Fantastic experience: Adam travels has exceeded my expectations in all the steps of Hajj communication for my group Al Burj 09, Dallas Gateway. They have been in the ground active all the time whenever and wherever we had a need. They quickly work on any issue whenever arises and did their best to resolve it. I enjoyed most the customized support from our group rep Rami Abdo. He went above and beyond in all aspect of supporting the Hajjis. I have seen him for instance that during the hectic walk from Arafat to Mujdalifa train station, he picked up bag from multiple Hajjis who couldn’t walk not knowing how difficult it was about to be. Rami is the best rep of the agency.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went to Umrah just recently. The whole experience with Adam Travels was great and satisfactory. The logistics, transportation and planning, everything was done for us so we didn’t have to worry about all those things and were able to focus on the Umrah. Their whole staff was very helpful and imam Khalid Nasr and imam Abdelilah both very exceptionally good, helpful and kind. May Allah reward them both and also brother Rami for his service. Ameen

Negative experience: I’m disappointed in my decision to book a trip with this company, as the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The service was well below expectations, and several employees came across as unprofessional and discourteous. Instead of receiving help, I faced confrontational encounters that only worsened the situation. Considering the poor quality of service and the disrespectful behavior from the staff, I don’t feel the money spent was justified, and I would advise others to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This has been our 4th journey to the holy places, all arranged by Adam Travels. Previously, we went twice for our individual family Umrah and once for the Hajj with the group from Adam. This was our first group Umrah and needless to say one of the most memorable one. I have seen how Adam Travels have grown over the years and have become one of the most respectable and professional organization. Their handling of all the logistics together with travel and accommodation arrangements have been outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to utilize their best of class services for a very peaceful and smooth spiritual journey.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible place! super unprofessional and extremely rude. the woman who talked to me spoke as if she was talking to a child even tho if h i’m the one paying them $50 to do one translation. They promised to call once the translation was complete and yet two weeks later I never got a call and when I went there to check on the translation, the woman kept on speaking horribly. I wish i got her name to put it on this review, but the whole place in general was extremely unprofessional. Never doing business with them again

Fantastic experience: I have only the absolute best to say about Adam Travel Services. My wife and I booked an Umrah package and they went above and beyond any expectations we had. The biggest shout out goes to Rami Abdo, our logistical guide. Rami, brother, you outdid yourself. Rami was the epitome of professionalism and work ethics. This logistical genius made sure every detail and experience of this Umrah trip was carefully thought out and planned extremely carefully. From locations, to timings, to special accommodations, to dealing with uncertainty and last minute change of plans that were out of his hands, Rami was always on point. Rami carefully guided, coordinated and accommodated a group larger than 50 and made it look like cake; it's not cake! Another huge shout out goes to our spiritual guide Imam Abdulqadir, what a pure and wonderful soul. He was upbeat, friendly and very knowledgeable! Our Imam spiritually guided us throughout the entire pilgrimage, sometimes lifting the spirits of some of us that struggled against demanding challenges of the pilgrimage. We look forward to traveling with you guys again, InshaAllah!

Fantastic experience: They actually far exceeded what I was expecting. All paperwork that needed to be submitted on my part was requested well ahead of time. In turn id's, visas, tags for bags and even a convenient backpack which I used throughout my journey was ready for me at least a week in advance. Upon arrival to multiple destinations I found Adam Travel to be there ahead of me welcoming and guiding me as to where I should go and what to expect along that route. The bus provided a comfortable ride, cold drinks and even a meal when the journey was more than a couple of hours. Everything flowed naturally and that was a big part of a very enjoyable trip. I strongly recommend their services for anyone looking for an agency that pretty much takes the biggest stress away from a vacation, airport, hotel, tours and accommodations. Look forward to using them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Bismillahir rahmanir rahhim! Alhamdulilah our Umrah trip with Adam Travel was truly an amazing time. We were nervous since it was our first Umrah but Adam Travel eased those nerves with clear instructions and great communication every step of the way. Brother Rami helped our family book the trip and helped us prepare all the necessary documents for the trip. My wife also had an issue with her passport expiring and with Brother Rami’s help we were able to get it sorted out quickly and efficiently. Prior to our departure, we also had an informative onboarding zoom meeting that answered questions that we had about the structure of our journey as well as what we needed to know when preforming our Umrah. We were provided with documents as well in our group chat that explained how to preform Umrah and through those documents we were able to feel more confident about our trip. The most helpful in my opinion was the brochure we received with our badges that had the duas listed and when to say them when performing your Umrah. While it is best to memorize as much as you can and truly understand the meaning of what you are saying, it can get overwhelming and your mind might draw a blank so it was helpful. During our trip, we were met by Adam travel staff at the airport and provided with great transportation to/from the airport, and to/from our hotel to the destinations of our tours. Our tour guides in Turkey and Medina were great as well Alhamdulilah. Sheik Asif was our tour guide in Medina and took the time to answer all of our questions during our Umrah meeting before we left to Mecca. Our trip wouldn’t have been complete without our group leader, brother Mohammed Bhalla. Alhamdulilah, he was with us every step of the way and kept our group together and safe. During our Umrah, specifically, he led us confidently and ensured that we all were saying the correct duas and with his planning we were all able to remain together and not get lost. It’s very easy to lose your group and he worked hard at making sure no one was left behind and that we were organized in a way that protected us all, especially the youth in our group which was important. Brother Mohammed did so much for us on our trip and it is impossible to write it all down, but our trip truly wouldn’t have been the same without him. Alhamdulilah we were able to have him as our group leader. Alhamdulilah, through Allah’s mercy we were able to travel with a reliable agency and group of individuals. The agent guy Ahmed yelled at me and hang up the phone on me simply because I asked him to clarify something. They do not know how to talk to their customers. My best adviser to you is to purchase the ticket directly from the airline. I wish I could give this place 0 star.
