Negative experience: A person who had this insurance crashed my car. I made a claim and this insurance has been in effect for almost two months and they haven't done anything about my car payment. I called them and they said they haven't contacted the person to accept the charges. The worst insurance, in the past someone crashed into my car and their insurance paid me in two days.

Negative experience: When I call, it goes to voicemail. VM says to leave your number & a representative will call back ASAP, but nobody ever calls back. I’m only going to work so hard to give a company my business. This branch is not a serious business. As a result, AAA just lost 2 potential customers. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: The associates there were very helpful to plan my trip

Negative experience: I wanted to go on a solo trip and decided to go through AAA thinking I would get a discount since I’ve been a member for 10 years. I did my due diligence and went on the websites to verify hotel/airfare prices. I saw that AAA members receive discounts. I went to the Allisonville location and spoke to travel agent Grace B. I paid to reserve my trip which was over 3k total. I was told I would receive a breakdown besides the itinerary given to me after I paid the remaining balance. I never received the breakdown after I asked twice. I felt uneasy and went online to double check the prices. I looked at the price of the room and the round trip tickets and the total was less than what Grace came up with. It was $1700. I called Grace again and asked for a breakdown of itinerary besides what was provided and was told “I was given the best price and a breakdown could not be provided.” They went through a 3rd party agency. I am very dissatisfied with the price and disappointed with the service. I feel I was overcharged and paid fees/commission for services I could have done myself for less money. With that being said, I am no longer a member with AAA due to this experience. The itinerary does not show a breakdown and it is very vague. I feel like there is a particular reason for that as well. I went forward with the remaining payment because I read the small print and I would not receive a refund, only a credit. I submitted an email to the agent and didn’t get a response. I left a review on their website and got a response blaming me for paying, saying I had a choice to not use them. An insurance company I’m already paying for services to use. I had a choice to not book with them; however, once I paid I still should have received a breakdown of the total amount. That’s all I wanted. Even McDonald’s give a breakdown of the price of fries, Big Macs and a drink. AAA is way too over priced to treat people like that.

Negative experience: Literally the worst roadside assistant you can get I waited for over an hr and they told me they would give me a call back 30 mins later to see where the driver was when prior to that they sent me a tracking message saying he was 35 mins away on top of a phone call that said the same . It’s been almost 3hrs now fresh off work and I’m still stuck in my vehicle with no results from this company I’m paying for.

Fantastic experience: I had moved away for a few years and missed the level of service offered by Lita, and all the kind employees at the Allisonville AAA Office. Service was good in other states, but it's the employees at this office that make the overall AAA experience Great for me. Fantastic experience: Very Sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful!! I felt so much comfort knowing I could send my Chrysler Town&Country to my favorite mechanic without having to travel with my vehicle!! They use “top notch”flat bed drivers that text a message and picture before they arrive. Very Cool!!

We had found out from our Illinois office that because of indiana office, our membership was cancelled. We were members for 20 years.

Fantastic experience: Went into AAA Allisonville rd branch today to buy Airline tickets today within minutes Grace had things taken care of and flight booked and Headache disappeared . Thank You . Too bad they don't have 10 stars Amazingly The Best and Great Job.

Fantastic experience: I am planning a 10 day visit to New York City, taking in theatre, art museums, and special sites. I called Allisonville AAA for assistance, and Jackie did a wonderful job of helping me schedule my round-trip flight, making suggestions, answering questions, and ultimately finalizing arrangements. We also discussed hotel accomodations and she again researched options, made suggestions, and was very helpful in our final arrangements. I found Jackie to be very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and wanting to be helpful. She was! Along with the security that the roadside service affords me, I'm happy with the travel assistance that my membership gives me. Positive experience: I had a new person the day I visitied. I was disappointed that the branch had no information concerning Disneyland in Anaheim, only Disney World. I was not able to purchase tickets or receive a map. This is the first time I have visited a AAA branch and not found what I was looking for.

Positive experience: If your a "AAA" member and live in this area it's a good place to go for maps, luggage, pay membership, etc. However it does not do license plates or other DMV work. For that reason I would rate it 3 stars out of 5. For plate work go to College Park office.
