Positive experience: Multiple services are offered, including money transfers, bill payment, and international call minutes. You can also find some traditional yemeni clothing and artifacts. The place is very small and needs to be organized.

Negative experience: شوية نصابين يحترفوا الكذب على الزبائن. شحنت من عندهم مرتين و بالمرتين كانوا يكرروا نفس الكذبات، بأن الحاوية بتنطلق للميناء بعد يومين او ثلاثة و بتكون باليمن بعد ٤٥-٦٠ يوم، و بعدها ب٥ اشهر و الشحنة ما وصلت، يكذبوا بأنها امتسكت في عُمان لأن في ناس حطوا سلاح. المصيبة كانت الأعظم في المرة الثانية. تخيلوا اني سلمت لهم الشنط الخميس، على أساس الحاوية بترحل يوم الأحد، و سافرت اليمن و رجعت و الشنط اللي فيها الهدايا لأهلي و لعروستي ما قد وصلت، و خلوا وجهي أسود قدام الناس. الأعظم من هذا اني رجعت من اليمن و رحت اشوف الحكاية و اكتشفت ان الشنط ما زالت عندهم في المخازن. تخيلوا انهم خلوها في المخازن لمدة ٥ أشهر.

Negative experience: They way far from professional They were robbed you without a gun they charge for sand money way to much that’s for the service with using your ID And if u use Western Union the Paper will say 8 fee he will charge you 10 I don’t know why the extra 2 dollars come from and what make him keep doing that because no one is saying anything I called western union and they said he should only charge what’s the paper says and if I ask him why he don’t tell u the worker will tell u the owner tell me to and and that’s his son there is place just open M&M up the street from them they really good

Fantastic experience: Went there to collect something but end up not waiting until they opened so never visited

Negative experience: Terrible phone etiquette. They picked up the phone and said hello, which I then asked if they were Zaid Travel. The response to my question was replied with "WHY?" I then asked again, " Is this a travel agency and then the person on the phone said yes. Finally I asked if they handled visa services and the reply was, "I dont know boss." I asked for a manager or supervisor and they explained there was none available and they can have them call me back if I left a number. What type of service are they providing if they can't even speak properly to potential customers?
