AAA Green Bay

Negative experience: Aweful experience. Took $100's & hours to get a key out of a locked car. I paid for a tow and never got it.

Positive experience: With google maps, they don't carry destination guides like in the past. Don't do trip tickets anymore either. Still worth being a member for the roadside assistance. But no other real benefits anymore.

Negative experience: Wow, today I walk in and a pack of reps at the reception desk having a little meet and greet, felt I was interupti g them, and when I said I need an international drivers license they all looked disappointed and one begrudgingly said she would help me. Yeah she was pretty rude to me for at least half of the process.

Negative experience: I would give my technician 5 stars! Ryan was kind, informative, effective at his job, and easy to work with. I think AAA is price gauging their clients. AAA wanted $300 for the battery and $60 install. I was able to go to BatteriesPlus and get the battery for $200 (it was 20% off) and install was $13. That is $150 difference!!!! I am grateful I shopped around.

Negative experience: Don't count on them to help you in any sort of timely manner. They are always very sorry but do absolutely nothing to help you.

Negative experience: Stuck with an electrical short out in the cold at 3:30 am. Told to wait for help to arrive at 4:25 am. Later to be scolded for by the 24 hr call center that they were not coming till 7:25 am. So I am stranded with only hand warmers in 19°F Update: few months later need them new 8 months later, was told 45 min but from my experience I grabbed a ride to a friends place to wait. Glad I did as it took 7 hours for them to get some out to help. Thank you AAA for the money I will save by not renewing your services

Negative experience: Scam scam scam! Didn't tell me I needed to have data in order to get one of the discounts. Cause I needed to have it on my phone I can't afford data hence why I was trying to find a cheaper yet quality plan. disgusting customer service very rude and aweful at helping me. Aweful place to get insurance

Fantastic experience: Katie and Chuck are polite, customer oriented and helpful. My previous agent in Grafton, Wisconsin made a mess with my Auto & Home policies but Katie was able to fix those issues. I had very good experience and I would recommend AAA Green Bay.

Negative experience: The worst experience I ever had, I would never ever use AAA again! I waited seven hours at a gas station in Green Bay Wisconsin, for them to respond to my service call after they said they would be there in 45 minutes. The Green Bay office told me to contact their complaint department and they basically told me to go fly a kite. I have been a member for six years and have never been treated so horribly in my entire life. The worst of the worst

Negative experience: Would not recommend at all waited 3 hours for a tow then got a call that said my tow was canceled. Was told couldn't find anyone.

Negative experience: Hey, guys. Thanks for letting me know my windshield replacement wouldn't be covered by my policy. It's not like it could have come up any time during the hour long phone call in which I made my claim or that the information would have lead me towards cheaper alternatives than Safelite. Out $400 and looking for new car insurance. Screw you guys.

Negative experience: I had insurance here for 7 yrs same lady Price was cheap. But so was she. If there was a holiday any where in the week she was off no one else to help She almost mess up closing on a house cause she was to busy looking at herself in the mirror I had called and reminded her 2 times she had 4 weeks did not do it We had to use auto policy once we had to talk to 22 different people she was useless We got a policy renewal the last yr all the i information was wrong she never updated anything All she worried about was where the money Please do not use her and AAA insurance u will be sorry I have more but not enough time.

Negative experience: Sent a tow truck but he didn't have orders to tow so he left without assisting. 45 minutes later, a tow truck with orders arrived. Took way too long for a simple tow.

Fantastic experience: The office is clean and welcoming and the people greet you as you walk in and aren't pushy. You got a question they got an answer.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. To begin with the agent quoted us wrong and didn't catch it until we questioned the cost. Then she booked us on the wrong cruise, which I figured out when the itinerary was emailed to me. AAA agreed to compensate us by upgrading our room and reimbursing our shore excursions. Well, it's been 6 weeks and we are still waiting for our check. Every time we call we're told it's on it's way. This has been an awful experience and an example of horrible customer service.

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the treatment here. Sure make you feel uncomfortable. Yes I am another RACE and damn proud of who I am. The agent I had was wonderful and kept apologizing. HOWEVER the dismissive looks, rolling of eyes and the flat out unpleasant treatment of these women at this location was unbelievable. Didn't even get a hello, can I help you. After couple minutes of standing there, my agent (who I've never met before) got up and greeted me, as the women chatted amongst themselves). Never have I felt like I was in the wrong place but wanted to just walk back out. The person who takes the money, wow is she ever something. Not sure how she got the position she does but you sure don't deserve to be there. Life must be hard for you to treat others the way you treated me. I belong just as much as you do. My life and job are just as important as YOURS! Sure won't spend any of my Oneida monies here again. Other places will gladly accept it and be courteous treating me like they want my business. Lady, customer service is expected!!! Time to wake up and take your ugly some where else. I'll never do business here again and Yes, I'll tell everyone how you acted and treated me! Snear at THAT. I didn't think AAA advocated racism... That's all you showed me! My agent must be a new employee and didn't get the memo on how to treat others ignorantly.... He's the only one out of the 5 people that I seen there that day who didn't dismiss me.

Negative experience: Went there today to purchase a trip, looking to talk to a "Professional" to get some information on where we should go between two places. Got told im not a AAA Member and she couldnt help me. Threw me 2 business cards of two other women that WERE NOT THERE, and was told bye. Terrible experience and I will now go elsewhere because of how i was treated!
