Negative experience: Stole my Dad’s credit card information, and there was a charge for a New York flight, had to dispute the charge with credit card company. Certified scammers. We had initially booked a flight with them to India and paid for the ticket however, for whatever reason we were charged for a flight to New York, there was no layover or anything to do with New York, so whoever charged the card, stole our information.

Fantastic experience: My family always books through them and never had any issues! I recently went for Umrah trip and Turkey layover with Turkish Airlines and had no issues. Akbar was very helpful and assisted with hotel booking in advance!

Negative experience: Brothers & Sisters, Don’t even come to this place for any Travel assistance, we missed our second flight from Istanbul to DFW due to the first flight was delayed and they charged me $1425 more for next day flight. When I talked to Turkish airlines they said talk to your Travel agency and when I talked these people they said talk to Turkish airlines .

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulilah rabbi Alalameen we had one of the best experiences. US Tours did an amazing job in this holy trip. We are forever grateful. Everything was exactly as was advertised and more. Starting from the educational session they set up before the trip, the choice of the airline amazing food and care, not to forget about the grand hotel reservations mashaa Allah everything was top notch. The buses used for transportation were the best clean, air conditioned, alhamdulilah! They went out of their ways and supplied lunches to every single one and more they were constantly checking on us and addressing our concerns if any or answer our questions. I would definitely use US Tours in the future and have already recommended to all people I know.

Fantastic experience: I had several UMRAH and HAJJ in my life time and this UMRAH was very special. They put us in in a five star hotel in Madina within walking distance to mosque and had a visit sites tour with special English speaking guide with included dinner. We stayed in Makkah in a five star clock tower hotel and FREE breakfast. This trip was more than my expectation and I recommend to all my friends.

Negative experience: This time I am not happy with the lady she helped me the time. She is NOT listening, I asked for window, she put me on the aisle from Dallas to Istanbul, I didn't even sleep because of the passenger next me. And even worse she gave middle sit from Istanbul to Jeddah, I was sitting in between two male. Because of her I was so frustrated and had the worst experience.

Negative experience: I was wanting to believe this agency was reliable . Here I am ready to take a trip . Booked flight through them . Got confirmation on airport. The day of travel I tried to check in but record cannot be found . Make a long story short. The agency changed flight and never sent the updated. Itinerary so we went to the airport on email which turned out to be the wrong airport . Tried talking to them so they can fix it they said it was our fault and have to pay again . Never in life i will use them again. All agency have insurance to cover these situations . They chose not to take reaponsibility .

Fantastic experience: This review is in regards to Spring Umrah 2018. Brother Nasir and team provided excellent customer service starting from inquiry on the Umrah package all the way to returning back home. The level of service and prompt return to questions remained the same all throughout the process. In the past my experience with other travel agencies had been once they get your payment they don't respond to you as quickly not the case here. Of all the packages I looked at US Tours offered the best price and all the accommodation's provided and transportation buses were excellent and on par or better than other more expensive packages. The buses and hotels provided in Mecca and Medina were 5 stars and directly across both Haram's. They provided excellent tours of the Mazarath from US born scholars who are studying at Medina/Mecca University who were able to explain in clear English and relate to us well. Overall, I would suggest anyone to book their personal travel, Umrah and Hajj travels with this agency with full confidence.

Fantastic experience: Great place and great staff. My parents traveled with the Umrah group recently and it was an amazing trip. Both my parents needed wheelchairs and extra assistance and Mr. Nasir took care of them throughout the trip. They got 5-star hotel in 3-star hotel price. Their package included free breakfast in both Makkah and Medinah. Nasir took them to different tourist places to see and the transportation was on time. I would highly recommend everyone to get their Umrah packages from U.S. tours and travel.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience with US Tours & Travel Corp located in Richardson Taxes, On 1st visit when I went to US Tours & Travel CorpI, meet Haji Nasir and Deena they treated me nicely but after a week when I went to their office to change some dates; they treated me very bad, also they charged me more. And two time they charged me application fee. They should not charge me application fee because it was same airline. Haji Nasir is rude guy and Deena is liar. Plz don't go there filing form at on line or another way to get a tickets because they are lair and  fraud.
