Fantastic experience: My sister Suzanne and I had a fabulous time on our maiden river cruise starting in Lyon and down the Rhône river. We were charmed by the Viking tour guides who were incredibly friendly, organized and knowledgeable. We enjoyed their good humor! The Viking staff was remarkable and the meals were excellent. We also enjoyed learning about the French Resistance from a guest speaker. And we marveled at the history of silk scarves. We signed up to do another river cruise starting in early September. Our trip was well planned from the moment we met our travel agent Susan Entringer at Bon Voyage.

Fantastic experience: Susan takes the worry out of any trip she is involved with planning; and is flexible with scheduling when trip changes need to be made. She schedules our cruises and international travel in particular.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have used Bon Voyage Travel, in particular Susan Entringer, since 2020 after the height of the Covid pandemic. Although prior to Covid, we had always been rather independent planning our extensive travels. With Covid, it became more difficult to navigate around the world, thus we turned to Susan for assistance. We continue to use Susan to assist us with our more extended travel plans as she has always done a fabulous job. As we get older, travel gets a bit more complicated, and Susan has been quite helpful in navigating us through some of those issues. My wife and I are retired physicians who both have borderline OCD. It is valuable to have a travel agent with similar traits to keep us squared away.

Traveling buddies of ours suggested that we join them on a November 2024 Holland America cruise to the Mexican Riviera. They sang the praises of their travel agent, Donna Nelson, who had just booked their trip for them. Although we live in different states, we contacted Donna. Donna spoke with us on the phone about our preferences. Fantastic experience: Without Susan, I'm not sure we would have made it to Antarctica. Flight was cancelled at O'hare and the agent wanted us to come back the next day. Susan researched flights while I was on the phone with her and she found flights that got us to Santiago just a few hours behind our original schedule.

Negative experience: I emailed Bon Voyage at the Oro Valley branch to inquire about a 10 day vacation in Italy. Donna emailed me back and inquired what I was looking for. I told her where I wanted to travel too and the dates and I never received an email back from her. I thought that was extremely rude for such a big travel agency not to respond back to me. Guess they don't want my business.

Fantastic experience: Donna is absolutely delightful! I had been corresponding with her over e-mail for months regarding some preliminary information on a cruise for my son and me. When I actually committed to scheduling an appointment with Donna, she remembered every detail from the e-mails over the previous months. I was SO HAPPY that I didn’t have to reinvent the wheel. That exhausts valuable time. Ultimately, Donna was able to complete nearly every requirement for our trip (air, hotel, cruise package, on-shore excursions, and insurance) during that one appointment! What’s best is that as she went to work, she also shared in my joy over the fact that my son and I would be going on a trip of a lifetime!!!

Negative experience: Placed on hold and disconnected . Never return calls. There are many better places to go that act interested in doing their jobs
