POST TRIP UPDATE This was one of the best vacations we've ever had, and there was 8 of us. We didn't worry about anything that Christine handled, knowing everything was taken care of. We literally just had an incredible time with hardly any stress whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: Christine was very helpful in planning our honeymoon to Moorea and Bora Bora! She worked with our budget, and got back to us fairly quickly with itinerary options for us to choose from. My husband and I wanted to just relax and these resorts were the perfect place to do that. Christine coordinated all the transportation, and provided the travel documents and information required for our trip. She additionally provided links for excursions if we were interested as well. She was incredibly detailed and thorough on our initial call going through all of our options (she is also a riot, so fun to talk to while planning a trip). Fantastic experience: We have never been on a celebrity cruise ship (only Royal Atlantic) and we were very impressed. The staff was wonderful, all of the shows were great, and the food was delicious. We have been to Cozumel many times and have a favorite spot we go to. Mr Santoses beach. And all inclusive. All you have to do is catch a cab and it’s a fifteen minute drive. I highly recommend. As for pictures the four of us had so much fun we never took any. Not one. And that’s not like us. Thank you Christine for setting us up on this vacation and the one in October. We will be calling on you again!!!

Christine worked with our budget and sent us a very detailed itinerary and when we asked for modifications she did what she could to help out! We ended up getting an offer accepted on a house in this process and unfortunately weren’t able to move forward with booking but when we’re ready we will be circling back to you and me by the sea!

Fantastic experience: *Updated post-Honeymoon* Christine was great! I reached out to her in the summer to plan a dream 2-week honeymoon in French Polynesia. Christine was able to coordinate everything with plenty of time in advance, and most of our communication was spent ironing out some of the fine details and dates regarding the trip. Christine had extremely helpful knowledge and location skills so that we were able to book a perfect trip. We ended up going to 4 different French Polynesian islands over the course of 13 nights. Every hotel welcomed us with plenty of honeymoon amenities and prepared us some of their best rooms available due to how early we put in our honeymoon requests. Even when dealing with potential concerns, Christine was great. We booked about 5 different excursions during which local guides were to pick us up from our resorts at a given time. The very first excursion (Day 3), no one showed. Through the resort and Christine, I was able to easily rebook the excursion for another day, and got refunded due to the inconvenience. The rest of the excursions took place on time. Thanks to Christine's help in travel planning, my wife and I had the honeymoon of a lifetime. We've been across the world together, from Thailand to Tel Aviv, and had pretty high expectations for our honeymoon. Our expectations were plenty exceeded thanks to the detailed itineraries Christine put together with us.

Negative experience: I just did a last minute reservation to Saint Martin. And Christine was fabulous better than dealing with the website's which you can never talk to anybody from this country normally. I am leaving this week but will but we'll be back soon and continue my review. So now I am back for almost a month, I had so many avoidable problems from this agency. I won't even get into all of it. But I can tell you this, they are nowhere to be found the day of at all, not even their affiliates, FUN JETS Vacations. Thursdays are their day off, FYI, and when they go on vacation since they are in the business and must go a lot, do not trying getting them either. And to add insult to injury, no follow up from NEITHER one of them. She is very nice on the phone when taking your money. DON'T BE FOOLED. I hate Writing this it give me no comfort.
