Fantastic experience: We just got back from the most incredible trip to Italy, and it was all thanks to our awesome travel agent, Aiste! We absolutely loved Rome, Florence, and Sorrento—each place had something special for us to see or do, and the itinerary she put together made everything so easy and enjoyable and memorable. She designed the perfect trip including everything we wanted to see and more. Aiste included some really fun extras we didn’t even think of doing like a pasta-making class and a private boat tour to Capri, which ended up being one of our favorite days. She gave us great food recommendations everywhere we went, and the hotels she picked were all in prime locations—walkable and perfect for exploring. Before the trip, she even video chatted with us to go over everything, and while we were in Italy, we had 24/7 contact if we needed anything. She was always quick to answer our questions and made the whole process stress-free. Even tip suggestions for our private drivers and tours! (Highly recommend both!) We cannot recommend Aiste enough—she’s professional, super knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best trip ever. We’ll definitely be planning our next adventure with her! Fantastic experience: We had an amazing trip to Italy. Aiste took the stress of planning and booking completely off my plate. The entire trip was catered to exactly what we wanted to do. All the transportation, tours, hotel, etc... were all booked ahead of time and we had a local contact to help us manage through a few unexpected things (a train got cancelled, for example, and she booked us another train in 5 min). It was super convenient and well worth it. We will certainly use Trabeona Travels (& Aiste) again on future trips! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Aiste planned an absolutely fantastic and unforgettable trip to Italy for our family of four. Fantastic experience: Aiste and the team at Traebona Travels planned my honeymoon trip to Rome and Sorrento. The team was quick to respond to our inquiry and provided a detailed itinerary shortly after our call with them. The planning was incredibly detailed with suggested driver tips, approximate walking times, photos of meeting points, restaurant suggestions, and even shopping suggestions. We had very little thinking to do the whole trip! Once in Italy, we had a direct contact in Italy to help us if any issues occurred. We only had to contact her once when our train was delayed to confirm our driver was still able to pick up and she responded very quickly. The hotels, drivers and tours booked for us were great. Many of the tours felt like exclusive experiences that you wouldn't be able to find on your own. I could not recommend them enough and would not travel again without them!

This was our second time working with Trabeona Travels (Debbie), and from the very first conversation, we received nothing short of exceptional service. Every detail of our vision was brought to life—from over five incredible resort options to ensuring we had a non-stop flight. We ultimately chose Breathless Punta Cana and had the best time! Opting for an adults-only resort was the perfect decision—sometimes, you just need a break from everyday responsibilities to unwind and recharge. A few days before our trip, I unexpectedly came down with a stomach bug and started to panic. We reached out to Debbie, and within minutes, she had multiple backup plans in place. She contacted the resort, provided options for adjusting our travel dates, and kept us updated with quick responses to every email and phone call. Fantastic experience: We’ve used Trabeona Travels for two group trips - Ireland and Bali. Each trip was magical and memorable! Aiste handled all the preparations and let us know what steps we needed to complete, making it super easy to travel international without having to do extensive research. The activities planned during the trips allowed us to experience many “once in a lifetime” events while also allowing us to see many parts of the country. We definitely got our monies worth. Fantastic experience: I just got back from a fabulous trip to Bali with Aiste and our group of 12 travelers. I did not know anyone when I set out on this adventure, but everyone in the group was so nice that I left with a whole new group of friends…. Aiste was wonderful to travel with and we also had a guide named Ron who helped organize our days and nights… lots of fun things to do. Lots of local places to visit with additional guides taking us on new adventure and teaching is about Balinese life and customs. We did such a wide range of activities from yoga, visiting temples, bike ride, snorkeling, visiting local families, one local charity that helped with disabled Balinese people where we had an amazing lunch that they fixed for us and they even put on an impromptu musical and singing show as well as letting us purchase some of their amazing handmade items. Just so many great memories… to many to mention. But would definitely travel with Aiste again.

Fantastic experience: We loved our trip to Sandals Jamaica South Coast!! The resort was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was excellent. There are not enough words to express how amazing everything was. It took us a minute to get use to the all inclusive part and not wait for the bill after our meals. They had a ton of shows and entertainment. We loved that we could pick from a variety of restaurants for each meal. Our room faced the ocean so we were able to see the sunset from our balcony. Despite having to reschedule from 2020 due to Covid restrictions, Aiste has been available every step of the way to answer questions and keep us informed. Fantastic experience: Aiste from Trabelona Travels is by far the reason that my wife and I have traveled as much as we have. I would consider us “active travelers” that try to do 2-3 trips a year. The reason we continued after our first trip was how EASY Aiste made the trip. Fantastic experience: We had the best experience on our trip to Mexico. We originally planned to take our honeymoon in 2020, but due to Covid we had to cancel. Aiste made it such a smooth and easy process and made sure we got the credit we requested. We contacted her to book our trip this summer 2021 and I’m so glad we did. All we had to do was give her our budget and an area we were interested in and she gave us several resort options. After we picked a resort, she sent us a detailed itinerary of everything we would need to know for our trip. She booked our resort, flights, and transport from the airport to resort. We had never left the country prior to this trip, so we had many questions and she made sure all of our questions were answered. She answers in a very timely manner and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. She even sent a message to check in on us during our trip and made sure we had everything completed for our return home. All the hard work and planning was done for us and we were able to truly enjoy ourselves. The resort had a lively atmosphere and so many activities to keep us entertained the whole time ,and we loved every minute of it. Fantastic experience: Aiste is simply amazing! She planned a once in a lifetime honeymoon to Greece for my husband and I. Each and every moment of our honeymoon was thoughtfully planned based on our interests and hobbies (including time to relax and take it all in!). Fantastic experience: This was my first time out of the country. Our representative was amazing. She made sure we had all the proper forms to get out of the country and back to the United States. All we had to do was get on and off the plane which is what we wanted. The resort was amazing, water was beautiful, and just what we were looking for. Fantastic experience: Aiste is an outstanding travel agent. I wanted luxury on a Mexican beach and she hit it out of the ballpark! She gave us a perfect recommendation, saw to every last detail, and the price was much lower than what I could have arranged myself. The resort was paradise and I’ve never been so pampered in my life. The powdery white beach, the crystal clear water, the spa, the gourmet food, the top notch service … were all beyond expectation. I can’t wait to go back and she’s already planning the next trip.

Fantastic experience: Aiste recently booked/planned our vacation to Cancun, Mexico, and we had such an amazing time! We have never stayed at a RIU before, and I think we are hooked. Our resort was perfect! By the 3rd day ALL of the staff knew us by name and what we wanted to drink, it was so nice. Plus, it was like 2 resorts in 1. We got to go to the pool bar, and the night club next door at the sister resort. I seriously cannot thank Aiste enough for picking this resort for us, she clearly did her homework and knew this resort would be perfect for our needs. Another couple was checking in the day we were checking out, and they actually left a resort next door because it wasn't up to their standards and came to the RIU Palace to finish their vacation. This is exactly why Matt and I have Aiste book our vacations for us, because she cares if we have a good time. From the moment I told her where we wanted to be, she took care of the rest and made the entire process so easy, and because of that we had a relaxing vacation from start to finish!

Fantastic experience: Aiste did an incredible job arranging a multi-country complex itinerary and lining up great activities for us. She booked transportation, hotels (all were amazing choices from location and amenities perspective), tours, shows, and overall provided fantastic recommendations for things to do and restaurants. Aiste is very personable and is able to learn what works for you quickly to design a custom program and itinerary. She is also quick to respond, extremely organized and thorough, and is available to answer any questions and provide support even when the trip is already in progress. Cannot recommend her more, the cost for such a great service is minor and you get fabulous deals on travel.
