Most importantly, my nephew and I had the time of our lives. It was the perfect way to celebrate his achievements and share an adventure we will both treasure. Fantastic experience: This trip was amazing, our agent Angie made it so easy for us. The Rui Palace in Costa Rica was beautiful, and we had good food and good entertainment. The rooms were nice, the internet would go out sometimes buts that was expected in Costa Rica. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, from the dining rooms, the bar and the pool.

We've booked 3 vacations with All Points Travel and have had wonderful, affordable, and stress-free experiences each time. In 2016 we were helped on a romantic and affordable honeymoon. In 2021 we were helped going to Mexico post-pandemic. This year (2024) Corina's team helped us have a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Paris, London, and Edinburgh. The team here at All Points Travel is experienced, caring, careful, and they help take all of the stress from our first ever European Vacation. Any problems, they're on the phone with us getting it solved. They truly care about their clients and I would recommend them to 10/10 people.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Corina on a trip to Croatia. We had NO idea where to start - where to visit, what to do, how to choose the hotel or where that hotel should be. She took care of everything! Provided a beautiful itinerary, well-laid-out and detailed with EVERYTHING we needed - AND she provided an online app that had a daily schedule, again with every detail we needed, including a way for us to communicate (she let me know if flights were delayed). Every hotel was in the PERFECT location, and was top-notch in every way. Other staff members (e.g., Nicole) were amazing as well. Positive experience: It was really nice, but I don’t think I would go back. The views & the weather were great and the excursions were fun and some were new to me. I like tropical environments and water sports. My husband and I don’t drink, and it seemed like the main idea at the resort was alcohol. People would stay in the pool all day and drink (and be loud and no matter how much they drank, they never got out, if you know what I mean). I steered clear of the pools. The room was very nice, and I loved it. We did have a light bulb go out over the bathroom sink, reported it bc I couldn’t see to do my makeup, and it never got changed. No hot water one day, but that got turned on later. It said the food and snacks were all complimentary, but snacks were hard to come by, & the one time I ordered room service, they never came at all. One time at dinner, the restaurant said they were out of food items we ordered. Staff was mostly very nice, but I did get Montezuma‘a Revenge the last day. Overall, very, very nice and I had a good time.

Fantastic experience: We used Kristy with All Points Travel! She is amazing. I don’t even know where we should go for our 20th anniversary trip - I told her somewhere warm! She helped me plan the whole thing. And boy did she help pick a great place! I loved it came with a pick up service from the airport! Flying into Mexico and having a pick up service to and from the airport made things so much less stressful. The place we stayed was beautiful. The food was delicious and the beach front room was so glorious! Kristy even helped us get a upgrade for the room! She made the trip a dream! Thank you Kristy and All Point Travel!

I started trying to plan this trip myself back in January and was absolutely overwhelmed - seeing as I had never been to Europe. It is so nice to have all the details taken care of from the purchase of theater tickets, to the booking of flights, and shuttles to and from the hotel. Theses are the things you expect from a travel agent. However, all the little touches elevate the experience from good to great. What do I mean by that? How about talk backs each day with people involved in the plays with are going to see. It might be a member of the cast, a dresser, or an alternate. Walking tours of Broadway. Meals at iconic locations. Breakfasts organized at our hotel. Shuttles arranged for Off Broadway productions.....and all done with Corina's trademark enthusiasm and grace. Fantastic experience: Where to begin, first of all if you are looking for a vacation where people take care of every detail and you just gotta tell them what you want and you don’t want and then show up at the airport.... this is the agency YOU NEED TO BOOK WITH!!!!!! Fantastic experience: Where to start... I've always enjoyed planning and booking my trips, I still do. But! OMG! After going on multiple Theater Lovers trips with APT, I can't even begin to describe the ease and stress free experience they provide. It's so simple (for me anyway... Probably not so much for our organizers) and I've gotten to experience things I never would've been able to even book on my own. Spending a few hours with Broadway actors and then getting to see them on stage that evening. Back stage tours. The quality of seats we get through the packages. Not to mention tickets to shows that I'd have to wait a year to be able to find on my own. APT takes the time to research every detail. I've been so impressed by the quality of tours and tour guides we always get. They've even arranged for completely customized tours. Talk about going above and beyond! This last year (2020) has been rough without getting my APT fix! Luckily that is about to change! I am definitely a return customer for life!

Fantastic experience: Corina was great. I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for and asked to stay COVID safe. She introduced me to Puerto Vallarta and the cutest all inclusive resort that was super relaxing and felt safe than the US. She also made sure the hotel celebrated my birthday. Fantastic experience: Seriously amazing travel agents. I had never been out of the country before, and my mother in law wanted us all to go to Mexico and had very specific requests. Our agent was amazing! She found us the perfect place for all of us (ages ranged from 2 to 65). She handled all the details and was quick to answer any questions or help out in any way. I learned a great lesson about getting what you paid for! In the past I have opted for the cheap do it myself route and I have spent much of my time lost, figuring out routes, and staring at buildings. Thanks to Corina and her team, I got to go on tours with guides who knew insider tips, eat fantastic food with tables reserved just for us, and had tickets to the hottest shows with the best seats in the house. Our hotel was right in the heart of the action, and we could walk most places, with transportation waiting when we were far away. Angie went out of her way to have a bottle of champagne sent to our room with a congratulations letter the first day we were in Jamaica and it was so nice! I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: What ever you do, DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT do any packages form All Points Travel. I found them at a wedding venue and they gave me a price for a destination wedding and then after I gave her a deposit they did a bait and switch on me. I asked the travel agent if this was the total price for everything and she told me, my mom, my mother in law even called to confirm the price, as well as my grandma. And she LIED flat out told me this was the price and once I contacted the wedding planner she told me that I needed about $4,000 more than what I was told!!! She told me she gave me the price form when her daughter got married 2 years ago! She didn't bother to check if the prices were correct. So myself, my mother, my grandmother, and my mother in law. We all had to take them to court and we all had to do it separate because we all paid seperatly. They stole over $8,000 from my family!!! And now we had to pay court fees and for a lawyer. We are going after these cheating liars!! We will get justice!!
