Fantastic experience: I would never take a tennis vacation any other way. Grand Slam does everything right. Best seats, best hotels, best staff. So much fun!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding venue. $260,000,000 renovation worth the trip. Easily walkable. Top Notch facilitated the transportation seamlessly and provided above average seats in Stadium and Grandstand courts… no more than fourth row back from the courts for us. The suite offered drinks ( alcoholic and non-alcoholic), very good food and two tvs for watching the matches when you wanted to get out of the sun. The Lytle hotel was nice, with dining options within and restaurants nearby. Top Notch guides ( Chris, Kip and Jock ) were accessible if necessary and handled all arrangements well. Entering and exiting the venue ( and the suite) was easy. Would definitely return. FYI… this was my 12th trip with GSTT/Top Notch.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé booked us a trip to Roland Garros 2025 with Grand Slam Tennis Tours. We weren’t sure what to expect but they far exceeded any expectations we had. The entire team was amazing, willing to help at anytime, very accommodating and super friendly. The hotel they chose (Bel Ami) was great, transportation was provided to and from the stadium, activities (including playing tennis, welcome dinner, and river cruise) were also amazing. Fantastic experience: GSTT is a first-class travel company that goes the extra mile for its clients. Their ticketing, transpo and hospitality efforts are well-thought and planned, and their years of experience shows through at every step. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very experienced. And the fact that owner Andrew and most of the staff are top level players themselves certainly augments their efforts. They know what they're doing. We've used them twice now, for the Australian and French Opens, and we'll be using them again.

Fantastic experience: Super well planned out with a variety of experiences, tennis of course but also fun stuff to do in the venue. We got to play on clay at a local club, we had a nice intimate boat tour on the seine. Paris was a long way to go for us, it was nice to take full advantage of the location. Our guides were friendly and accommodating and were available 24/7. It was evident that they enjoyed themselves too, lots of excited smiling faces. Positive energy is good to be around.

Fantastic experience: Grand Slam Tennis Tours knocked it out of the park, to use a baseball metaphor, on this trip. It was our first time with them and our first time to travel to one of the grand slam tennis tournaments overseas. My wife and I would highly recommend it! They were organized, friendly, it never felt corporate, and it felt like you were with friends that were there to make sure you had a good time and got where you needed to go. I cannot recommend them any higher! We met fantastic people on the trip, frankly most of whom have been with GSTT for decades and several who had left competing tours and found this one to be leaps and bounds better. We will be back for certain. It’s worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: We used Top Notch for the BNP Parabis Open and had a great experience. We were able to get good baseline Stadium 1 seats in the shade thru Top notch. We also used them for lodging at La Quinta Resort and it was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: We love these guys! Excellent tickets for the best tennis tournaments! They also take us on city tours, dinners at high-class restaurants, 5-star hotel stays, even playing tennis at beautiful local clubs. All this for a fair, competitive price. Seriously, they love what they do so much, they'd rather hang out with fellow tennis fans than charge inflated prices. We've done 3 of our 4 Grand Slam tennis tournament bucket list with GSTT. We can't wait to complete it by going to Paris. We recently did the Australian Open with them and it was fantastic! Imagine being taken to a great restaurant and Surprise! Patrick McEnroe shows up to talk tennis answer questions, and take selfies! GSTT is not just a tour company. We feel like they are our good friends! I just went to the Laver Cup in Berlin with them and the event was great; however, all that the Top Notch Team did was fabulous. Fantastic experience: Grand Slam's organization and coordination was perfect, everything went as planned and we had a great time. A bonus appearance at dinner by Tracy Austin added to the experience. This was our first time at the Open, which was a blast despite a somewhat blah tournament with several top players exiting early and most of the semis and finals decided in the minimum number of sets. But, hey, we got to see Taylor Swift!

Fantastic experience: Our trip was absolutely amazing. I will definitely recommend Grand Slam Tours and have already! I totally loved the dinner so much signed up for a second one. Tracy Austin and the Bryan brothers were surprise treats at our dinners. Accommodations at the Essex House were superb as was our transportation to and from the US Open venue.

Fantastic experience: This was my third visit to the US Open. Although I’d used brokers for tickets before, this was our first time buying a package deal - tickets, hotel, and transport to the venue. This is by far the easiest way to do it, and the staff was so helpful. Seats were fantastic. I’m looking forward to future trips with Grand Slam to Indian Wells and Wimbledon.

Fantastic experience: We had a blast! What we loved most was how organized everything was. Grand slam tennis tours, made it so easy, from tickets to hotel to the welcome dinner to the transfer to and from the U.S. Open we definitely will use them again!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment we arrived in New York, we were very well taken care of. Taylor, Matt and Megan really thought of everything! The hotel is located directly across from Central Park, so getting up and walking the park in the mornings was really nice. The welcome dinner was way more than we expected (the food was plentiful and amazing). Having the Bryan brothers at the welcome dinner was quite a surprise; and having his 12 year old daughter sing was even more amazing (what a beautiful voice). The bus transportation to and from the hotel to the tennis venue was great (I can't imagine having to get there and back on my own in New York traffic)! We purchased the Labor Day Weekend package, our seats were excellent and we had access to not only Arthur Ashe but to other courts as well if we wanted to see other matches. Now that we have crossed US Open off our retirement bucket list, I’ll be contacting Grand Slam Tennis Tours to cross Wimbledon and French Open off too. Again, thank you Grand Slam Tennis Tours so much for making this such a memorable trip.

Fantastic experience: After a wonderful time in Monte Carlo in 2022, we chose GSTT for Wimbledon in 2024. Just finishing up and it has been fantastic. Patrick MacEnroe made an appearance at the welcome dinner. Their hospitality house near Wimbledon is an added bonus. Taylor and Megan made sure we were happy, getting us a ride back to the hotel one day and helping upgrade our room. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time attending The French Open and working through a company like Grand Tennis Tours. I had an amazing experience from start to finish! As a habitual procrastinator I waited until the last minute to buy my tickets. But the attentive and responsive staff, especially Megan Collins, ensured I got amazing seats and had an incredible experience onsite. The concierge-like service included ensuring we enjoyed the delicious cuisine in various dining areas, connecting us to other really lovely and warm ticketholders enjoying the tournament and sharing key insights on how best to navigate the tournament and venue! Megan and her colleagues couldn't have been more wonderful! Megan, I presume as all of her colleagues, is also a real tennis fan (and player) with deep knowledge of all the players and the WTA/ATP. Fantastic experience: This is the 2nd time I have used the services of GSTT, once for tickets to WIMBY in 2022, when gals trip got ruined when a ticket vendor cancelled our tickets and this year for the 2024 French Open, when a tour company my travel companion selected didn't pan out. GSST came to the rescue and put together a custom package for us that exceeded our expectations. The tennis was great, despite the amount of rain, both hospitality suites were wonderful, the accommodations excellent and our tour hosts took care of our every need. I enjoyed the welcome dinner, the tour of Giverny, and our fellow travel companions. I cannot speak for everyone but I feel they truly care for all their clients and do everything within their power to make sure you are happy and well taken care of. They have a great team! I highly recommend them for all your Grand Slam excursions. I would not hesitate to travel with them again. Big thanks to Jock and Kyp for making it all happen!

Positive experience: Well organized. Staff were attentive and helpful. Seats are generally excellent. The Hotel and its location in Paris were excellent. A strong recommendation is to ask Guests about dietary restrictions for Hospitality that includes a sit down dinner. The Menu is fixed and the Caterer needs to know in advance of these restrictions or you won’t have dinner. Another suggestion is to move the Guests’ tennis playing Session at the Paris Tennis Club to the afternoon. Unfortunately, many guests missed out on this Event due to how late we arrived at the Hotel from the Tennis Centre the previous night (3AM). 8AM Tennis the next morning wasn’t feasible. Finally, it would be a nice touch to provide water, light snacks on the Bus from the Tennis Centre, especially when Matches end very late, into the middle of the night on two occasions.

Fantastic experience: Did another week tour with GSTT this year 2024 for roland garros. Same hotel, as last year, Bel Ami, a really nice hotel, grand slam does an incredible job, helping with everything from tickets to transportation. The staff also the best, from Meagan to Matt and everyone else. I might add the seats are very very good. Thanks again Grand Slam for all the great journeys!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I retired this year and wanted to attend the US Open to celebrate. We chose Grand Slam Tennis tours because they are able to facilitate hiring a car service to and from the airport. This was our first time in New York, first grand Slam we’ve attended so we weren’t comfortable driving ourselves around. In addition GSTT transports between the hotel and the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center every day you are attending. Everything, and I mean everything they provided was a 10 out of 10. The staff, the welcome dinner, the hotel, everything. I would recommend this company to any tennis fan.

Fantastic experience: I booked a package through Topnotch/Grand Slam Tennis Tours (TNTT) to see Laver Cup 2023 in Vancouver. I did not want to deal with all the details myself. GSTT staff were so patient with me from different questions hoping to make this trip just perfect – and it was!! The tickets were incredible, the logistics and hospitality house were top-notch and the staff so friendly. This was a trip for me from my wife who isn’t a tennis player. Now that we’re back home, she’s already planning our next slam.

Fantastic experience: We had an outstanding experience with Grand Slam tennis Tours all around. From the first interaction, package selection, initial booking, final payment and then the actual event. We joined the tour on Sept 7th for the welcome's dinner (great Greek restaurant !) and then the women' and men's semi-finals and finals. Hotel selection was fantastic, right across from Central Park. We much appreciated the daily updates via email, which prepared us well for the following day's events. Welcome gift was a nice surprise. The entire organization of morning/afternoon meeting and transport to the tennis venue, evening/afternoon meeting and return to the Hotel all went perfectly. Seat assignments were great and provided excellent views. Wanted to especially recognize Taylor's and Megan's wonderful support and assistance throughout our stay (am sure additional people behind the scenes helped as well). We will definitely consider Grand Slam Tennis Tours for other tournaments in the future. Thank you very much to Andrew, Taylor, Megan and the entire team.

Fantastic experience: The hosts of GSTT are awesome ! My husband had a stroke about a month before the tournament but we both decided we still wanted to go so I put him in a wheelchair and we made the trip. They helped us so much and made us feel so welcome. I can't tell you how much easier and special the GSTT team made our experience. I would highly recommend booking a package with them !!

Fantastic experience: We first booked our trip to Wimbledon in 2020, and then there was COVID in 2021 as well. GSTT not only re-booked us for 2022 and held the original tour price we paid in 2020; and they upgraded our tickets to Round 2 and 3, both in Center Court instead of Round 1 and 2. GSTT also surprised us with a lovely gift package before our journey. Upon arrival in London we were met at Heathrow by Stefan and transported by Mercedes sedan to the Hari Hotel where we were greeted by name by 3 staff members before we arrived at the front desk. Our King Bed suite was immaculate, and provided us with many amenities, including a sumptuous buffet breakfast every day (compliments of GSTT) and a special souvenir for July 4th. No detail was overlooked by the GSTT staff, including brunch and all day refreshments at the Hospitality House, with easy walk or Tuk Tuk ride form the house to the gates, Tube tickets to Wimbledon accompanied by our guide, a special welcome dinner where our surprise guests were the amazing Bryan Brothers, a chance to play at a grass court club with their pros, followed by a delicious barbecue supper and so many more surprises.We toured Windsor Castle and took advantage of our leisure days seeing the sights, going to the theater and dining in the restaurant that Stanley Tucci visited in his recent TV series. Of course, the main highlight of our visit was to be at Wimbledon and to be able to check off a major bucket list experience. It was a dream come true! The grounds are beautiful with an abundance of flowers everywhere, and our debenture seats in Center Court were in the 7th row, under shade directly across from the Royal box, and my seat was on the center line. We were just delighted! We didn't realize how exclusive these seats are; there's a private entrance, lounge, restaurant and coffee bar that overlooked some of the courts.We saw 4 matches daily featuring Pliskova, Gauff, Jabeur, Nadal, Jokovic and others. At the end of our Wimbledon days, we strolled back to the hospitality House for refreshments, celebrated the day with a cocktail, and a sleepy bus ride back to the Hari. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Grand Slam Tennis tours, and hope to share a new tennis adventure with them some day soon!

Fantastic experience: From our arrival at La Quinta Resort on Wednesday to our departure on Saturday, Top Notch Tennis delivered a 5-star experience in accommodations, seat locations for the tournament, and quality of the staff. My friends and I also had the experience of hitting and getting tennis tips from 3-time Grand Slam Winner Tracy Austin. What an unexpected surprise and lifetime memory that was! Too often companies promise more than they can deliver, Grand Slam/Top Notch achieved the opposite--our trip to Indian Wells was even better than promised.

Fantastic experience: We took a family tennis trip to Cincinnati with GSTT. The seats were fabulous and the air conditioned suite was completely necessary. The staff was lovely from booking the trip to meeting them in person. We were thrilled. The package was just what they advertised and exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic experience: I cannot adequately express what a tremendous organization GSTT is. They redefine the term 'customer service' and treat you as though you were a close family member. As you can imagine, Covid created some significant headaches in both 2020 and 2021 for anything as densely-packed as a tennis tournament. GSTT was with us all of the way from the cancellation of our Wimbledon trip through them in 2020 to the maze of Covid protocols for entry into the UK , London, and the Wimbledon site in 2021. They even made sure we were properly squared-away for our quarantine in London previous to the matches. What you receive from GSTT is a world-class 'experience' from the moment you touch-down to the moment you are wheels-up. It's a lot more than just great seats at a a Grand Slam event; it's the whole experience of being in a Grand Slam city and taking advantage of what that city has to offer in addition to the event itself. First-class accommodations, first-class restaurants, unique opportunities, and making sure you have a basic understanding of the array of public conveyances are all part of the grandeur of GSTT. Andrew, Erika, and Jane are incredible and welcoming hosts, and they made us feel as though they were working exclusively for us. Let's face it, for some of us, attending a Grand Slam event is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Why risk having something other than a once-in-a-lifetime experience?!

Negative experience: My friend and I were flabbergasted when we were not given a complete refund after Wimbledon was cancelled this year. Airfare, accommodation, even play tickets were all reimbursed to us 100%. Grand Slam Tennis Tours kept $660!!! Would never recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent!!!! We have used GSTT on two separate occassions, to attend Wimbledon and the Australian Open. On both occasions GSTT did an excellent job. Their staff is courteous, friendly, accommodating, and very personable. Highly recommend them for all your tennis travels.

Hotel, hospitality house, debenture, the shaded seats, the whole scene at the All England Club, the playing on grass courts at the lovely Roehampton venue — all wonderful. We felt the flowers alone were almost enough of a show, without all the rest of it. At Wimbledon, it should be stressed to anyone who truly loves tennis, there is purity. No giant screen playing ads, no loud music — just live tennis at its very best! When I got home I read in The Economist that there are three ways to get to Wimbledon: “cash, luck, or patience.” Luck is the lottery. Patience is the queue. We have tried the first one to no avail, but actually did meet a guy from Indiana on the tube who had gotten his tickets that way. In any case, I am glad we decided that the cash route was worth it, especially with an organization like the one that Grand Slam Tennis Tours has built! Owner Andrew is superb, and his management style has obviously attracted like-minded staff: all professional but with a keen sense of fun, too. We had been to the French Open with Grand Slam in 2011. So we were prepared for a great experience, and were not disappointed. We are seriously thinking of going to Australian Open with them. We have been there in the past, but we know that Grand Slam will make it even better.

Fantastic experience: Our Wimbledon experience with GSTT was perfect. The organization and coordination by the super friendly staff made it seamless for us. We loved the opening dinner and meeting the staff and fellow guests. The transportation, Hari Hotel, and Hospitality House were so convenient and comfortable. Best of all were the seats at Court 1 and Centre Court with access to the debenture holders’ lounges. It was first class. We will recommend this tour and company to all of our friends. We can’t wait for another tournament. Thank you for making this so special.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE What they sell you may NOT be what you get. This was our third consecutive year with top notch tours, and until this year it was great, but 2019 was TERRIBLE. First, they assigned us to the wrong seats (3rd year in a row they did this) then they informed us that “due to high demand” we were put in different suites for the next 2 days. What?! I’m sorry, but I purchased suite tickets for this specific suite with this specific host and these specific services. No one ever mentioned the fact that we would, or even could, be put in different suites. This was completely unfair, especially when the price didn’t change. The suite we were put in the 2nd day charged $4.00 for a bottle of water! No lunch service, no beer & wine, just snacks. The seating was more 1st come 1st serve, so our party had to sit in different rows from each other. This was not a fun day. Day 3 was a bit better, at least there was free water, but even less food. In here you have to order whatever food you want and pay extra,,,a lot extra. How is it fair that you charge someone the same price and put them in different suites with COMPLETELY different services?! How do you not at least give some advanced warning so they are prepared? Also, come to find out that we should be receiving a free parking pass with suite tickets, and top notch charges extra. This was a huge disappointment from a company which we expected better things. If you buy from them, be sure you specify where you want to be, and get it in writing. Otherwise you may get ripped off, like we did.

Fantastic experience: Grand Slam Tennis Tours provided a fantastic experience for us at the Australian Open. Everything was beautifully arranged and each day was a joy to experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I thought we had seats in the shade. When I mentioned this to Stephanie, she made it happen, even though it was not part of our original package. I would highly recommend Grand Slam Tennis Tours for arranging all your tennis travel plans.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I attended Australian Open 2019 and it was the most memorable experience ever! Everything was perfect including the hotel, seats, welcome dinner, city tour, and above all the warm reception by grand slam tour staff. Also, Grand Slam Tour staff provided us with exceptional service .. we were able to get tickets for the AO men final just one day prior to the final. We valued that a lot. Thank you. We have 2 suggestions: 1. To give more options regarding accommodation. We stayed at the Langham hotel which was wonderful, but we were out at the tennis courts almost for 12 hours every day… as we had day & evening sessions for the 4th round and Q finals. So, we spent very little time at the hotel. We would have preferred to say in a 4-star accommodation. 2. To provide access to a full hospitality club including food & drinks. The access to hospitality club (Atrium) was not up to our expectations as it didn’t include food & beverages and it was always busy, we hardly had a place to sit between matches.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of attending two grand slam tennis tournaments with Grand Slam Tennis Tours. Wimbledon 2018 was a dream come true and most recently the Australian Open 2019 was a fabulous experience. Andrew and his team know and care so much about the sport and the people who love it and it shows in every detail. The welcome dinner was warmly entertaining and tasty, shared with fellow tennis lovers and a couple guest professionals that had a doubles match together the next day. The tickets to the four sessions we attended were wonderful, including courtside for Federer. I can’t wait for my next trip with this crew.

Fantastic experience: We just came back from Wimbledon 2018 and GSTT exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a top-notch hotel in London and started our trip at the welcome dinner with Tom Gullickson and Gigi Fernandez and a fun afternoon playing on grass with Gigi and other pros and guests. It's not everyday you get coaching from former champions! Onto Wimbledon: every day started with convenient transportation by tube or private bus to the wonderful hospitality house, very relaxing and welcoming with a delicious healthy brunch. Then, we picked up our tickets and walked 8 minutes to Wimbledon and boy were the seats amazing - same level as the Royal Box, 2-10 rows back on the baseline/corner, in the shade, with access to an exclusive lounge. We saw some amazing tennis and had a trip of a lifetime. I am grateful to everyone at GSTT, who clearly are passionate about tennis and showing their guests a great time. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I booked mens semi finals tickets and mens finals tickets with this company for the Australian Open and it went horribly wrong. When I showed up in Melbourne mind you I flew from Chicago they had the wrong tickets for me. Imagine flying all that way and they screw up this bad . I would never recommend this company to anyone . There are other companies out there . I really love how this company is trying to say that it was my mistake. I mean I literally only told this group like 5 times I only wanted mens semi final tickets. No doubt I should have looked at the invoice but I figured after telling them so many times you would think they would get it right . Wait they said I demanded free seats ??! This group was begging me to take down a review . It's completely in my right to do so . Never at one time did i demand a thing. I asked them if they were going to comp my tickets for the error that's what I asked . They said no and I said no problem . They just couldn't handle the review on Facebook so they blocked me and put their spin on it . They want me to call them ?? They can call me if they have a problem . I will definitely take the call not block them . This group just can't admit they made a huge mistake and I have the papers to prove it .

Fantastic experience: We traveled to Wimbledon 2017 with Grand Slam Tennis Tours and it was my trip of a lifetime! We were treated like royalty. The details were well thought out, from the Hari Hotel, to our welcome dinner, private coach and hospitality house - everything was wonderful and when we found our Center Court and Court One seats we were blown away! The access to the debentures lounge was a special bonus we really enjoyed. Everyone and everything was great and we hope to attend another slam with Grand Slam Tennis Tours again!

Fantastic experience: Went to the US Open in 2017. Grand Slam totally delivered on it's promise. It was a fantastic trip and very well organized. We loved the whole US Open and New York experience. I would recommend them for sure and plan to use them again!

Fantastic experience: Andrew, Stephanie,Kyle. Tricia and I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had at the Australian Open. The front row seats we had were unbelievable. The Langham accommodations were first class and the proximity to the event and downtown Melbourne were great. Opening and closing dinners you catered were delicious, the other members of your tour group we met were delightful, especially Andrews mom and son. We then continued our journey,that you coordinated with Down Under Answers, on to Queenstown & Christ Church New Zealand,then back to the Great Barrier Reef and Sydney Australia. We were picked up in luxury cars, all airline flight reservations were correct, hotel accommodations were 5 star ( the George in Christ Church upgraded us to a suite ). The only minor hitch we had in all of this travel was that the airport limo in Cairnes didn't show up and we had to take a mini bus to the Thala lodge. The manager of the lodge totally made up to us with a comped dinner, which was great. As this was my first trip outside of the USA, I was impressed at how smoothly everything went. Our only mistake was arriving in Australia, going to New Zealand then back to Australia. We wasted a day traveling between the countries 2 times. Fantastic experience: Andrew and his staff made arrangements for my wife and me to attend the 2017 Australian Open. We had a great room at The Langham Hotel - Melbourne and front row tickets in the Rod Laver Arena for the men's and women's quarterfinal matches. Kyle escorted us to the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club to play tennis at this historic facility. Everyone we dealt with at Grand Slam Tennis was friendly, professional and helpful. We definitely will ask them to help us plan our future tennis trips.
