Negative experience: Horrible manager especially Mike who was so rude. When we asked for the owners name he wouldn’t give it. They offer hotel rooms at horrible properties Stay away from them.

Fantastic experience: Dolly stampede is a must see. Only go to the pet and giggles show if you have young children. The Titanic was great

Negative experience: This company is horrible and the management is the worst. The ladies that work in the office were nice and tried to do their best. The restroom in their lobby is in bad shape the toilet came loose from the floor and almost fell over. This place is dirty and a dump. They are a ticket company for shows and also sets appointments for timeshare/travel clubs. If I hadn't already bought a package that was non refundable, I never would have gone inside once I arrived. They set us up to stay at a local hotel that was a dump and staff was rude. The Howard Johnson Branson. When we went there and had problems they pretty much left us on our own. I don't fault the timeshare or resort company. They were clean and net and a great attitude. If you can I would go to them directly. The photos I added are the review I gave hotel. The manager Mike please don't bother trying to make a response. Your only regret is being found out that was proven while my wife and I met you in person. As other reviewers have have said you are rude and condescending. We were there to try to make a difference for future clients.

Negative experience: I’ve been to other WonderWorks and this one in Branson was by far the worst!! Half the games/toys were broken. If you want to go to a good one the one in Panama Florida was really good

Positive experience: This was the second time I have used them and next time we may go elsewhere for our Branson travel needs. When we bought a package, which normally was for three nights we were initially promissed $75 back since we only needed two nights (this is after paying a package price plus a presentation discount). They did not tell us the name of the hotel until pressed several days later and the reviews was horrible. We were told other hotels were sold out. Later (within time to cancel/move) we were given another hotel option that hours later we were told was overbooked. Upon looking myself, these other options were available on the hotels website as well as multiple third party sites. After pressing them, we did get an upgrade giving up $75 more. If you use them get a hotel name in writing as from reading google reviews this has happened to other consumers before where they get placed in dirty, bad hotels. The required presentation to get this package left us a bad taste in our mouths as the sales rep and his manager was rude and condescending to me and my wife stating we just wanted "vacation welfare" and not taking over ten no's we had stated.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience was not good, the staff was friendly and the offer sounded great. However, the hotel they booked for us was dirty, inside the room and the property grounds. There was trash everywhere. The floors inside the room were sticky. It was so bad we had to get our own separate accommodations. I gave the staff a chance to correct the situation, they only said they would need to forfeit our tickets if we didn’t go to the tour, which at this point I was fully intending to go to, under the condition that they assist us with our accommodations, which by the way I had already paid $400, which was the most expensive 3 day package…I assumed this would get me upgraded accommodations. We ended up having to pay for our own tickets another room and we feel we were taken advantage of. Would NEVER recommend booking with this company. I also want to point out that I have never left a negative review about anything, I just felt that I needed to share our unfortunate situation. I did not attend their tour as I had no intention of purchasing anything that this company represented

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. We booked 2 activities through them and received timely assistance tickets. Both Rebeca and Nick helped us and were so great, great customer service and i had no issues with the vouchers for the activities, the whole process when smoothly. I will be booking more activities through them in the future

Negative experience: Got my trip they put me up at a hotel that was horrible I'd give zero stars if I could the room at the hotel smelled like mold and mildew the shower was filthy the hotel was called gazebo inn checked in on the 21 of Dec checked out the next day went back to the office and was told they would leave a note but there was nothing they could do don't know how they have good better business reviews when they put you in crummy hotel no refund no room comp nothing offered at all beds were horrible as well don't let them put you at the gazebo inn waste of money

She listened to me, she made me feel safe and made me feel safe that my daughter was in Branson without me. We will never ever use any other tourism center in Branson. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We bought a package from this company as we have done business with them in the past. There was a small issue but Dustin called us and made everything great. His customer service skills were amazing and you could tell that he actually cares not only about his customers but enjoys what he does. This company is amazing and I would highly recommend doing business with them. They can help you with anything from accommodations to tickets. They can even put your vacation into packages which saves you a ton of money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Negative experience: Do not bother. Tried to call for hours to purchase same day tickets per the website's instructions. Finally got ahold of someone that immediately put me on hold for 20 min. Told me I should just call the theater for a local discount. I explained I did not qualify. Called the theater and they only offered full price tickets for my region. Complete waste of time. Bought tickets from a more reputable discounter.

I called for the first time this past month for help on my honeymoon because our wedding plans changed and our honeymoon was on the spur of the moment for us. I'm so glad I called Discover Branson!! Crystal and Kendra have their hands in the middle of everything and can get you a great package for whatever you want and can pay. I LOVED OUR PACKAGE! I'm on a fixed income and yet I got the best offers that I picked out and made it our own unique honeymoon experience.

Fantastic experience: OMG! I'm not going anywhere else for my Branson excursions! There's nothing like calling a travel agency up the first time and talking to a lady who has your best interests at heart and makes you feel like you're an old friend. That's exactly what happened when I called for information on a honeymoon for the weekend within my budget. I may not have been the most elaborate client she had that week but she made me feel like I was a million dollar client and met all my wants . Kendra and Crystal are going to be your best bet when you get a chance to go to Branson. Whether it's your first time or your 39th... Maybe you want to see something different than everyone else??? Just ask for Kendra and Crystal.... They know all the ins and outs of anything to put a smile on your face.

Fantastic experience: Discover Branson saved us money on tickets to most of the shows. We got very good seats, usually in the first or second row. There was no time share and no pressure sales. They also provided us with coupons to other attractions at Branson. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a trip through Discover Branson for my husband and me in Sept., '22. He passed away a couple months ago, and the trip had not been used. My family and I needed this trip to be together. Jennifer was so understanding, and made arrangments for us to use the trip during Springbreak, eventhough it was very late notice. We had a wonderful time at Westgate Woods, with plenty of room for the six of us. Kelly, at Discover Branson, was so kind and arranged our tickets for Queen Esther, taking care of our special needed seating. We love Branson and look forward to going back again and again.

I have had so many bad experiences with places in Branson getting discount tickets and I refuse to do presentations to save and these guys weren’t pushy about it at all they offered me a couple things if I would see one and I refused and told them why the gentleman joked around asking what it would take and then still gave me a discounted price plus lowered it so I could afford both shows I was going to since it was my birthday!! I will definitely always go here for my discounts regardless of price difference. They definitely made my day and were patient! Thank you all who work there!!

Jen (JJ) was our agent from Discover Branson, and we all can say we had the best time ever. Jen (JJ) had everything set up for us and our hotel stay was the best just right for us all. Fantastic experience: We haven’t gone yet, so I’m hoping this isn’t jumping the gun, but I called last minute to book something in Branson and everything was booked all the way out to Eureka Springs which is hours away. Anyway, I happened to get Brent Fortner on the line when I called Stillwater Resort and they told me to call Discover Branson. Beginning to end, Brent was amazing. He was able to book us a hotel room in Branson when no one else had any room. He also was able to upgrade us to a King bed, and he didn’t know that was our preference. He just somehow knew it was what we would prefer. He was able to do this in under an hour and he hooked us up with two tickets to the Stampede show (amazing for Fourth of July weekend), an old time photo, and gift card. Not only did we get the Stampede show, but he hooked us up with the 8pm show. There was another gentleman, Drew who helped us when I called back to confirm our address and everything. Both these guys were wonderful and helpful and will help make our weekend amazing. I can’t believe these guys were able to book everything at such a last minute. Forever grateful.
