is abhorrent. To top it all off, our tour guide had NEVER been to Finland or Sweden and knew nothing about the area. I do not understand why we paid for a guide. We essentially ran our own trip, problem-solved for the guide, and had to do our own research about the area. A guide with no knowledge meant that there was zero recommendations for local food spots or activities. There were also no suggestions given on the itinerary for extra activities. My previous tours (at other companies) provided tons of ideas for what you could do in your free time and even helped you book them. The day when we traveled from Rovaniemi to Sinetta was completely open. To fill this time, we ended up planning an activity on our own that cost us an additional $220. The time at Santa’s Village is basically empty as well (other than the husky ride and ice floating), but all of the activities there cost tons of extra money. When Legit Trips told us there was a lot to do at Santa’s Village, they conveniently neglected to mention that those activities were not included in your stay. Only one meal was included, and that meal was a buffet that ended at 3pm. We did not arrive until 2:45pm because the guide was not aware that it ended at 3pm. By the time we got there, hardly anything was left. What really upset me was that the dinner we were forced to pay for in Sinetta (because there was no other option) was absurdly expensive. I paid $70 to eat tofu. The owner conveniently left out that price detail. Domestic flights were not included in the tour package. So in addition to our international flights, we had to book a flight from Helsinki to Rovaniemi, then Kiruna to Stockholm. Plan for that to be at least another $200+.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I would not recommend this tour company, especially for the Lapland tour. We were on a tour with a tour guide who had never been to the countries in which we were traveling! I’m speechless as to how the tour company thought this was appropriate. It’s extremely unsafe, luckily we were traveling in Scandinavia which is super safe so it was less of an issue. Given this company goes to many different places I would advise against working with a company that doesn’t train their guides in the area in which they are traveling. It created a lot more stress on the group because the coordination of picking up bags, getting checked-in, general meeting spots was somewhat stressful and bumpy. On the first day we didn’t even know when we were meeting for our Welcome meeting and our tour guide flew in from across the world the same day. Seems like poor planning if the guide’s flight happened to get delayed or canceled, not to mention jet lag. Another example, when we first got to Santa’s Village we had 15 min to eat a meal that was “included” because we missed the lunch time the food was buffet style and not good and didn’t meet the dietary restrictions of some in the group. In addition, the tour guide was not supplied with a company phone that I could tell. The tour guide’s phone happened to be broken so she couldn’t make or receive calls. Don’t get me wrong I loved our tour guide she was very kind, patient, professional and did a wonderful job managing the situation but you could tell that the tour company did not do a good job setting her up for success. Again, why would you send a group of well experienced travelers with a travel guide who has no experience in the area??? We found our trip to be expensive for what we received and there were parts that weren’t included that should’ve been included given what we were paying. As an example, there was an expensive dinner that was booked that we weren’t able to opt out of and wasn’t included in the tour. There was an ENTIRE day of no activities booked and no list of excursions presented to us that you could opt into, such a waste when the tour was only a week long. One of our favorite parts of the trip was an excursion we had to do our own research on and book in order to fill the empty time. It was also strange that we had to book our own internal flight in Finland, it wasn’t presented as included so it was fine but it was strange that the tour company didn’t just handle the booking to make sure everyone got on the flight and made sure there was space for everyone. Perhaps if you were going to a country just to drink and party it might be okay but if you truly want to travel and experience the culture of wherever you are going this is not the tour company for you. I’ve been on multiple tours with a few different tour companies so I feel like I have a good understanding of how a tour should be run. A couple good things about the trip - I did like that it was a small group so we were able to book it with just our friends, there were some unique and cool hotels, the transfer buses were clean and nice, and the excursions that were included were fun. I’m writing this so others can make an informed decision, I think we were somewhat blinded by all the glowing reviews online.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a magical island in Belize with some epic diving, spent a week on a yacht with 9 new friends through Greece, experienced Cuba, and got engaged IN Machu Picchu all because of this awesome company! They plan everything to the nth degree and are always available for advice on where to eat, what to see, and hidden secrets! I've always wanted to travel, but just never had a reliable person to go with. However, that all changed when I found Legit Trips, swallowed my shyness and opened the door to the world. They've become family and I've got friends all over the world who I've be so fortunate to have met through their group travels. I wish I would've come across them sooner! There's so much more to explore and so many more amazing people to meet!

Fantastic experience: I went on my first Legit Trips vacation last month, to Turkey, and had an incredible time. It was the first time I've travelled to a foreign country as part of a group tour, and I will 100% do it again with this company. Our group was not too big, and I liked everyone else who was along for the ride, so it truly felt like going on vacation with a bunch of friends. And our tour leaders did a stellar job! Everything was so painless compared to my usual do-it-yourself style of travel -- transportation, reservations, activities all made easy. The accommodations were all fantastic, and the activities & sightseeing were outstanding. We packed so much into eight days, but without the stress that often accompanies this level of touring when I and/or a travel companion have to arrange it all ourselves. The whole time I was thinking, "I could get used to this." And hopefully, I will.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from a dream trip to Lapland and it might have been the most fun I’ve ever had. No joke. From the cute little Santa village, to the reindeer and husky park, dogsledding, snow shoeing, northern lights chasing, ice hotel, ice bars, ice floating and snowmobiling!!! And those Finnish spas… omg. And then the perfect end in Stockholm (magical city). I’ve had people reach out to me that I haven’t talked to in years asking what kind of adventure I’m on. Fantastic experience: I got to travel to Machu Picchu last month through Legit Trips and it was a great experience. This trip was originally planned for May 2020 and Legit Trips was really great about all the Covid issues and postponements due to travel restrictions. They were really communicative and responsive with all the challenges and held a few q&a sessions prior to the trip to answer questions. Travel in Covid times was really stressful, I think Legit Trips made all the difference in having the trip of a life time. There were a lot of pieces to this trip that had to come together, and while I normally like to plan my own trips, I was extremely thankful to Legit Trips for organizing this one. i don’t know if I ever would have made this trip if not for them and I will 100% be trusting them again in the future. The group of people was great, I”m so thankful to have been a part of it.

It was so easy, they planned everything and all I had to do was show up. The rooms were amazing and the excursions were so fun. The transportation between locations, airports, etc made it all SO easy-- no taking trains in wrong direction or trying to read in unknown languages. It was a breeze. Fantastic experience: Somehow Legit Trips has managed to perfectly balance curating exceptional experiences while making it seem effortless. I went on the NYE Belize Caye Caulker trip and met the most incredible people. We swam with sharks, sailed on a Catamaran, and floated at the Lazy Lizard. I don't think I put on a pair of shoes the entire time I was there. All activities were optional so you could balance your group and solo time. I can't wait for this year's NYE trip to La Paz, where I'll be swimming with whale sharks!

Fantastic experience: Have been on 5 trips now with this amazing travel company. Female owners, female trip leaders, who really understand what it's like to travel as a woman. All trips, tours, hotels, dive agencies and travel guides are vetted ahead of time. You get insta-friends by joining a group of travelers who are committed to the journey and want to have fun just like you. The Galapagos, Costa Rica, Belize, Honduras, and Fiji are in the books for me now- can't recommend enough and can't wait for the next one.

While you’re on the trip, there’s no pressure to do anything with the group if you don’t want to but it’s nice to have the option. Seriously, so much fun, so easy and so worth it!
